Omni Severin Hotel - إنديانابوليس

We started in our first room and it was very small. I didn't care for the bed, but my wife was fine with it. Our upgrade was awesome, and we really enjoyed the extra space. The hotel was beautiful, within walking distance to everything we needed, and there were a couple of nice dance clubs really close by. Shopping really close, and great pubs for eats. Would definitely stay again. Tara at the front desk was awesome. It's nice to be recognized and greeted when you arrive. Bell Men were great too.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very pleased with my visit.

Booked Queen, was told not available at check in, given 2 doubles, bathroom was "dirty" Front desk offered to buy our dinner. We already had reservations for both nights, so they offered breakfast. We accepted, and enjoyed.

Everything we needed was with in walking distance and usually with indoor walkways! Room was a little smaller than we are used to but still nice and do-able. We would have liked more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Great city - always felt safe.

We booked a deluxe room with a queen bed for our honeymoon. When we arrived I found out that instead of what I had reserved they had us booked for a room with double beds. Luckily the lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade to a king size bed but it definitely wasn't the room I had reserved. It was rather small and disappointing for our honeymoon

We were in town for a Colts game. Came down Saturday and went to the game Sunday. The location was absolutely perfect! Hotel is connected to the mall. Very short walk to the game on Sunday. Hotel staff took care of our luggage and car so we could just enjoy the game!

The Omni-Severin in Indianapolis was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful and considerate! We were given a few extra perks because it was our honeymoon. the room was so clean and inviting and had a great view of the city. it's convenient to everything you'd want to see in Indy. I cant wait to go back. It will be the only hotel i will ever stay in in Indianapolis. the valet staff were great too. They took care of our vehicle and treated it properly. Definitely a must to stay in!

I ran the Monumental half marathon, and this hotel was within walking distance, not only of the race but also of several very nice downtown restaurants. The room was slightly small and cramped, but otherwise it fit our needs extremely well.

It's location splits Meridian and Illinois Streets, which are home to a myriad of nightlife and restaurants, respectively. A plus, Lucas Oil Stadium can be seen from the hotel and potentially walking distance if in town for a game. I would recommend the Omni to anyone looking to visit Indianapolis.

It's in a central location walking distance to fine dining and fast food. It's connected to the mall and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay. The cable chanels were limited mostly newsand sports. The room was wonderful. We are returning next year.

Want to rave about the Omni and their staff! My two friends and I stayed overnight to celebrate our recent Birthdays, after chatting with the Desk Clerk and reaching our beautiful room, we answered a knock on the door to see a gentleman with a tray of 3 chilled waters, and 3 pieces of YUMMY Chocolate Cake and berries waiting for us! PLus a hand signed Birthday card from the front desk staff! WOW is all I can say! THANK YOU!!!!

Great Hotel Great Location. Definitely will stay here again!

Due to the hotel having 2 or 3 special occasions, had to wait for someone to take our luggage up. they did not come. Then when we were ready to check out, I went down to get a cart. While filling our cart, a gentlemen worker came and reprimanded us. He said that we are not allowed to use these on our own. I think the company should teach everyone the rules. Usually our stays are great. But we were very disappointed. Also we are staying at a State park and they do not charge for internet use but Omni charged $9.95. We did not use it but for the price of some rooms .

I actually had 2 rooms, the first was musty and I asked for another room and was given one at twice the size. The management sent fruit and cheese to apologize, Then the shower was pulling out of the wall, they fixed it with in an hour of when I reported it. They gave me a food voucher. The staff was courteous and attentive. The location is right downtown. The room was large and overall I was very satisfied. I plan to stay again if I need to go to Indianapolis again.

nice people great service. I spend 3 nights a week in hotels, this one is great.

The initial check-in took longer than expected and the hotel room was really small. The overall decorations of the hotel room and hotel itself were modern and attractive.

The only issue was the construction downtown, it made it very hard to find parking, and to get to the hotel. but the location was great!

Nicely refreshed since my last visit. Reception staff is welcoming - love the midwestern warmth. Will return.

