Holiday Inn Express Middlesboro - ميدلسبورو

Loved everything about the hotel except the bed. I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express anywhere that had a comfortable bed. Sorry.

We stopped here during a return trip to northern Ohio from Myrtle Beach. While not upscale like the condominium we rented in Myrtle Beach the bed in the room was far more comfortable than the one there in Myrtle Beach (actually a very comfortable bed). Our room was very clean here & the staff accommodating. For our in transit needs this hotel provided good care, quality & value for monies spent. I will use this hotel again in my travels based on this particular stay.

Very nice hotel, price was decent, breakfast was impressive and the desk staff were proactive and very accomodating. Will stay here again when in the area.

Hotell and room were very clean. Staff were nice. A free hot breakfast was included with the room, and it was wonderful. The bed pillows left a lot to be desired, but that was the only thing we didn't like. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel desktop computer was inoperable all the time we were registered. Breakfast was in need of some greater variety and a large dose of taste. First time in a Holiday Inn express didn't make me feel that I could do anything special or extraordinary after staying there like in their commercials. Staff was very nice.

We had a clean room. The pool was well maintained. Hotel was convenient to many different stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the Pinnacle and other sights. The only bad thing was we had a non smoking room but you could tell someone was smoking on the floor even though the rooms were all non smoking. Not the hotels fault, just rude people staying there.

While this hotel was very neat and clean, the manager had sold my prepaid room to someone else before I arrived. They didn't have any more 2 queen bed, non-smoking rooms left and we had to stay in a king bed non-smoking room with a rollaway bed, which was very uncomfortable. Hotels.com did call the manager on duty and tried to get our room but was told they were sold out so we took the single bed room with the rollaway bed. This is the fault of the manager, not Hotels.com who did everything they could to make this right. We arrived at 6:30 pm and they should have held our prepaid room!

My wife and I, along with our five-week-old infant, stayed two nights at the Middlesboro Holiday Inn Express in total comfort. The room was clean, the hotel quiet, and the staff extremely nice. When we walked in the room and noticed there wasn't a refrigerator to store the baby's milk in, a staff member had one brought to us within five minutes. Our visit couldn't have been more enjoyable.

This hotel wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've ever stayed in. Considering the area, it's basically a five star hotel in comparison. The bed was really hard...I mean, rock hard. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave, which was odd to me. Otherwise, the room was big and nicely kept, though perfume-y. The breakfast was pretty great, too. Considering it's in the middle of nowhere, it's relatively conviently located on the "strip" with fast food and some shopping opportunities.

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. ROOMS WAS VERY CLEAN.THE EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE.I WILL STAY AGAIN..

great service, nice room,nice free breakfest very close to all the sights. very close to stores and food, we would stay again if we ever go to cumberland gap.

Put us in a non smoker room that smelled like a smokers room! Very unpleasant. Was changed to another room, the next morning, with much better results!
