Only one elevator working. Shower hot and cold, faucet leaks, would not stay at one temprature. Noisy teenagers, partying mid week.

Hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. I was the staff - front desk and restaurant that made the stay great. Very friendly and made us feel very welcomed!

Very friendly staff and accomadating. Location is also very good, with good access to all major car routes. Excellent meals served by restaurant, with reasonable prices

Hotel is dated but if its just a place to stay for a night it is fine. Don't expect a 4star but it is a real 2.5 star, lots of places to eat in the area

do not stay here... spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else.. this is one of those hotels where you dont want to touch any of the surfaces in the room.. combine that with paper thin walls.. the only bonus was they paid for my cab to and from the hotel from the airport. Word.

Calgary Alberta Hotel. The walls were thin as paper and we could hear everything our neighbours said. The towels and face cloths still had traces of makeup from who knows when. Breakfast was a laugh 3 very small muffins between 4 of us, 1 waffle and 2 bagles. What little coffee there was must have been from the night before because it could melt the spoon...if it had been hot. Would I stay there again ? Not on a bet!

The rooms were in a desperate need for repair. The shower water went from extreme hot to cold. The bathroom door did not close completely. Only great feature of the hotel was the customer service.

The hotel advised us to return our rental car to the airport the night before we left. They took care of cab fare both ways! The desk clerk saw us go into the restaurant, and came in with a 15% off certificate. A little worn around the edges, it was very clean and the service made us feel relaxed before our long flight home.

Water temperatures in shower not controlable, from scalding to ice cold. AC controls confusing and inoperable, Sinks pitted and stained. Old outdated TVs. Continental breakfasts unappetizing, tables covered with plastic covers over red and white checkered oil cloth. While the staff was generally courteous and did the best that they could, the hotel looked like a rundown truckers stop from the 1950's. This property should be on the top of the list for Quality Hotels for major updates or demolition.

I was aware of what I was booking when I chose the Quality Inn. It is not 5-star but you get a good solid clean hotel. I would recomend this hotel.

The hotel is convenient, but the room was very dated, and the carpet was gross. My wife wore shoes everywhere. Needs some cleaning and updating.

Very friendly but the room was at the and of its life cycle. Door of bathroom did not close anymore. Window seems to be unsafe for small children. Missing fridge however it was not decribed. Nice view. Recommended for an overnight stay 50.1%!

'We were quite disappointed in the condition of the hotel room. When we arrived the door to the room was ajar and there was a bag of garbage right outside the door. It did not appear as if the floor had been vacuumed or if it was not thoroughly. The room had been dusted but the TV console was only dusted the first foot in from the front, not the first time this had occurred by the layers of dust we could see. The bathroom was stocked with one shampoo, conditioner and lotion for three people. The shower didn't drain properly. The toilet also did not function well. When we came back into the room it was running we corrected this by flushing it, later it wouldn't flush at all. The room also had the unmistakable aroma of having been smoked in. Overall I was disappointed by the condition of our room. Each of these issues somewhat minor in it's own way except for the condition of the shower and toilet, however altogether it didn't make for an impressive stay. For the price that we paid for one evenings stay I expected a much better experience. Based on TV ads we had expected a whole lot more for the amount paid, totally not acceptable.

The hotel need renovation

Arrived tired at 9ooam after scrambling to calgary for a funeral. Accomodating staff prepared a room 6 hours prior to check-in allowing us to rest and dress for the funeral. The hotel shows its age but the staff was terrific.

This hotel needs to be torn down - right away. It is a blight on the chain and the City of Calgary.

I'm not really sure why it's called ' Airport' or 'Quality'. it's not really close to the airport. I guess it's because they have a shuttle service (which is actually pretty good). The lobby is nice but the room was beat down pretty bad. Like going back in time to old carpets and décor. They even had one of those old fashioned picture tube TVs

Hotel was worn down - room and bathroom was old and worn out. At the airport, I waited one hour for the shuttle and the next morning, it was 40 minutes late in the scheduled departure time. I paid twice as much as I should have for the room. I won't be staying there again.

i didn't stay at the hotel long i arrived in Calgary from Mexico at 12:30am and had to fly out again at 7:30am so my stay was brief but the beds were very comfortable i asked for pickup at airport and they were very prompt. and the continent breakfast was just what i needed i will stay there again when travelling to calgary

The light switches in the rooms were filthy from years of use. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpet and hallway was depressing. The breakfast was horrible - small funny area to sit and bad selection - no value for the money here

Everything met my needs from prompt check in, restaurant on-site for super...to comfortable seating area for continental breakfast before departure. Would highly recommend for easy commute to downtown for work.

I stayed there one night. The lady at the front desk welcomed me when I arrived there. She was kind. She offered me a wake up call and shuttle ride service before I asked. The room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice if the towels were soft.

I disliked the complimentray breakfast at all, it was very poor quality.
