We were kept awake much of the night by a noisy family next door, and by our beds which, if not as cold as marble, were certainly as hard.

My only complaint was my room was an adjoining room and I could here the neighbors television throughout the night. When I called the office to complain, she called me back and informed me she couldn't get them to answer the phone. She then proceeded to ask me to knock on the door and ask them to turn down the tv.

We were very suprised at the quarlity for the price. It was very clean and comfortable. The facility appreared to have been refurbished recently and the room apperance was very good. The included breakfast did not look good at all. We choose to leave and eat breakfast else where.

I'm generally a happy camper at this hotel. I've stayed here multiple times now, and only ever had one mishap (make sure they don't mix up smoking/non-smoking rooms). The staff is happy to fix anything you want fixed, they're nice and helpful, and roomservice is better here than at a lot of so-called "upscale" hotels. Next time I'm in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, this is where I'm staying. Again.

The price was right, however I will probably not return. Safety is a big concern of mine and I found the area a little scary. The hotel right next door had a lot of unsavory characters hanging out until all hours of the night. The door to my room looked like someone had tried to break in before. One of the locks to the door was laying in the window (we reattached it ourself). We moved furniture in front of the door for extra protection. The room appeared to be clean until we tried to walk barefoot on the carpet. The carpet needs to be cleaned and so does the coffee pot. When I started to make coffee, I opened it up to pour water in it and a terrible odor came out. We did not drink coffee there. The room itself had a peculiar smell that reminded me of a gas station bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. (very hard) The pillows were very flat. With all that said, the price was good and the staff seemed curtious enough.

I'll start with the pros... it's only a 2 minute drive to Shreveport Regional Airport. Oh, and they give you a free continental breakfast of waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice. Now the cons... it's defintiely not worth the price that you'll end up paying for it. Our first NS room REEKED of cigarette smoke, so we asked to be moved. The second room had an A/C in the wall that looked older than me (and didn't work), so we asked to be moved again. By then, the front desk girl was getting a slight attitude. Hey, if you want to rent a room out in 105 degree weather, you'd better at least make sure that the A/C works right? The third room was just right. It had a newer unit in the wall, and the room appeared to be clean. Only other thing I noticed was the amount of inkpen on the sheets. I guess they write on them to keep you from stealing them or something? Go figure. This place is one step from being a total dump.

Pool was very unclean.Was told by the front desk clerk that they clean their pool once a month.Pool was nasty.

BLOW DRYER DID NOT WORK. POOL WAS SMALL & NEEDED TO BE CLEANED NOT THE BEST AREA. & BEDS THEY SIZE WAS QUEEN LOOK LIKE FULL SIZE

I will not recommend this hotel to nobody. First, this hotel advertise that had RV parking and they didn't. The staff was not friendly and the neighborhood was not good at all. We were afraid that they will steal something from us. Overall a very bad hotel.

The hotel wasn't bad but there was only one resturant in walking distance and when you went to the end of the street away from I-20 the neighborhood went downhill fast. It would be a nice place to stay if you don't intend to leave the area of I-20 and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was horrible,floors had soft spots everywhere we were afraid we would fall through.bathtud would not drain when taking a shower.bed was hard flat pillows.If it had not been so late ,and we were not so tired I would have left and tried to find somewhere else to go.

Tiny, tiny room. Could barely turn around. VERY hard bed...woke up in pain. Flat pillows...almost like there weren't any. Pretty underwhelming. But for one night, it was ok. Would not return though...it was pretty bare bones.

We will certainly return to this location. Pet Friendly and management made us feel welcome. The continetal breakfast was okay and the newspaper for the day was a plus. Thanks for making our stay nice.
