Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook - أوكبروك تراس

Hotel was nice and clean. Only diasppointment was the advertised shuttle. My husband and I had attended a Cubs game that day and were looking forward to being driven to dinner to find that there were no shuttle drivers

The Hilton Suites Oakbrook Terrace was a very comfortable hotel. Room service was excellent and timely. The staff was helpful. The room was spotless and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when working or visiting nearby.

We've stayed at this hotel many times since it opened around 20 years ago. We love a suite hotel - especially with kids. So this one brings back a lot of memories. They have made some changes - both good and not so good. The pool/hot tub area is still nice. They've added a good sized workout room. They used to have a free cook to order big breakfast and no longer do that - we miss it! When we stayed last weekend I was surprised how quiet and empty it seemed. Still a nice place and great location.

Bed was soft, restaurant was first rate, and people were helpful.

I stayed here recently on a business trip a week ago. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, with plasma screen t.v. in the bedroom and living room. The workout facility is totally modern. They have a huge swimming pool with hot tub. There is a very convenient twin kiosk for printing out boarding tickets or general web surfing. The breakfast buffet was excellent (a little pricey, but very good). They had a huge bar area with Golden Tee Live 2010. Also there is a free shuttle service to the massive, modern, mall right next door. I would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this hotel and it was as great as the first. The rooms are very clean and large. The pool is very nice and the fitness room has a great variety of weights and cardio equipment. The breakfast is wonderful. Anything you could want was there. I highly recommend this place if you're looking in Oak Brook. Plus it's only 2 minutes from Oak Brook Mall.

hotel room was fine only problem there was no vent in the rest room.

Our family of four stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday and we loved it! The staff was great, the indoor pool was warm, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathroom are very large. Whenever we visit Chicago, we plan to stay here!

Great place to stay and get lots of holiday shopping done. Hotel was nice and quiet and the staff was all friendly and kind. We had a good time with the kids here.

We got a king bed suite, and it was one of the nicest, newest rooms I've stayed at in awhile. No help with bags on our wedding night (I would have tipped!), but they did give us a hand full of bandages when I called and asked for them.

I love this hotel. It is an all suites hotel. The rooms were clean and new. The bedding is posh with lots of pillows. The bathroom is huge and they offered Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. In the living area of the suite there is a bar sink, microwave, coffee maker and refridgerator. There is a large Precor Fitness center that offers cardio equipment and free weights. The hotel is gorgeous, spacious and thestaff is very friendly. Parking is free. Check in was a breeze. Stay here!!

quality of room service has decrease since my last stay, long wait for food to arrived, it arrived cold /wrong order.

We were traveling from out of state, and because of the time zone change we didn't realize that we had arrived 15 minutes before the check in time. The guest services attendant was extremely rude and uninterested in helping us, she told us the room wasn't ready and to just leave and come back later, then she walked away and never returned to assist us. Fortunately the manager eventually stopped chatting about her previous night and noticed us sitting by the counter. Then she continued to check the status of our room and after waiting nearly 30 minutes for a room we reserved months ago, we were given a room key, without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience or a thank you have a nice stay. That was the last time we saw any of the hotel staff. When we called down to guest services the phone attendant had such a bad attitude and their responses were always short and nasty. Aside from the rude staff, the room was very clean and comfortable. There were also uniformed police officers constantly rooming through the hotel halls enforcing the hotel's no party /no outside alcoholic beverages policy. We were not sure if they were supposed to make guests feel safer, or feel as though we had booked a night in a prison. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know, Chicago has far too many lodging options to settle for such a bad experience.

Great Location, with good visibility and easy access of highway. 1bdrm suite was very comfortable. Room nicely designed with bathroom access from living room and bedroom.

Great room for the money, I love the separate areas

nice size room. great service, close to shopping center, movies, easy to find.

Excellent: 1. CLEAN ROOMS, INCLUDING THE SUITE. 2. FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY HELPFUL W/INFO. 3. ROOMS SMELLED FRESH WHEN WE RETURNED. 4. GOOD LOCATION, CLOSE TO MALL 5. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. IMPROVEMENTS IN STAY: 1. PARKING WAS SOMETIMES A HASSEL. 2. ONLY RECEIVED FREE BREAKFAST IF BOOKED THRU THEIR WEB SITE. 3. ELEVATORS SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM, NEVER WORKED AT THE SAME TIME, GUESTS WAITED GOING UP AND DOWN.

Great staff!

Overall the hotel is excellent, it has a great interior and exterior that is well kept. The staff was pleasant. The rooms are well kept, however, if you are afraid of heights, the upper floors of the hotel which look straight down into the lobby, may not be for you. There was some renovation going on in the pool area, but the area remained open and did not affect our stay. Overall a great hotel for the money!

Not one complaint. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in the area.

Great Hotel. All recently remodeled. Hotel staff was very helpful.

I purchased two suites, that were very similar. They were very nice, comfortable, and the service was great. They are very spacious and the price was just wonderful. Its a great place to stay even if you're on a budget.

The room was great. We got in about midnight and up to have breakfast with other attending a wedding. I think I would still have liked the room even if I spent more time. Next time however we will eat outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was slightly below average. There are plenty of better eateries in the area.

suites are wonderful - you feel like you are in an apartment rather than a hotel room. I do think that the room rates are a bit pricey as the last time we stayed at this hotel, I believe we had more perks that went with the room. I think that a room rate adjustment might be considered, especially given that you do not received what you did in the past

wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Eine Schwierigkeit: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe mehrerer großer Strassenkreuzungen und kann nur von einer Seite dieser großen Straßen aus angefahren werden. Dies ist aus dem Lageplan nicht ersichtlich. Obwohl wir die Gegend kennen, haben wir uns mehrmals verfahren.
