Omni Severin Hotel - إنديانابوليس

I travel a lot for business and this was a terrific hotel stay. Top notch service from ALL staff, great location close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The room was well appointed, and clean - I believe the hotel was recently renovated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

room was used a lil while and small but was ok

My wife and I stayed at the Omni for one night to celebrate her birthday. The staff was very nice and the hotel clean and in the center of downtown Indy. The staff even provided a complementary cheese cake and a birthday card for my wife which was a great touch. A great hotel, I just wish there was more room to sun-bathe. ;-)

We asked to have a room with a better view , and we got a beautiful suite. My son was so thrilled.

Spent the night for our wedding anniversary, and everything was wonderful. We were hoping for an indoor hot tub, but the hotel did not have one. But that did not detract from our stay. Front desk staff was very nice.

We stayed 2 nights in Omni Severin hotel in Indy over Spring Break 2012. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff could not have been nicer. We have two small kids (9 and 6) and I would definitely call this place kid friendly. The pool in the basement is small but enough for kids to get their energy out. The pool is like a sauna so be ready. The hotel is situated very well to alot of restaurants, the mall, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Our kids were a little shocked by some of the homeless people who were on some of the street corners but I never felt unsafe. Downtown Indy is very clean and we found things to be quite nice. The room size was a little small but adequate. Overall, we would have no problem staying there again.

We were extremely impressed with the hotel's attention to details regarding our children. Upon our arrival, they gave each child a backpack filled with activities. The kids LOVED the backpacks and wore them around the entire weekend, and since we've been home. And the best surprise was the milk and cookies in our room when we came back for the evening. What a special touch that the kids will never forget. We will stay at Omni Severin every time we come to Indy.

The Omni Severin in Indy has an excellent location for sporting events, and the service was first class. Each person working made us feel very special with their own personal touch. Great Experience!!!!

We loved the hotel but the beds were very hard. We barely slept peaceful at all. However the hotel was very nice and clean.

Great hotel located right in the middle of everything. Easy walking distance to Colts/Pacers games. Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. Bar/Rest on site but didn't use, a little pricey but you can walk short way to find decent priced places to eat and drink. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was in and out for Knicks game. Bus shuttle to and from airport stops at hotel for around $5. Quick access to airport. Great place!

We chose the Omni Hotel largely for its location and price. Our main reason for visiting was to visit the stadium which was about a 10 minute walk. We ended up going to the mall 2 of the days and the park for 1 day. All within walking distance though the park is about 1 mile away. Our traveling crew consisted of my husband, me and our 2 boys ages 8 & 6. They loved it, especially the enormous room, free goody-filled backpacks at check-in, extremely warm pool and cookies & milk at turn-down. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Will stay again!

I stayed here with my 3 small kids and the staff/service was great. The room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom was very tiny. I liked that they gave out little backpacks to the kids with coloring pages, a small ball, etc., and brought warm chocolate chip cookies and milk to the room in the evening for the kids. Neighborhood is very good--nice shopping and easy access to downtown amenities. Parking is limited to valet parking or the parking garage at the mall, which makes schlepping your luggage a bit of a pain. (I'd go with the valet next time.) Recommended hotel!

We stayed here for St. Patrick's Day and we were right in the middle of all the festivities!! The room was comfy! The only drawback is the "convienience store" inside the hotel sold items and food for 3 times the amount you would find them elsewhere.

Very nice rooms, walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Great staff, sweet set-up!

We stayed during the BIG Ten mens BB tournament, the beds were clean and comfortable, the staff professional and helpful. The location was great just two blocks from Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The staff at the Omni-Severin was so helpful! Everyone had a friendly smile. When our room wasn't ready at check in, they upgraded us to a nicer room. The hotel is connected by tunnel to Circle City Mall and the Spaghetti Factory Restaurant. It was within walking distance to so many other fun Indy attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Stayed there for a concert on a Friday night. Would recommend this hotel to anyone; however the "nickel and dime" marketing for items in the room was a little much. Especially the Disney toy "Cars." Great marketing strategy by the company. What parent would say no to their child who finds a toy car in their hotel room. BAM! $6 for a $2 toy car. Great Marketing!! Otherwise great stay, great staff, great location! We'll be back for sure!

