كان الطاقم كريماً جداً. سوف نرجع هنا مرة أخرى. إن سبب تقيمي لراحة الغرفة رقم 4 هو أننا كنا سوف تستفيد من زيادة مساحة الخزانة لتتناسب مع الإقامة لمدة اسبوع. (نحن لا نفرغ أمتعتنا في العادة إذا كانت مدة الإقامة أقل من ذلك) نحن نحترم ما تم عمله بغرفتنا وهو تجهيزها لنا بسبب وصولنا المبكر لأننا كنا متعبين جداً بعد رحلة استغرقت طوال الليل.

فندق جميل في منطقة وسط لندن، الطاقم مساعد جداً وودود مع أن المشروبات في البار أخذت وقتاً طويلاً لكي تصلنا.

وصلنا من استراليا في الساعة 7 صباحاً ولم نكن نتوقع أن ندخل غرفنا حتى بعد الظهيرة، لكننا تفاجئنا بأنهم منحونا الدخول عند وصولنا وبدون دفع أي كلفة إضافية. كانت هذه هدية من الرب بعد رحلة دامت 14 ساعة. شكراً جزيلاً.

Front of house staff were excellent, very helpful!

The hotel is 5-7 min from the National Portrait Gallery, National Art Gallery, St Martins in the Field church and several theaters & movie houses. There are numerous restaurants (some quite good) and China Town close by. The service at the hotel is excellent from the concierge, desk attendants to the restaurant and room service personal. Rooms & bathroom are adequate but not luxurious.

The hotel staff were courteous and professional and highly attentive. The most welcome and comfortable I have felt in London for some time.

Thought it would be loud on Leicester Square. Very quiet...slept soundly. Location cannot be beat the Piccadilly line takes you to most of the popular attractions and is straight shot to Heathrow.

We were traveling with 2 children and wanted a hotel with a suite so the kids would have their own rooms. The hotel was very accommodating and the room was big - especially by European standards. The room came with breakfast which was a great breakfast. The only negative is that Leicester Square is a wonderful location and quiet during the day but loud at night. The clubs are right there and we could hear the music until 5:00 am. Having said that it didn't take away from how nice the hotel was overall.

Poor support of printing needs, e.g. airline boarding passes.Excellent breakfast, except coffee is not nearly hot enough. Excellent choices of juices, cereals, eggs, etc. Could provide carrying of heavy bags to/from guest rooms.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable,clean and quiet room. Restaurant staff were friendly and informative and our meal was good.

There are two slow elevators for the building, and when one was down, the cleaning crew was using the other for servicing rooms as people were trying to check out at 10a.

The room was not clean and was certainly not hoovered whilst we were there.The window cill was full of dust and the bathroom mirrors and the vertical surfaces around the vanity basin were dirty.The room is in urgent need of decoration.

The hotel is well located on Leicester sq, just a short walk from the tube. It was clean and presentable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The business class room i stayed in was a little on the small side and the lighting could have been better. But overall I was happy with my stay.

Incredibly helpful staff who were more than willing to assist us with any and all questions about essentially the entire country. Great location with all kinds of shopping, entertainment and food well within walking distance and easily accessible via the Tube. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat if given another chance.

First time in London not knowing what to expect about the hotel and the location. We must say that from the very time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles and each hotel employee was eager to help us in any way. During hte check in process they ever gave us Lattes. Very nice!Afternoon Tea was included in our package and it truly gae us a taste of British life. Room were nice, although a little small. The television only had a few channels so I hope they upgrade that feature a bit. Some reviews complain about the noise in Leicster Square but it was not a factor in our trip at all. You could walk outside of the hotel and literally have anything you wanted. Food, shopping,etc. All the major London "must see's" were within a 10 minute walk. Overall we would certainly come back to this hotel and advise our friends to do the same.

Well the rooms are not perfect vur they are good and the location is the key of awesomeness for this hotel .. i have enjoyed my stay but the price is too high

My only complaint is half-glass shower door that caused the shower to flood the floor, and I don't mean a little water. It took all the towels to dry it good enough to use the bathroom after. Leichester Square is no prime if you want to be really close to major sights but still within extended walking distance. Hotel overall was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Great location! Soundproof was great. Not so great shower, not so comfortable bed, too hot took days to get AC on. But can't beat price/location!

