The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and inviting. I only stayed one night before and after my cruise but they were helpful with providing a shuttle company to take my party to and from the cruise ship. The shuttle driver was right on time at the airport. I would use this hotel again.

Hotel was convenient to the cruise port and provided transportation at a cost. It was comfortable. There is very little in the area of the hotel however.

I would never stay at this location again. At 5 o'clock in the morning we were approached by a woman asking for $2.00 as she was panhandling asking everyone else for the same with NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK!!!! Holiday Inn should be ashamed of this location.

Only one complaint- understaffed during dinner and bar service for pool area

pool deck was beautiful, surrounding neighborhood not so much... we called for a taxi through the hotel and ended up getting a some sort of shuttle bus that charges 25.00 no matter where youre going. if youre like us that were going just a few blocks down it was disappointing and a total rip off. at check in hotel forgot to give us the voucher for the free breakfast, so make sure you get yours.

Room & hotel was very clean. Was disappointed that there wasn't a safe in the room though. During the day, everyone was very helpful & extremely pleasant! I missed the cleaning "cut off" of 9 am one day & the girl @ the front desk actually had the delivery guy come back for my things!! The evening crew was not as helpful & had the "you are bothering me" attitude but overall had a very nice stay & would stay there again.

we were unhappy with the shuttle service... after using the airport courtesy phone, we waited 1/2 hour and no one came..we saw a shuttle drive by and the driver waved to say he was coming back around.. we waited another 15 minutes and no one came, so called back and they told us one bus had a flat and another was on the way but it would be at least 1/2 hour... after waiting already almost 45 minutes, we opted to take a cab.. which cost us 26.00... we spoke to the manager and he apologized and gave us complimentary shuttle to the port everglades site for the next morning and he gave us a 20.00 breakfast voucher. Breakfast was a joke..... the restaurant was too small to accommodate all the guests, so people had to sit in the bar.. knowing that saturdays are crowded due to people being there for their cruises, they ddint' have anything set up in the bar... there was one waitress and she was extremely slow... took us forever to get our food/coffee, etc.. the facilities were very clean and the pool was beautiful... the bar was nice, but need more help.. when we asked why they don't have more staff to help with breakfast - the waitress told us that the manager and asst manager usually help bus tables and wait tables if we get busy... well, we didn't see them that morning doing anything except working the reservation counter... all in all it was a decent stay... but they are understaffed and need better service for shuttles.....

Decent hotel for a 1-night stay, though pricey. The first room we were given had been smoked in, but we were moved quickly and seamlessly. Close to FLL airport, but be cautious of airport shuttlel. I don't believe the shuttle is directly related to the hotel. Shuttle circles all airport terminals several times to completly fill vans before departing for area hotels. Our shuttle had a flat tire on the luggage trailer and the first response from our driver was that we would need to return to the airport one more time after the tire had been repaired to pick up others. Until you actually arrive at the hotel, there's always a chance the driver will go back to the airport for additional passengers. More shuttles are needed.

Great hotel!! Stayed 1 night before our Disney Cruise... Pool is SPECTACULAR!! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Free pickup from FLL... Highly recommended.

Booked the executive to find the lighting to be sub standard, a refrigerator that kept things warm at best. The tv was not 42" as stated. Over all just an okay stay.

Stayed here one night post cruise stay. Their first airport shuttle starts at 5:00 am and was prompt to pick us and other passengers up, very well organized too. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There is a Denny's across the hotel but that's about it.

Very clean and large room. Hotel staff helpful with directions and advice about surrounding area. Beautiful pool area. Would stay again.

We had bad experience when one staff member opened the door without a notice my wife and I we both were sleeping, we reported to the manager and he told us the maintenance personal thought the room was empty, unfortunate for us this is the second time something like this happened Holidays Hotels we don't recommend this hotel.

It was awful. The front desk (mgt) were rude and not helpful at all. We had 14 people staying and we all agreed that it was the worst experience ever and we are all adults. They need management change in the worst way possible.

O.k. had to wait over an hour to be picked up at airport & it was a hassle arranging transportation to ship

It was great for what we needed a place for the night prior to our cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. Not very good taxi service in area. The taxi drivers even said so. We used hotel cruise shuttle to get to port! Better service and price than taxis!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Had good food for breakfast and shuttle service was great to and from airport. All the employees were very helpful and friendly

Very nice convenient and easy. Buffet breakfast mediocre. Very nice rooms and pool area. Will stay there again if the Irish make it back!

Excellent location convenient to Fort Lauderdale and Miami and evrything in between. Pool was beuatifully landscaped with ample chairs and tables. Jacuzzi on our stay was warm, had hoped for hot!

I was disappointed to find out that even though I booked the room for 4 adults and paid the higher rate to include breakfast, the breakfast voucher was only for two people. We were given a room without a shower curtain, and once again even though it was booked for 4 adults, there was only 3 towels in the room. At check-in, the first person I dealt with did not know the system and made me feel as though I had done something wrong and made no aplogy about it. The buffet breakfast was certainly not worth the price.

Great hotel, bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi. Only issue was stated on hotels.com that room included free breakfast, but not the case. Still would stay again

Very nice clean hotel, nice bed but...the pillows were tiny...little squares like toss pillows... they may have bigger ones ... didn't ask.. would stay again.

great hotel, very pretty, and the pool/patio was very cool. it was close to I-95 which was really convenient. The room was clean and great for me and my family, the only thing i could complain about was the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel, beds where really comfortable, standard room was very spacious and pool looked very beautiful at night with all the lights. The location was nice and convenient. We needed to visit family from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach and we were located right in between. The breakfast was really good and they also have a Dennis right next to them. It was very close to Hollywood Boulevard, which was a lot of fun walking around and shopping and a short drive to Hollywood beach. Free parking is a plus. I would stay there again.

This hotel was a good find. I was located close to the Port Everglades Cruise Port and also provided free shuttle to the port and free parking for duration of the cruise. You will need to find alternative ways back to the hotel after the cruise since no shuttle is available.

was ok nice for a holiday inn served its perpose paid the extra through hotel . com for breakfast included they didnt we got stuck with 30.00 breakfast bill

A very comfortable and quiet place, an arms throw from I-95 and a couple of miles from the Casinos. it was great!!!

This hotel is great .A great location, One of the best hotel in the area .I recommend this hotel with A+++++ Very clean rooms, great service .Love staying at this hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very clean and that was the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Awesome pool, close to everything. Wil definitely stay there again.

Staff was excellent. Very clean hotel. Small but intimate, pool was great but hot tub was too hot. Beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable. Comp breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend for a stay off the water.

This hotel appeared to be fairly new and very well maintained. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice outdoor patio for meals. Close to Seminole hardrock casino and other attractions.
