We booked two rooms, one for my husband and myself and the other for my mom, while on a family reunion in Victoria, Texas. The rooms were excellent, clean and very comfortable. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful. We will certainly stay here again when in Victoria.

I give this Fairfield Marriott 2thumbs up. My hold stay there was awesome and the staff was very nice!

Needed a place for last minute trip. Found the price and the hotel to be the best deal and nicest in the area. Covenent to the Mall for last minute shopping and plenty of food choices.

The area is ideal, I loved the indoor swimming pool. The staff gave me wrong information TWICE. At night I was told by one that breakfast was until 10:30am, and in the morning we went to get breakfast before 9:30am only to be told it was over at 9am! I hadn't noticed the guest services book until later when I read that breakfast on holidays (I was there on Memorial day) was until 10am! That was disappointing along with the fact that there was a bin full of dirty wet towels in the pool area with no clean towels and it seemed like it had been that way for awhile. For what we paid that was disappointing. The elevator was also scary, it seemed so old and rickety.

Very nice place to stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and very willing to help with anything. Discouraged as could not access Wifi from room. Had to go to lobby. No gym on site. Other than these two negatives would highly recommend.

No tissue paper in the restroom when we first arrived. The maid service was very slow.One of the maids was cleaning a room one minute and the next minute she was handling food in the breakfast room.This lady looked like she had not taken a bath for days.Her hair and cloths were very dirty both days I was there. The is a health problem. I would not go back to this place. I will spread the news about this place.

The hotel has only one entrance/exit which makes it hard to enter and exit. This was very inconvenient. I thought the hotel was very small and I expected a little more since it is a Marriott. Elevator needs to be fixed. For a new hotel the Elevator sounded like it had been there for a decade. Other than that the room itself was very comfortable. I would not pay full price for the hotel though, I would have to get another discount if I were to stay there again.
