Bizarre decor tired and grimey. Fridge, heater, walls etc need a clean. Safe didn't work and no alternative available. Dark, dingy with possibly the smallest lift in Europe. Sheets crisp and clean and staff really friendly, location great with bus, tram and metro nearby. Lots of good local eateries. Think more 2star at best.

The rooms would be ideal for very small people with no luggage, no drawers or room for anything. The only saving grace was the proximity of public transport.

This hotel is very close to the metro which is the only good thing.The room very small and AC was not working; you cant sleep with the windows open because its very noisey. You can hear doors slamming when the others guests come back or leaving their room. They dont provide you with a wash cloth.The fridge does not cool your stuffs. I will not stay there again.

THE HOTEL WAS DISMAL, SMELT, DIRTY, NO LIGHTS IN ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS, CARPETS GRUBBY, PILLOWS STUNK. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! HAVE LEARNT OUR LESSON TO BOOK EARLY FOR TRADE FAIRS.

This hotel was clean and the staff were polite. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, we were a bit disappointed to find that there was no A/C in the hotel room. We were visiting during late June, and the weather was a bit on the warmer side. Besides the warm and stuffy atmosphere, the room was well maintained and provided us with a nice view of the street below. For the price that I paid, I was satisfied with the quality of the room and staff service. PS- WIFI was avaliable for free during my stay. Internet access was available in the hotel lobby.

Very close to Train/tram station, very co-operative staff/reception. Would like to stay in the future as well. Good value for the price.

Good location and quiet (small street). Not a 3-stars hotel (room very small/no AC) but still very friendly staff. Good quality-price rate in that area in Paris.

The hotel was relatively cheap and so we did not expect too much. The location was OK - near a metro and with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Generally the room was dark, with chipped furniture and in need of a complete makeover, including replacement of carpet and bedding.

Stayed for a week at Pavillon Porte de Versailles. Station is a short block away, with connections to line 12 metro (which goes to Montmartre and connects with many other lines) Hotel is functional and clean, and depending on what time of day, staff were helpful in varying degrees (but never intentionally unhelpful). As a female travelling with 5 year old child, I never felt unsafe, even when we returned at 10 or 11 pm. The area has several restaurants, and is bustling with all ages of people. Lots of conveniences in the area - boulangerie, charcuterie, variety store. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a nightmare - I had to change my first room there because of the smell of mold and mildew. I needed to sleep with the window open in the middle of January because of the stench. The 2nd room was not much of an improvement but at least it did not smell toxic. One of issues with this room was the shower was broken and you had to hold the shower head together in order to use it. The TVs in the room were pitiful and I went to 4 different rooms searching for the wifi. Funny thing was that we could connect to the hotels wifi from the cafe down the street. The only thing this hell hole had was a very nice staff!

This hotel should suit the budget traveller; it offers the usual bed/bathroom in tight conditions. Internet is a bit of a hit and miss; in the ground floor or first floor room you should be able to receive the wifi, but other floors will have to spend time in the reception area to access the wifi. Location to public transport is excellent; T2, T3 and Metro 12 line are all within 2-3 min walking distance. T2 will get you to La Defense, which makes for a nice day trip and has some of the following services: Air France office in CNIT, good money exchange in CNIT, FNAC in CNIT for electronics, camera, computer supplies. The area itself offers many restaurants; italien, indian, maroccan, etc. There are also a number of super markets within one block distance and the tabac shop near the Metro for telephone cards etc.

Nice Staff, clean hotel. The bed was a little odd in that it had no duvet and only a sheet and blanket instead. Heating was electric heaters which made the room rather stuffy. Friendly helpful staff, no real complaints.

Probably one of the cheapest hotels you can get in Paris. 1 minute walk to metro with major tourist sites only 10-15 minutes away. Several bakeries, cafes, restaurants and store near by. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Showers were very small, but suited us fine. TV had a few channels and even BBC in English. Staff was very friendly and helpful and some spoke very good English. They allowed us to check in early and later leave our baggage with them after check-out, free of charge. Overall, nothing fancy, but a good place to sleep in Paris on a budget.

