We stayed here for the close location to the Rivers Casino. We weren't expecting much because of the low price, but were really surprised at the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Best part of all was the excellent service! Paul at the reception desk was very helpful and knowledgable. He even upgraded our room without us asking! We will surely stay here again.

Was only there for a few hours. But the hotel is very comfortable and clean.The service personnel was also great, the front desk clerk even loaned me her lighter, since they took my at the airport. Thank you!!!!!

i had a nice stay fro the price that i paid. Clean room, free breakfast (nothing special but still its quite nice if you're in a morning rush). And one thing that i use a lot is the free shuttle to the airport (they have it every half an hour), so i can go to downtown from o'hare using the train (save me gas, time, and the hassle of parking downtown). You can call them when you're back to the airport from your trip and they'll send the shuttle to pick you up. The cons are probably the hotel location is in the industrial area, but i usually too tired to do anything after a whole day of exploring. Overall i'll stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to O' Hare and route 90. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the room well appointed for the price point. While the room exceeded exceeded my expectations in terms of the cleanliness and newness, the simple chair provided at the work desk was not great for long periods of use. Also, the pillows were a bit flat. Seemed like the linen had been recycled from another hotel.

Good inexpensive hotel located 5 minutes from Chicago O'Hare airport.

The hotel staff was efficient but not friendly. The hotel itself had a lot of amenities-washer and dryer,a computer in the dining room, elevator, free parking, complimentary breakfast. The room was pretty clean and check out time is noon which is great. Room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave (microwave in dining room) but still was pretty great.

close to airport, friendly front desk, overall good hotel

I have previously stayed in a room on the first floor of this hotel. While it was okay, this time I got a room on the second floor and it was a lot nicer. The sheets smelled really fresh, bathroom was clean, and the sink is nice. While simple, I also appreciated the free breakfast-- it's way better than having no breakfast at all!

The hotel was priced really well but the location was very dull. nothing really interesting happenning around there. Had to go a decent distance to get good food if you are tired of burgers and stuff. TV remote in room was not working and the room was very dull. if they took out the tv it would feel like a jail cell! But nonetheless if I had to stay a night for very cheap i wouldnt mind coming here. Oh and they did have a contienental breakfast which was ok.

I have stayed in Baymont before and had a decent time, so that's why I decided to go back and stay there. Upon my recent second stay, it wasn't so good. I checked in, he gave a the key to our room. I walked in and it looked like the room has been rented to someone else or that it didn't bget serviced yet, so I had to ask for another room. When I got keys to the second room, the keys didn't work! I had to run down stairs to lobby and get a 3rd room. Then it was fine. Shortly after all this mishap, I called front desk for 4 extra pillows, they couldn't even accomadate that. He said all he could do was 2. I am thinking, even after all the mishap that had happened, and you KNOW that's it was coming from my room, the room which you had to change keys 3 times, the LEAST you could've done was at least accomadate my 4 pillows. THE LEAST. I like the price and that it's close to the highway to Chicago, but I'm not going to stay there any more. The 2nd stay there made a really bad representation of them and how UNaccomadating they were to me and THEIR mishap. I am and will look for another place closer to Chicago. Too bad for them, I am a frequent Chicago visitor.

Perfect stay at the perfect price when you need/have to overnight on your travels through Chicago O'Hare. Will stay every time I come through. Great, friendly, convenient shuttle service. Staff was helpful and never annoyed.

This hotel has been renovated and is a great hotel for the price. This hotel was clean and has a nice complimentary breakfast. Also, Paul at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast included was very basic but did the trick. The bathroom was very small. Common areas were good and the employees were extremly helpful.

I had to stay unexpectedly overnight in Chicago and got a great rate at this hotel, but I now understand why. The hotel lobby smelled of smoke, the hotel had a hard time finding my reservation information, the bed was VERY hard, and the continental breakfast had the fewest choices I have ever seen. It was a place to stay in a pinch, but I'd never go back.

Close to the meeetings, close to indian restaurants, close to jimmy johns, close so many places which are needed!

very nice people and service. very comfortable bed and room. Variety of items for breakfast and very nice staff overall. Only downside is the very old TV's they have in the rooms, other than that a complete 10

This hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly enough and the room was clean but it just wasn't what I was expecting. The neighborhood was industrial and the location was inconvenient despite the shuttles. If you need to stay for just a night or don't mind shuttling around (adding a half hour or more to your commute to anywhere) then this is the place for you. It was cheap but not quite worth it. If the rooms were a bit nicer, or if the bedding a bit more higher end I might recommend it.

Very good experience at affordable price.

When I first arrived at the property it was dark and seemed a little run down, but then I was met at the desk by the nicest guy. He was so friendly and suggested the Korner House for a good burger. Great hole-in-the-wall bar, but it had good service and great burgers. The room was just ok, only 2 pillows, bed not super comfy, but ok. I like more outlets in the room. I had to plug my phone in across the room because all the outlets were behind the bed and being used. Nice touch was they had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies when I returned from dinner. Unfortunately when I got to the hotel the 2nd night they were all gone - even though it was earlier than the first night. Overall I would stay there again. Very basic breakfast - nothing hot - but it was fine.

I didn't have my room properly cleaned for 2 days in fact beds were not made up and no clean towels despite requests to the manager(who seems to work limited hours) There was never more than one staff member on from what I could see. I can't blame the staff as much as I can the manager who clearly doesn't care about his guests. If you want cheap and away from everything this is definitely the place for you but don't expect much. The name should be changed to The Bayfield Motel not "inn and suites",,,a joke!!!

You pay for what you get - needs a remodel and not the cleanest but an acceptable place to sleep & shower

Just want to thank the staff at this hotel. Front desk staff was great, especially Nancy and Evelina. Hotel was very clean and janitorial staff always took pride in their work. Lastly, I cannot say enough about the shuttle driver's. I had about 4 different shuttle driver's during my stay and they were all very helpful, polite, and genuine. They all went out of their way to make our stay better. You cannot compare this hotel to a downtown hotel, but let me just tell you, service wise they are up there if not better!

The lady at the time of check in was very abrupt and unfriendly. While I could be wrong in my presumption but she gave me an impression that hotels.com customers were not her first choic

The hotel was overall fairly clean but extremely dated. The "newly renovated" comment if you call the hotel is a joke. The bed was less of a bed an more of a trampoline to sleep on. The staff was extremely unhelpful and left us waiting in the freezing rain for an hour for the shuttle bus back from the airport.

I booked this hotel because it was close to O'hare Intl. Airport and we were only going to be there from 7:00 pm until 6:00 am. and the hotel was reported 'dog friendly'. The trip from the airport to the hotel was a little further than I had hoped, about 15 min. by shuttle. The neighborhood was airport industrial, no services close by so we ordered Chinese in, not bad. Overall, I would give the place a 7 for the type of hotel it is, clean, quiet, nice folks, front desk person was very nice and helpful.

hotel clean the bed was quite comfortable more food then i expected for breakfast you realy have a very good assortment of food to choose from Staff very helpfull Shuttel clean and the Driver was very prompt no waiting on time I would certainly stay there again