Undoubtedly the best location for a city break. The area is perfect for walking around and getting a real feel for the city. With Covent gardens and Regent street just around the corner, not to mention soho on ones doorstep, it couldnt have been better for us. Lovely cafes for breakfast abound and restaurants for every taste and budget. We had booked one double and one twin room. Unfortunately they had no twins left so they upgraded one of our rooms to a large double king and offered to put in another bed. This worked perfectly. The double room was a bit small, but the other was great. The thing we really liked was the uncomplicated and unfussy way in which they tried to make our stay better. No problem with late check out and free wifi of a good quality all over the hotel. Also easy access to the business centre for printing. Both our rooms were at the back and not at all noisy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic friendly staff, great hotel and location. The upside of being in Leicester Sq. is your so close to everything, you can sit outside in the bar area and people watch. Also very close to all the theatres. On the downside the neighbouring bars are very noisy and appear to be open till 4am. Our room was at the front of the hotel and whilst it had double double glazing, it was still hard to sleep. This is not the hotels fault and I would stay again, but would ask for a room at the rear of the property.

The service and hotel was very nice, but is in Keicester Square that is very lively but they clean it around 6AM therefore it s very noisy very early in the morning. Even thought the hitel and service is nice, it makes it uncomfortable to be waken up by cleaning machines early in the morning.

Nice hotel, great location. But the bed was fairly uncomfortable (hard) and the room was noisy (from outside, somewhat expected, also from doors slamming and from housekeeping in the morning). Service was great and the breakfasts were good. Short walk from the Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus tube stops.

Despite having written confirmation that my friend and I would have a twin room - in itself something that seemed to pose the hotel a great problem - on arrival we had been allocated a double. When I refused this we were told all that was available was a twin in the smoking section. We accepted this through necessity but the whole floor smelt of smoke and was most unpleasant. The TV in our room was in a cabinet on the left hand wall to the beds - meaning you had to look sideways the whole time to see the screen, a very basic lack of consideration. Our bin didn't get emptied and the splashback to the bathroom basin was crusted with limescale. The room felt generally shabby and was not what I would expect from a hotel claiming a 5 star rating and is not in line with my previous experiences of Radisson hotels. The only good thing about the hotel was the location, but frankly I feel the nearby Premier Inn would have offered a fresher environment and better value for money.

The hotel was fine. It was a fairly small room but t here was enough space for us and our luggage. Staff were very helpful and friendly

I stayed overnight and had ordered a newspaper for the next morning. No paper turned up and I was charged £2.49 for a 90p paper. I did not realise I had not received this paper until I left the hotel. Not 100% customer service.

Excellent hotel and great location

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to a show or simply sightseeing. You just can not beat the location.

A stunning hotel - service was outstanding from the beginning. Nothing was too much for the staff - very helpful and friendly. We had a suite overlooking leicester square itself - made us really appreciate how central we were, but with no noise or disturbance from the square at any point. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the 'nespresso' coffee machine in the room certainly set a high standard for the food and drink.

The hotel earns it's 5 star rating. Room is excellent and staff amazingly helpful. Right on Leicester Square, the hotel is near everything you want to see in London. Right in the heart of the Theatre District, very near to Buckingham Palace and all of the major sights. Room was absolutely comfortable and well furnished and extremely quiet from all of the outside noise.

The hotel itself is perfect, but since they are renovating the bloody Leicester square, getting in and out of the hotel was a nightmare. To add to this misery, the staff had the very bright idea to close one entrance of the hotel, the side door, which meant that i had to go around to reach the front of the hotel, an 8 minute walk. So for me, until the Olympics are done with, i will avoid this area.

Radission Edwardian Hampshire in Leicester Square is a lovely hotel but overpriced. Unfortunately compared to other 5* hotels, it lacks those few extra stars. Great location though.

We booked this hotel because it looked like it would be close to a theatre we wanted to go to. Turns out the Radisson is close to pretty much everything we wanted to see while in London. We were only a 15 minute walk from the London Eye and Big Ben, plus around the corner from Trafalger Square and West End. Customer service at the hotel was amazing. We got there early and were able to check out bags and then the bags were delivered to our room while we were out. The bed was amazing as was our view. Any problems that occurred were fixed quickly and they apologized for the issues. We were made to feel welcome and would definitely stay here again and will refer anyone to this hotel.

I travel a lot around the world and always try to stay in the best places. I must say I felt like I was staying at a four season hotel. We stayed in room #116, they even had a Nesspreso coffee machine in our room. We will stay there again and again while visiting London. PS. Thank you Mercedes at the front desk for making our stay superb!!!

Lovely hotel perfect for the night. Second visit as we were seeing a show and doing a spot of shopping. Room spacious and comfortable. Bar prices expensive though and got woken up by the refuge men about 5 but what's to be expected in Leicester square. All in all a good stay and would def go back.
