الفندق لا بأس به – ولكن من الأفضل الإقامة في مكان آخر في وسط المدينة إذا كنت في عطلة...

فندق لطيف في فيينا. طاقم العمل مستجيب والغرفة نظيفة (على الرغم من كونها أصغر عما ظهر في الإعلان) وبوفيه الإفطار (المتضمن في سعر الغرفة) ممتاز جدًا. الجانب السلبي الوحيد في إقامتنا سعر الإنترنت اللاسلكي المبالغ فيه (20 دولار في الليلة)! الفندق يجاور خط المترو وفي آخر الشارع هناك مقهى لطيف ومطعم لطيف جدًا يقدم أطعمة فيينا. جرب شنيتسل في المطعم المواجه للكافتيريا (المقهى)!

الفندق كبير ونظيف ولطيف. طعام الإفطار متنوع ورائع. الغرفة كبيرة والأسرة مريحة. هناك بعض المطاعم اللطيفة على بعد خطوات بسيطة (سالم براو!). يمكنك المشي إلى معالم المدينة خلال 15-20 دقيقة. هذا المكان أكثر من رائع لأنك لم تزل في قلب المدينة وبسعر جيد. يمكنك التمشي في المدينة وزيارة أسواق كريسماس خلال يوم واحد!

بينما الموقع لا يقع في المركز تمامًا، إلا أنه لم يزل على بعد 5 دقائق من وسط المدينة بواسطة الترام أو يمكن استقلال سيارة أجرة مقابل 7 يورو. طاقم العمل متعاون. طعام الإفطار جيد. وحجم الغرفة مقبول ونظيفة تمامًا. بشكل عام أرى أن سعر هذا الفندق أكثر من رائع في فيينا. أنصح الجميع به.

Only spent 1 night there, arriving in the late afternoon leaving before breakfast. However in the short time and at a quick glance the hotel looked lovely. The staff a reception were very friendly, the 3rd bed was brought up to the room within a few minutes. Spent a few minutes in the lobby waiting for friends and it did not take long for bar-staff to come asking if I would be wanting anything. Beds very comfy and the room very clean!!! Will stay again /recommend.

My hotel room on the ground floor was very tired: chipped paint work, loose carpet. In-room movies and internet use are very expensive. There is no WiFi in rooms, only in the lobby. In contrast, many Viennese cafes have free WiFi. I doubt the 4-star rating. Service was very good. The restaurant was not open twice when I went to use it -- a light meal in the (noisy) bar area was the only option.

A little bit distance from city center (20 min walking). Otherwise, a charming hotel.

a spacious hotel which works hard to make your stay comfortable.good beds and reasonably sized rooms but small things missing like stationery.

A little out of town & have to pay for WIFI

Had a beautiful stay in Vienna , the weather was hot and sunny and the excellent hotel was an added bonus. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovelly, being able to sit in the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Would definetly recommend to a friend .

Very good hotel; 20 minute walk to city centre. Excellent restaurant reasonably priced as a hotel. Would happily stay there again

The room was the largest in my 6 city tour of Europe. Clean , large, a/c worked well. Very helpful staff.No free WIFI , a surprise for such a nice hotel. Easy to get to. From the airport we arrived at the Landstrasse metro stop and caught a tram just outside the station. The tram stops about a block north of the hotel.Its an easy walk.

It was warm, so the pool was extremely crowded, and it was not for hotel guests only.

This is a very nice hotel, but it seems that NOTHING is included in your room price. Breakfast and wifi cost extra, and the hoops that you have to jump through to use the wifi are crazy. You only get 1 device logged on to the Internet at a time, whether it is wireless or hardwired. No wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but too expensive.

Location a little bit further than i would have wanted but a nice quiet location, easy to find with the car. Room and staff fine, shame that the cooked breakfast was cold (three mornings in a row).

A very good hotel with a magnificant breakfast (but expensive unless included in price).

We enjoyed our short holiday in this hotel very much, it was a bit far away, but still walkable to the centre as the weather was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself nice and clean, even if a bit dated. The only real minus I want to give is the lack of free WiFi, in my opinion you shouldn't have to pay for Internet access in hotels of this price nowadays.

