Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead - أطلانطا

I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt for years, great location in the Buckhead Area. Staff is wonderful. Room is great. I would give the room a 4.5, I would only give it a 5 if it was a little more plush. Plush meaning, bigger shower, and larger sitting area.

I was there for 5 days. It was my first trip to Atlanta, staff and hotel were amazing. The staff made things easy and they were more than efficient. The hotel was beautiful, there was one minor issue that was handled quickly and reconciled. I would stay there again.

Loved this hotel but mattress was awful! Had a back ache every night during my stay! I expected better but other wise, nice stay!

Overall I had a very positive stay at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead. 4 star comfort, service, and amenities. Nothing to push it up to 5 stars, but ultimately everything was great for our extended stay.

The staff was great, hotel was luxurious. The only complaint I had was the valet service, it was $30.00 per night & they were very slow and the customer service of the valet staff was as if they were doing you a favor. The hotel did refund me half of what they charged me Wich did make up for it.

one and only complaint was parking charges and lack of television stations in room

Hotel is in the perfect location: close to Atlanta, and within walking distance to several places to eat, etc. The gym is beautiful, the pool & gardens are under renovations at this time, but it's December so we weren't planning to swim. The best pizza place is right across the street: Buckhead Pizza Co. The shower in the room had the best water pressure ever. The only negative was minor room cleanliness issues upon arrival: beer bottle cap and nail clippers on the floor... everything else was great!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the The Grand Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta, Ga. I give this hotel 5-stars, because when my husband I arrived to the hotel, the doorman to the housekeeper was very helpful and courtesy as needed. I recommend everyone to experience the stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed. I give this hotel 5-stars.

Stayed for Black Friday and weekend. Closeness to Lenox Mall, hotel, surrounding activities made a great weekend.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. I have high expectations when it comes to hotels and where I lay my head down at night, but I must say, I was pleased. I only had a few concerns...the hotel food was not good at all and was severely overpriced. I expressed my concern and after the management brought another dish to my room as a consolation, I just realized they just do not have good food. In my opinion, some things should be complimentary as well... such as Internet service and the buffet breakfast. Service was great though!

The Hyatt was walking distance to my destination the night I was staying. Raining, they provided a umbrella. Only issue was the concierge was not familiar with my destination and sent me in the wrong direction. Not a big issue, and overall, a very enjoyable stay. Nice, well equiped fitness center, including small maps for runners.

Great place, great staff. Expensive internet.

Excellent hotel! Very nice all throughout. Theres a romantic Japanese Tea Garden and nice bar downstairs. The room was huge for a standard room. The staff was great and offered any help, directions, and suggestions we needed since we were out of town. I stay in alot of nice hotels, and this is one of the best.

If your looking for a great hotel for the buck in an upscale area...Then look no futher...The Grand Hyatt located in the center of Buckhead is a treat for any traveler looking to dine , shop, and realax all @ the same time. My next stay in HotLanta will be here for sure.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and all they had when I got there was a room with one king. It said I was going to have a room with a city view but that consisted of leaning against the window so you could see it. Disappointed with reservation.

Wonderful hotel, clean, great amenities, attentive staff. Only knock I would give it is my room was right off the elevators and I could hear people slamming doors because of the automatic closers on the room doors. Other than that the stay was very comfortable and definitely in a great location being located in Buckhead.

My husband and I just wanted a quick weekend getaway, so we chose the Grand Hyatt because I had heard great things about the pool. So glad we chose this hotel! We loved that there was a grill/bar outside with a wait staff that would come to our lounge chairs, fun music and just a great vibe overall. We spent more time at the hotel than we did eating/shopping which is rare for us in Atlanta. The room was spacious and we were within walking distance of great shops/restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Everything about my stay at this hotel was good but the service was incredible. Each employee that even had athe smallest role to play went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The customer service training or exceptional personell hiring in this hotel is remarkable. Everyone including the housekeeping staff and security office that assisted me when left behind my toiletry items wanted to ensure that I had a fabulous stay. Sam the bellman, the young brunette concierge from Marietta and the young blond frontmdesk clerk treated me like I was their only customer. Even the gentleman my husband called to confirm that the pool had comfortable chasie lounges, full sun a majority of the day and poolside service (on weekends) was super professional, providing tons of information (like at what time the sun is blocked by the tall surrounding buildings). I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone!

I enjoyed everything. It was very clean, quiet, and convenient to all our needs. Great assistance and very welcoming customer care.

Perfect location. Easily accessible to everything from bars/ rest/ and interstates.

From the moment I drove up the level of service I received was superior. The bellman offered to have my suitcase taken up for me - such a nice gesture when you've been traveling and are tired of lugging around your suitcase. When they delivered it to me, the gentleman graciously set up my suitcase for me, offered to get ice and although I declined he proceeded to show me where it was along with the emergency exit. The room was extremely comfortable - great view, marble bathroom and ipod player which is always a plus! The food and drinks were amazing - I ordered a peach-cilantro caipirinha, white asparagus soup. Delicious! When I ordered room service for breakfast it was delivered 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The entire time I felt relaxed and pampered and would've liked to stay another night. I would definitely say this is one of my favorite ATL hotels.

Really loved everything about the hotel; comfortable bed, updated rooms, marble bathroom. My only complaint is there was long strands of hair in my bathroom, but other than that I loved everything including the service.

I was truly shocked to see ads for nude dancing bars in the hotel guidebook. I realize the ads are a necessary way of funding the guidebook, but there should be limits. I was personally very offended.

The hotel was really nice. The valet and concierge staff were extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The only complaint was the room was really cold. Even though we turned the heat on 80 the room temp. was 62. I would still stay here again. Loved it!