We are surprised and shocked when we check in the hotel. It seems to be smaller than our expectation, especially the tiny lift that can only fit one person with one luggage. When we check in, the receptionist has given us the wrong key as when we get into the room, there are someone else luggage in the room. We feel unsecured with the hotel’s system when we are informed that we must leave our key to the hotel whenever we are out from the hotel. We are tourist and we are not sure on the location of nearby convenient store. When we ask for direction, the receptionist told us that she is new and know nothing. It was quite disappointing for us.

The staff was very helpful and the location was okay. The Metro was only a block away, and once you learn to use it you can get anywhere in the city pretty quickly. Very small room and very small bed.

I enjoyed my stay and it's very convient for the exhibition center and restaurants.

Very conveniently located with a bevy of friendly employees. Very small and toilets didn't flush well, but overall, I was happy with my stay.

The hotel is very small but it's clean. Excellent customer service, great location close to grocey store, metro and bus stops.

Pra quem não é exigente, este hotel supre todas as necessidades, os arredores são ótimos, tem metro a 1 quadra, funiculaire também, ta certo, é apertado, inclusive, foi o menor elevador que já entrei na minha vida! Mas tudo bem, tudo limpinho, tudo certinho, a internet é algo que pode melhorar pois só tem no hall, mas o sinal la é bom. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos e te ajudam no que puder, e são bem esforçados na comunicação.

Hôtel tout à fait recommandable. Seul petit hic, pas d'eau chaude le deuxième jour.

Les critères pour obtenir 3 étoiles doivent être très hasardeuses !!! OK il y a un mini bar, un coffre fort Mais alors l'état de la chambre : moquette au sol sale, linge de lit avec couvertures et surtout couvre lit dans un état douteux, moquette murale sale. Mérite maximum 1 étoile. Personnel tout de même sympa qui fait ce qu'il peut. A noter quand même qu'un soir la chambre n'était pas faite, oubli sans doute !!! Bon c'est sûr, là on ne retournera pas !!!

Pavillon Porte de Versailles - небольшой отель с уютны ми номерами и отзывчивым персоналом. Расположен далековато от центра города, но недалеко от метро. Линия метро позволяет без пересадки добраться до многих достопримечательностей города, очень удобно при планировании своего маршрута на день.

El hotel es bastanbte cutre en general, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el servicio y la limpieza bien. Un saludo

Hotel très sympa meme si la chambre était un peu petite. Personel très agréable et disponible.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, because of a leisure trip in Paris. Staying at this hotel was not a very pleasant experience, taking into consideration that it was presented as a 3* hotel, which I hardlly doubt it is, even though all the signs are there. We changed 2 rooms, because the first one was a triple room, and all beds were single, although we had a double room reservation and the receptionist wasn't able to understand the difference. It was the same receptionist who couldn't speak English and the one that couldn't find our reservation in their computers for over an hour at check-in. The 2nd room we get was a double room, which was so small that the door on the bathroom could open for good, if only we hit it at the bed. Also, everything in there was old and tired, from furniture to blanket and curtains. The hotels was clean and the location is a good one eventhough it is a bit far from central Paris. I would not recommended to anyone and I would propose to the hotel management a radical renovation.

Das Hotel wäre gar nicht mal so schlimm, wenn nicht alles so alt und abgenutzt wäre. Es ist nicht schmutzig, es ist halt einfach alles sehr sehr abgenutzt. Bettlacken hatten teilweise Löcher und der Teppich hat einen Geruch, den keine Reinigung rausbekommt. Die Zimmer zum "Innenhof" liegen genau über einem Chinarestaurant. Der Geruch von frittiertem war also mein ständiger Begleiter und macht ein Verweilen im Zimmer unmöglich. Es ist halt schade, weil das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit war und mit wenig aufwand ein toller Aufenthalt möglich wäre. Die Lage ist super! Metro und Strassenbahn nur 200m entfernt. Grundätzlich bekmmt man was man bezahlt.

Det er små værelser, men rene og i orden. Lave priser betyder selvfølgelig også mindre komfort, men har man bare brug et sted at overnatte, så har det, hvad der er brug for. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

accueil parfait, tres bon rapport qualité / prix

Hotel très bien situé près de la Porte de Versailles. Chambre pas immense mais avec tout le confort nécessaire et d'une propreté irréprochable. Celle-ci donnait sur une cour et donc était très calme.
