Embassy Suites Atlanta Airport - كوليدج بارك

We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, would not cool and fan was broken. My invalid father was very uncomfortable. They offered us a replacement room on the last night when they could not get the a/c fixed but by that time it would have been even more inconvenient to move him. Responsiveness of maintenance department was unacceptable.

The hotel was very pretty, nice staff, and very clean! The breakfast was great! Will stay here again if I am in this area again!

The hotel is in need of maintainence. There is a musty odor in the courtyard. Carpet is worn. Our bedding was visibly soiled. The blankets for the sofa bed were torn. This was one of the poorer kept members of this hotel chain.

New carpet and couch but dingy otherwise. Had dinner in the restaurant, service was poor and food was poor. Dirty blanket in closet for the couch. Requested another and took 25 minutes to get it, lady said she was alone. Bathroom outlet did not work.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS MOTEL FROM THE START OF THE BREAKFEST ETC...WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS FRIENDLY...WE TOOK A FAM VAC SO IT WAS A TOTAL OF 30 OF US AND KIDS INCLUDED AND ALL I CAN SAW IS AWESOME .... EMBASSY WILL ALWAYS BE MY MOTEL OF CHOICE...

WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY EMBASSY SUITES MANGER PARTY NOT IMPRESSIVE, WAS UNABLE TO HAVE THE BREAKFAST AS OUR FLIGHT WAS EARLY NICE ROOM, DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGER PARTY AND BREAKFAST AS THAT WAS THE REASON WE STAYED AT EMBASSY AND ALWAYS IS......

This is a nice hotel ..very clean absolutely love my stay!!

Reasonably priced, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, reliable airport shuttle, and plenty of amenities. Kind staff and speedy service. I've had a couple one-nights stays in ATL, and I'll stick with this one in the future.

Great hotel. Great Staff. Not enough signs on the road to identify the hotel at night.

From the free Happy Hour to the quality of the room, this is a hotel I will return to and will highly recommend. The breakfast buffet was terrific.

Very nice property, clean room and very friendly staff

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The "included breakfast" rate is WELL worth it the extra few bucks, as it is a hot, made to order breakfast grill with everything you can imagine or want. The beds are super soft and the room is modern and clean. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend this hotel simply because the service was SO bad. The desk clerk was rude and seemed mad that she was at work. She didn't give us/tell us eveything we needed at check in, so i had to traipse back downstairs twice. (Noone would answer the desk phone when we called.) There was no room service menu in the room,we had to ask for that then wait 30 minutes for it. We went to the "restaurant" on-site, only to find every table dirty and/or full, and some clueless but polite waitstaff who took 20 minutes to show us to a table and get menus to us. We decided after waiting 10 more minutes to order, to just have it sent to the room. It arrived and was pretty good, but by the next morning they still hadn't picked our trays up from outside the door, so we were greeted with a disgusting smell of old food as soon as we opened the door. The valet was nice and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. Beware of parking and internet charges, they added up significantly. The desk lady comped another guest's internet fees but wouldn't do it for me. All in all, its a nice hotel, with terrible employees at the desk and in the restaurant. If you can handle that, by all means, stay there.

All I can say is it was what we hoped for and expected. Would definitely stay again. Very good breakfast is worth $40-50 for the family, gotta consider that.

I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times before, the suites are comfortable, clean and spacious - the breakfast superb and will keep you for most of the day - however had two bad experiences - one I noticed food we had left in the refrigerator was missing and a blanket that was given to me as a gift also disappeared...the hotel was informed of what had happened but unfortunately they could do nothing....this is a great hotel but be sure to secure your items when you are away from your room...

The hotel was clean and the bedding comfortable. I attended a conference that was held at the hotel, so staying there was extremely convenient. The free breakfast was great as usual and had many choices -- omelets made to order or scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, bread, cereal, fruit, bacon, sausage, coffee, juice, etc. The only negative was that there was only one rather expensive restaurant nearby. However, we found out that going a few miles north on I-85 expanded our choices nicely. FYI, we could hear the planes taking off and landing from our room, but it did not bother my husband nor I -- we slept just fine through it.

The hotel was nice. We had to pay for parking we did not like that. Also we had to pay for the Internet.

Hotel was clean, convenient and staff accommodating for the price. HOWEVER the blatant lack of attention or ACTION to the children running the halls every night til past midnight was something hotel manager should take note of and have a plan to address for future guests.

