Staff was friendly. Access from outside to room was more versatile and convenient than most, especially from underground parking. The hotel was quite.

Hotel location - fantastic! Room cleanliness - yes! Bed confort - yes but sagging greatly! Breakfast - not your average fare - so much variety! Hotel lobby under construction.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast with good and convenient. It worked great!

The Ritz-Carlton its not, and you might expect more nicely appointed room for this price, but it is a nice, clean, quiet place to sleep, clean-up and have breakfast. Restaurants all around, so other meals are not a problem. Close to the MARTA station, and just off the freeway, but not so close you have all-night freeway roar. Free internet is a plus, large, smushy paper coffee cups in the room are not. My "regular" when I am in ATL on business.

So I checked into the Hampton buckhead atl on 3/2/12. The water carriage system aka the toilet wasnt flushing in room 607. So I got moved to room 513 were it appears the plumber who installed the toilet seat was in a hurry. there is no space between the bath tub and the seat. I thought that was strange. Hiltons really??

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location and excellent price. Love the warm cookies in the afternoon and waffles on the breakfast buffet. We will always stay at Hampton Inn now!

GREAT,all the staff were so helpful and made some really good suggestions of places to eat.. w Very helpful with directions we needed for the next day. Excellent care.

Our hotel stay was very pleasurable. The location is ideal for events at nearby Chastain Park which is wehre we were headed. Parking was free which was a plus. Some nearby locations did not offer this. The room was very comfortably air conditioned and the air conditioner was not noisy at all a problem at some hotels I have stayed at) so I got a good nights sleep. I brought my own pillows but this was probably not necessary as the bed and pillows were already very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and the free breakfast in the am was a plus. Nothing special, but certainly adequate. Fresh ruit and yougrt, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, egggs and sausage, bagels, danish. When we checked in at 3 pm there was complimentary coffee available whch I appreciated and it was very good!!!! and most appreciated after our long drive. I would give the hotel a five allaround, except for one thing. The carpets did not seem fresh and the grout in the bathroom could have used some scrubbing with bleach. However, to be fair, this is usally the case no matter which hotel you stay at.

We had a great time at this hotel, it wasn't the amenities, which are not that much, there is free breakfast and a shuttle service to the Marta. That is about it. But the staff is excellent. Friendly and warm, our every need was seen to. Even the maids were nice! Special thanks to Gus! We had a great stay and I know you will too.

Was very impressed that we when entered the room at 8pm the lights were turned on as well as the air-conditioner. Very welcoming1 Good location and very clean. Highly recommend1

Great, will stay again. Good hot breakfast first morning. Second morning the scrambled eggs were replace with diced fried potatoes. Disappointing. Otherwise great.

We had a great weekend. The hotel was perfectly located for shopping and dining. It was very comfy. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Great stay!!!

I loved this hotel for the price. Great buckhead location, right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was fresh and always had me in the indecisive end of where to start an what to eat. Front desk was very accomadating, even when i wanted t order something to eat @ 3am. Will return to this location.

This hotel was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast had a very good variety. The staff provided extras like cookies, chips, and bottled water, that while inexpensive to provide, was a nice added touch. Another major plus was the free parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Buckhead area of Atlanta not wanting to spend a fortune on lodging.

This hotel is really reasonable for the price you will pay. You get more banks for your bucks! The hotel is located within a walking distance from chique and upscale restaurants and there are also night clubs and many shopping malls within the neighborhood. Regarding the hotel service, my room was clean, the staff were friendly to me and the breakfast was amazing! I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Atlanta!

The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was affordable, neat, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. They also provide hot cookies during the day which was delicious. I had a pleasant stay for 2 1/2 days and enjoyed my visit.

Key did not work every time we returned from going out. Old towels taken away with no new ones returned. Total mix up with getting new towels between Front Desk and Room Service staff. We usually stay here for Peachtree Road Race every year. l look to to go back to Fairfield Inn further down Piedmont Road next year.

I was very disappointed with my most recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Buckhead. The floor that I stayed on smelled horrible, something very noticeable once you got off the elevator. It smelled as if the carpet on the hallway of the floor had mildew or mold (the carpet by the way was extremely old and worn). The elevator was extremely slow, I tried taking the stairs down once and discovered paint buckets and all types of other equipment blocking the stairwell from the 3rd level (not sure how far down). There was construction going on the entire weekend (this was some of the hold up friday night on the elevator past 7 p.m.) I could hear hammering and drilling as early as 9 or 930 a.m. saturday and sunday morning. My room was directly across from one of the stairwells (never tried using this one) and there was heavy traffic in the morning saturday and sunday with the door slamming constantly. The room which I booked online as "smoking" smelled of smoke in the carpet/curtains but I was told by the front desk that the entire hotel had recently been made "non-smoking". The bathroom wasn't that great with the tub and the tile on the floor with notable permanent stains and the side of the toilet "gross". The location was great but the overall condition of my room, the floor, the elevator, the construction was awful. Perhaps I should have asked for another room, but wasn't very confident that it would make that much difference overall. The hotel has definitely seen better days and I will not book online again nor will I stay there.

It took three attempts to obtain key cards that would actually unlock the room. The toilet barely flushed. There were hairs on the shower curtain. The air conditioner noise (turning on and off) kept my husband up all night.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the holiday weekend. We usually choose to stay at this location when ever we come to Atlanta because of the convience(resturants, grocery store, starbucks near by). We have never been disapointed at this location and have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. As well as the hotel clean and the breakfast bar stocked even at 9:30 in the morning. We would both recommend this hotel.