The Omni Severin Hotel is located in Downtown Indianapolis, right across the street from the historical Union Station. It is connected to the Circle Centre shopping mall as well as to the Indiana Convention Center via a network of skyways that let you walk around town without having to step outside. Having said this, the streets of Indianapolis are quite fun to walk as well and this hotel is at an ideal location to explore the center of Indianapolis, minutes away for any site or attraction. The hotel has quite a bit of history itself as illustrated by its ballroom featuring an impressive crystal chandelier as well as a grand staircase -- both remnants of its past glory – though you might have a hard time getting access to it as it constantly seems to be reserved for private events, it is a very nice room indeed. Other amenities include a swimming pool as well as a fitness center in the lower level, both of them on the smaller side. There is complimentary public WiFi access in the lobby and mezzanine; however such access in your room involves a hefty surcharge. The room was quite spacious though the layout was slightly puzzling to me. Overall, the room and bathroom were comfortable and in a great condition with recent amenities. The service was some of the very best I have ever had... the staff had just the right touch of professionalism and friendliness. They were always helpful without being overboard or intrusive. They were also responsive to all my requests, including the last one when I realized that I had left some of my belongings behind. Not only they were able to locate them, but they even shipped them back to me at no charge. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to stay in Downtown Indianapolis. At the rate that I was able to book it, the value of the Omni Severin Hotel was a no- brainer.

We stay at this hotel almost every time we go to Indy which is at least twice a year. As usual everything was wonderful. My wife and I really like the proximity to pretty much everything taht there is to do in downtown Indy. To the Staff, Thanks for everything.

Great hotel with excellent and impressive staff. My family will be back.

My husband and I travel alot and this Hotel is one of my very favorites along with the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The employees are excellent. The service is excellent. The breakfast brunch at the restaurant is excellent. Our room was excellent. This was the third year in a row that we have stayed there for the Women of Faith Conference and make our reservation months ahead. I do wish they had room discounts for those of us who keep returning. The valet service also does an excellent job. I thought I had lost my driver's license and they went out of their way to help me find it. I truly enjoy my stay there.

The room was small for what we paid for and some of the updates seemed a little shoddy, but overall it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous, especially the valets. The location couldn't be better, even though there was construction surrounding the building.

When we checked in, this hotel looked lovely! We usually choose the Westin, but decided to try this hotel that had a better deal. The room was nice to look at, however; the bathroom had zero counter space and the toilet was in a space that could only fit children comfortably. Maybe could have dealt with that, but the bed was hard as a brick, uncomfortable to sit in even to watch tv. We both had a lousy night's sleep. The carpet on one side of the bed was wet and stayed wet the whole time we were there. $27 for parking (about the same as the Westin). Next time we stay at the Westin.

Hotel was excellent. Only exception was the night time room service menu range. There were no fish/tuna sandwich options, as I do not eat meat.

Wonderful hotel. It was beautiful, the staff very helpful and our stay was amazing!

Great hotel and service. The only bad thing is that vehicle parking isn't included in the room fee.

We were travelling with a party of 5 and upon check-in they were able to switch us from two separate rooms to two adjoining rooms. Hotel staff were very pleasant and location is great as it is right in the middle of numerous night life and restaurant locations. Also a block and a half from Canseco Fieldhouse and a few blocks the other direction is Lucas Oil Stadium. Will definitely stay again when in Indy.

This place is under rated. Except for the very small bathrooms. I'd stay here anytime. Well priced, great comfy beds, very clean and updated. I'm a hotel snob and I think the Omni Hotels are a great value for the money actually, they are worth more than what they charge but I hope they don't increase their rates because I wouldn't stay there anymore.

One of the top hotels I have ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was top notch! Plan to vist again next time I am in town.

The staff was amazingly helpful and available. The room was comfortable and stylish. The only downside (which is in no way the hotel's responsibility) is all the construction. We were within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do.

It seems every street in Indianapolis is under construction for the upcoming Superbowl, so it's very difficult to get to the Omni Severin entrance. The hotel gave me no warning of this, and offered no alternative directions to actually get to their building. Customer service is also VERY difficult to contact via phone unless you are already in the hotel. And good luck with parking - the Omni Severin offers only expensive valet service, and your car is kept in unattended street parking around the corner. Had I known about all of this, I might have opted to stay elsewhere, where I would likely get more services for a lower price. Once inside, though, the hotel is very nice and beautifully maintained, and the staff is relatively helpful and accommodating.