The cooked to order breakfast, manager's reception, and location are the best features. The first night stay was the best, but then the customer service became subpar after that. It seemed as if the hotel became overwhelmed the next few nights. We called several times for towels and no one came or took hours to come. There were barely any pool towels and we told them that this is the reason that we were requesting towels. There was also a group of kids in the pool that were very rowdy and one of them was even throwing up. The front desk seemed to not care what was going on. Started off with a good stay and ended a little on the low side for us.

We were in Atlanta for a funeral, not the most pleasant of occasions.The staff were all very friendly and made you feel that they welcomed your presence. Not one staff member that we encountered showed any negativity. Property was neat and clean, the restaurant and managers reception staff were marvelous and very efficient and always pleasant considering they were catering to a host of out of town motorcycle clubs. Excellent job people. Will definitely return to Embassy Suites.

One of the place I stayed at . Clean room , nice staff , great location . Will definetly come back when ever I'm in town .

Everyone from the front desk staff to the buffet staff was friendly and helpful in every way possible. Congratulations to you for maintaining a mediocre hotel with staff that makes it 5 stars. Special thanks to the valet service for braving the cold weather, and Miss B at the breakfast service for helping us find everything we needed for a beautiful breakfast and just everyone we came in contact with was exemplary!

My wife and I stayed here during our Christmas travel, the hotel staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The only downside was that the hot tub was not working and the drinks at the bar were very over priced; they did however make up for it with the free drinks during happy hour.

The hotel staff was very professional and personable. Excellent service and a good value. Full breakfast and a managers cocktail hour was nice. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

We were dissappointed that our room was no made when we got back after being all day out. We had to call lobby to get at least our trash out. Breakfast and Happy Hour were great!

This hotel was recommended to me,and proved to be excellent value for money. The complimentary shuttle to the Airport was useful to access the Marta rail system,and also great for early flights. Also the full complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The suites were well equipped ,clean and comfortable. I will definitely book Embassy Suites again.

We travel to Georgia about twice a year their no other hotel we will stay but here at Embassy Suite Atlanta Airport. This hotel is nice and very clean i would rate it a 10. THANK YOU EMBASSY SUITE FOR A GREAT STAY.

The hotel was clean and in comparison to others was well kept. I was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and cannot complain about anything. I will be happy to stay there again.

My family and I stayed @ the hotel for a few nights and it was wonderful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but the staff was pleasant and professional and the rooms were comfortable and all around great!

My husband and I recently stayed for our anniversary weekend to go to the Aquarium and Zoo. The shuttle was very convenient to the Marta transit and airport. The hotel was wonderful with it's buffet breakfast and happy-hour. More than we expected. The room was large and had everything needed. Bed was not as comfortable as others, but sufficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

The decor of the hotel was very refreshing. This hotel had all the amentities guests would love: Full Buffet Breakfast Evening Manager's Reception In Room Refrig. and Microwave Friendly Staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff that served you food and and or appetizers was VERY friendly and helpful. The other guest that stayed at the hotel was rude and inconsiderate, The location is horrible, hard to find. Access to the hotel with a cart to get your luggage in was not the greatest. We did NOT get to swim or get in the hot tub because there were so many kids in there it was impossible. You could hear the airplanes come in and take off but if you are a heavy sleeper that shouldnt effect you. NON smoking facility so if you are a smoker you better ask for the first floor.

The Hotel was crowded, people were loud and the breakfast did not taste good. And there were no waffles available for breakfast. Did not get to try the omelet bar, but the prepared eggs & stuff lacked taste, or freshness. The pool was pleasant, but awkwardly located next to an eating/drinking area. And for some reason there was sand in hot tub ?!?

...but only if you can get the very erratic shuttle service. We watched buses for Marriott, Hilton Ramada and indeed every hotel chain go around several times but despite calling them we waited and waited, and phoned and waited for an Embassy Suites shuttle... We have stayed here before and would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay as its close to the airport. But next year we will stay somewhere that has frequent shuttles.

Everything was fantastic, friendly staff, nice place to stay! The only negative thing I can say is that the noise from planes taking off is constant.

Very nice hotel. Disappointed to be charged for parking!!

The facility was clean and staff was pleasant and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was reasonale priced and good. The airport noise was not noticable. The breakfast and happy hour staff was great.

You shouldn't have to pay for parking at a hotel. That's the only minus.

Only negative was the charge for parking.
