We found the room and all areas of the hotel to be neat and clean. There was a good variety of food for breakfast .

Nice place good breakfast. The pool stay open till 1200 pm. Right by the mall and some good resturants.

Checking in @ 3:45 pm and front desk informed room wasn't ready yet because it was busy last night, Unhappy :( room with 2 double beds is narrow and doesn't have fridge & microwave.

First time at this Inn and we will always stay there when we are in Missoula. Very Nice and helpful clerks at the Desk both night time and day time. Breakfast was all that we needed and more, great and fresh. Room very clean and the whole Inn was very nice. Would recommend this Inn. Very close to GREAT restaurants and close to Wal-Mart and a Great Mall.

the hotel was an average Days Inn: one story bungalow style, dated interiors, low-quality towels and bedding. It was fine for a brief run through Montana. The breakfast was average too: hot and cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, toast, waffles. Lots of use by day crews in the area, so there was a laundry available as well.

Great pool and hot tub. Very clean. Quiet heater. Will go back in a heartbeat. Several miles off the Interstate.

It was very nice hotel and close to all the shopping.

There was a faint pet odor, or something type of smell. Most of the tv channels weren't coming in and the problem was not fixed until the next morning. Staff had been aware of the issue earlier in the day, but had not taken steps to fix the situation.

Room was clean. Thought we were getting two queens and the beds were full. Mattresses needed to be updated. Could feel the springs through the bed mattress padding.so not very comfortable. People were noisy and could hear through the walls or the floor. Other than the mattress and size of bed the room was clean. Also at breakfast had some healthier food which was great..Thank you for that.

All of the employees were wonderfully helpful and friendly. My only real complain was the pool temperature. I knew it wasn't heated but it was downright cold and my daughter couldn't swim for more than 3 minutes without shivering. After 10 hours in the car, she was disappointed she couldn't swim but she had a lot of fun in the shower. Although the service and cleanliness were great, I don't think we could stay here again if traveling with her because of the pool. Other than that the hotel was great.

Our mattress is in need of upgrading. Kept rolling to center of bed!! Otherwise stay was very pleasant.

Very satisfactory. Granddaughters loved the pool.

Expensive but clean..pulked in late and the room was comfortable but the priceshould hav been 70 for these avg rooms...cont bfast was good. Would stay again if caughr on road so late and needed a room.

nice quiet hotel would syay there again

The hotel was clean. Because I booked with hotels.com and had a small dog' I was given a room first floor right by back door. I requested an upstairs room or away from the door and was told this was the room I paid for. The noise level was unbelievable. Not one bit of sleep until 5 a.m. I tried to complain throughout the night but they said I had to voice my complaints with hotels.com.

This is a good basic hotel but I found the beds to be extremely hard & uncomfortable for me personally.

Very quiet and nice rooms. Didn't eat there because we want organic food and in Missoula there are places that serve it.

They have a pool and sauna. Breakfast was great.

The fire alarm went off first thing in the morning, the window to our room didn't lock...The breakfast was horrible the eggs cold and nasty tasting.... the front desk staff was of no help when I checked in she didn't even know I had prepaid... then she charged me 20.00 for my two dogs when online it had said a 10.00 fee for up to two dogs.... will never stay again.....

The hotel seems fairly new but it's showing some wear and tear. Front desk should go through a little training on greeting guests, they seemed really uninterested.

This hotel is quite satisfactory for the price. However, if one is a light sleeper, you will not rest well if nearby rooms are occupied. We could clearly hear people in the halls and other rooms in the middle of the night. Other than that, the breakfast was very good, hotel staff friendly, and accommodations clean and comfortable. Not bad for the price!

What a great place. The breakfast is the nicest I've ever seen. The room was a bit small but really clean and nice, great bathroom, and the pool was fantastic. Spa was nice and everything was very clean. My kids loved it... thank you!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sleep Inn Missoula. The front dest clerk was very friendly and accomodating. The room was in good condition and I was very satisfied with the pillows!

We chose the Sleep Inn because it had smoking rooms. It was an average room. We were there only for sleeping. It was a good price and we slept well. The breakfast was decent. No complaints.

Great hotel! Very comfortable and clean! Staff are extremely helpful as well! Would highly recommend!

Manager was helpful in assisting us with information in securing tubes to float the Blackfoot river. Motel was close to many of the sights we needed to see.

Easiest check-in and check-out! Clean and Comfy!

After a few bad experiences in MT this was a welcome relief. The staff was friendly, room was small but clean. Breakfast room was a bit small but adequate. Great price.

Worth the drive off the freeway. A very quiet location. Staff very friendly, the freshly baked warm cookies were a nice touch. The neighborhood is mixed with several casino's nearby, but also near K-Mart, restaurants and fast food. Three blocks from King's Clothes, a thirft shop where I was able to replace the swim suits that the kid's forgot.

We had a group of five that stayed in two rooms which we enjoyed very much. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and there is shopping nearby. I give this hotel an excellent rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this inn. It was just a little hard to find . It was located close to resturants and shopping .