We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to go to for the weekend. We had milk and cookies waiting for us when we returned in the evening. We even saw one of the staff cleaning a mirror with decorative trim with a Q-tip. Attention to detail was of importance at this hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Wow, the staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful. Not just answer the question such as how to get to the skywalk, but walk you there and show you around as you go there.

It was a great experience. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Our room was classy and very clean. My Fiance loved it. I recommend this place. Very nice.

My husband, brother, sister in law and I went to Indy the week before the Super Bowl to see the city, enjoy the festivies and had a wonderful time. The Omni was the perfect location and the staff was very courteous. Anne at the front desk was wonderful in helping us extend our stay an extra night. I joined the members club and plan on staying at Omni hotels in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was great! We ate lunch at one of the restaurants in the hotel. The food and service was great! We enjoyed walking around and shopping. Everything was close by. All-in-all a wonderful weekend!

I come to Indianapolis once a month on business, and have always stayed at the Omni. Ever since they renovated the hotel it has been great. The rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable beds. You can't beat the value of the Omni hotel. Very affordable rates compared to the other chain hotels.

Overall everything was great. Our only issue was that upon check-in, we were given a room on the 4th floor, only to find out upon entering it that it had yet to be cleaned! We immediately went back down to the check-in desk and complained about what happened. They were very apologetic and gave us a room on the 11th floor and 2 free breakfast buffets in the morning for our troubles.

Went to Indy for an out of town Houston Texans football game. The staff at the Omni were very friendly and with alot of class. Great location. Beautiful hotel and quite affordable . Can't wait till next visit to Indy, we will definetly stay at The Omni Severin. Thank you Hotels.com!!!

Beautiful hotel and close to ALL downtown activities and venues! Can walk to everywhere! Not my 1stsize stay there and won't be my last!

Vallet service was required. I didn't know there was no hotel parking unless I paid $22 down the street. The closet rack was damaged as if children had hung from it. The shower head showed signs of recent repair. When I turned it on it sprayed me when I stood next to it turning it on. I would suggest this if your going to a Colts game. The stadium is 2 blocks away.

I celebrated Christmas and new years eve on this great hotel. The staff is outstanding. The building is beautiful and is located in the very center of Indianapolis. Here you stay near museums, the convention center, sports facilities like Lucas Oil Stadium and of course shopping. Enjoy your stay!

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. The valet parking staff was really great. Parking cost $27 per night which is pricey for Indianapolis, but the staff was top notch.

This definitely fit the bill for us and what we needed, however if you are looking for room, get larger than a queen. The bathroom is very tight and the room in general feels crowded. Overall this is a solid hotel.

We checked in late on Friday evening. Desk staff were extremely courteous but they assigned us to a room the was by far the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. In addition, the closet door would not open and the bathroom faucet leaked. The next morning when I went to the lobby to get coffee a staff member asked about our stay so far and I told them about the issues. We were immediately changed to a different room that was larger and everything worked. We travel to Indianapolis on a regular basis and we will stay at the Omni again but I know which questions to ask at check in next time.

This hotel was outstanding from step one. The valet staff and doormen were extremely helpful even at a very busy time for them. There were plenty of them to help us with our bags and park the car. I opted for the valet service and it was extremely easy. I didn't have to worry about trying to find a place to park in downtown Indy which was nice. All of the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. When we got ready to leave, I called the valets and they had the car up front and warmed up for us. The valet loaded our bags into the car and then offered us some water for the trip. He even offered directions to us if necessary. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium and located next to everything. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there for further Colts games.

The Hotel was fabulous, the staff was exceptionally nice. We could not have chosen a nicer friendlier place. From housekeeping to valae parking. Wonderful will definatley stay there again.
