COMFORT INN AND SUITES AT MAPLE - مونتبليير

My company booked this room for me and I was a little concerned because I am somewhat picky in where I stay. I was very pleasantly surprised. This pictures for this Hotel do not do it justice....time to take new ones. The staff was incredible, extremely helpful and extremely polite. I would definitely stay here again!

The people working at the Inn were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, made our stay comfortable.

Great room. Single cup coffee maker in room. Best continental breakfast I have seen in a while, they had eggs, bacon, waffles, the works.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A very nice lobby area with tables and games, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and delicious cookies at all times. Breakfast was very nice (and included in our room rate). Convenient to the interstate - absolutely value for money. Bottles of water in the room; coffee machine and morning papers. We even received a free ice scraper for our car windows when we left!

Surely some of the best service I have experienced in the US.

Overall good hotel. The room was clean and large.. Did have multiple issues with the card reader for the door lock. We had to have multiple keys reprogrammed and or replaced over and over again.. Breakfast was good, internet was great, beds were good.. Over all not bad place to stay.

I would recommend this hotel however we did have two experiences that weren't good. However, my husband and I are easy going and just went with it, but some people may not. The hotel is undergoing some maintenance and there are workers all around which was fine. But we left for a day of sightseeing around 10am and returned by 5pm. Our room had been left wide open for goodness knows how long. Turns out a maintenance worker who was working, used our room for the bathroom (and didn't flush) and left the door open - it could have been open for ours for all we know. Nothing was missing or out of sorts but it was just unnerving. Then that night at 1am the fire alarm went off blaring, we all had to evacuate the hotel. Later out we found there had been a power surge. On a good note - we were upgraded to a suite without asking upon check-in. It had a living room, bath, bedroom and kitchen area, very roomy. The beds weren't comfortable, the water pressure was good. Would I stay again? Yes because of the location and it seemed to be one of the only "brand name" hotels in the area.

this hotel may be satisfactory only for overnight in the way to the White Mt. like we did. it's out of town, but near a shoping center. The rooms are clean and comfy and you get a nice breakfast.

We were on a trip to the Northeast for college visits and needed someplace to spend the night between Boston and Montreal. This motels was very convenient, right off the interstate, but less than 5 minutes drive into Montpelier, which is a very quaint little town. The motel was really very nice for a 2 star. The lobby was reminiscent of a mountain lodge with high wooden ceilings. The staff was extremely nice, and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The mik and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch, as were the game tables with chess, checkers and backgammon. The room was clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this motel.

The hotel is a gem. The property is striving to be the best hotel in their range. Many small things add up, in addition to the superb service and basic property. Ammenities like the free business center, fresh and warm cookies with milk in the lobby everyday, available laundry on site, workout room on site, very nice and complete breakfast, free local, regional and national newspapers, and an outstanding staff, all make for a very nice stay in this price range.