The Hotel, room, and bed were clean and comfortable. Front desk help were reasonably friendly and efficient. A solid business hotel, but would not recommend for tourists or those looking for a romantic get-away. Neighborhood is OK, but not convenient to key historic sites within the Vienna "Ring". The additional cost for Breakfast is outrageously priced.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel itself was very good with a good service. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfas was also very good. It's about 20 minutes walk to the city center, and less than 10 minutes to Belvedere palace. It is also conveniently located beside the metro railway; It takes a couple of minutes to get to the city center or around 20 minutes to get to the airport. No free Wi-Fi and you have to pay 16 euros per day!!! We prefered going to the starbucks to connect to the internet. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying in this hotel with its old world style design and traditions. The room was clean and big and the King bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awsome. I did not like that Wifi gets charged in the room and in the lobby. Other than that perfect stay. Friendly staff and only two or three tram stops away from the city center. Tram is right behind hotel (garden back door). The Vienna card can be purchased at the reception. It costs 18 Euros and will allow you to use any public transit within Vienna for 72 hrs. Very convenient. The card also provides you with discounts to museums, the Hofburg, Schoenbrunn, etc.

The hotel is beautiful and the setting so serene, especially the garden. Nina at the front desk was most helpful to me when I needed assistance. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner included delicious food and delightful service! We just wished we had stayed longer!!! I reply for three travelers.

There is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and you have to pay to use it. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. No breakfast included in the price and the location is not central.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city centre. It is about a 20 minute walk through a residential area and the Stadt park to get to the Stephans dom. The hotel is very nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic and you can sit outside to enjoy it if the wheather is nice! They have plenty of sunchairs on a back lawn which is also nice. The beds and pillows are compfortable. The tram nb 0 takes you to the Pratern, and the tram 71 which is a 300m walk away takes you downtown.

The Hotel's location is not convenient to get to places of interest. However the staff was nice & helpful. It has a beautiful lobby and the breakfast was superb with a wide variety to choose. The room was clean an the bed was comfortable. The Manager was kind and showed concern for my stay as I had a cold. It would have been perfect if our requested extra bed was prepared before we arrived and a kettle was provided in the room so that I could make a cup of hot tea in the cold weather rather having to pay for a kettle to be brought in to my room which seemed a little expensive.

There wasn't really anything I could complain about with this hotel but nothing much to praise either. On the plus side, staff were very friendly, the bar/foyer area was pleasant and the restaurant was very good in its own right. The negatives, the room was fairly standard with none of the little extras you'd expect of a four star, notably no coffee facilities, aside from it being a reasonable size there's not much more to say about it. Also, you had to pay for internet access, which is a big downside for me as I do most of my sightseeing/eating research on site, impossible without the internet. Charges for its use were extortionate. Breakfast was also very expensive although this wasn't a huge problem as location was good with tram and metro within 5-10 min. In short, not a bad hotel but not what I'd call a four star, unless you were willing to pay for their extras.

One of the reasons why I specifically decided to stay in this hotel was because it had a swimming pool. I would love to have gone for a swim on a couple of the mornings, however I think the word pool was a little flattering. It was not really possible to swim as the 'pool' was only 8 metres long! One other disappointment was that there were no tea making facilities in the room, which I would have expected from such a beautiful hotel. All in all i would recommend the hotel, however dont expect to go for a swim or make yourself a cup of tea!

The hotel rooms were quite ordinary - satisfactory but not special. A metro station is one block away. It was easy to use public transport to see the sites of Vienna and to get to the airport. A fantastic buffet breakfast was included with the room - we enjoyed that very much. The hotel staff was mixed -some extremely helpful and some a little curt. Hotel public rooms are lovely.

Accommodations were pretty standard, nothing special. Location was conveniently located near s-bahn making it pretty easy to get around.

riesiges Mittelklassehotel, im Clublevel sind die Zimmer renoviert und grosszügig geschnitten, Bad super. Service freundlich, Pool für die vielen Zimmer winzig. Lage an der Bahnstrecke geht so. Man kommt aber zu Fuss in die innere Stadt. Wie alle Hotels in Wien, viel zu teuer.

Ett mycket bra hotell. Bra standard, rent. Fint skick och trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost. Ligger lite avsides men nära till tunnelbanan.

Des travaux ont été effectués dans une chambre voisine dès 8 heures du matin un dimanche,pas très reposant.Nous n'irons plus dans cet hôtel.

Bon hôtel, cadre agréable. La chambre est également très jolie. Seule la salle de bains demanderait un tout petit rafraichissement. Mais très bien dans l'ensemble et très accessible en tram ou métro
