This was a very comfortable hotel.Staff were excellent and when we ordered room service the food was very good.On the down side the pool is a little bit grotty and when we had lunch in the restaurant my steak sandwich was awful.

Conveniently located and the service is extraordinarily good.

A truly wonderful hotel in Bogota. First rate facilities and service. The gym is especially worthy of note. The only drawback at all is that the hotel is not all that convenient to the tourist attractions that we were there to see -- a 15 or so minute cab ride to most of those spots. I suspect the hotel serves extremely well for those that are in town for business, as it is located in more of a business district. But first rate nonetheless.

Arriving in a strange, big city like Bogota can be a bit daunting but this proved to be a most comfortable haven and an ideal place to end my trip around Colombia. Although situated in the north of the city , you could easily get a bus downtown from the end of the road and the airport is about 35 minutes by taxi. It was quite safe to walk around the neighbourhood, not least because , being in an area of large corporate offices and embassies, there were plenty of security guards and police around. There's quite a choice of restaurants nearby around the plaza and in the shopping mall in Usaquen, 5 or 10 minutes walk away. The staff were all most welcoming and the hotel also has a useful business centre with free internet use.

It was a lovely hotel. The room was huge, great exersice room and a full-on buffet breakfast. I am glad I chose the Radisson Bogota.

Very nice property...staff was very attentive....room was very spacious with nice view...an inexpensive taxi ride to anywhere in the city.....most of the tourist areas are located a distance from the hotel...however, taxis are plentiful and inexpensive...you are not required to tip the taxi driver either!

When we inquired as to the hotel taxi we were told the price for the transportation of the taxi cab and we were very pleased with the quote but they failed to advise that the hotel charges a separate commision which the fare cam out to a higher amount then expected. I was not happy with that.

Stayed here for only one night, but the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely welcoming, the restaurants consistent, and the gym is probably one of the better hotel-gyms I have ever had the pleasure of using.

The hotel is situated in the business district which is in the nice and upmarket part of town in the north of Bogota. Don't expect to walk out of the hotel and find lots of restaurants and bars though, if you want to go to the restaurant area around Parque 93 then bear in mind that you'll need a taxi, use one of the hotel, but during rush hour this could take up to 30 min. Overall the Radisson was good, plenty of choice at breakfast with friendly service. Rooms are nice and big, good Television and wireless which is always important to me. Also enjoyed the pool, the sauna and the gym which always make my stays in hotels a lot more enjoyable. Would recommend this modern hotel to anybody on business of for a short leisure trip. There is a big new shopping mall next door as well.

The hotel is in a nice area. The service was great. Housekeeping was a little sloppy with replenishing supplies, but a phone call each day would take care of that. Also be aware that you will find an additional insurance charge per person, per night on your bill. I thought when I booked thru hotels.com that my bill would be covered, but for 3 people, 4 nights, it cost me an additional $45.00. Breakfast and lunch were a little pricey since they only offered a buffet, but dinner was off a menu and very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel.

Wow.. all I can say is wow... very impressive.. costly no doubt, but very impressive. Kinda far away from lots of places to visit though, but cab rides are cheap so no probs.

Definitively a great hotel that clearly exceeds the expectations we could have considering the rate per night that they charge. The installations were superb, the service incredibly nice and efficient, in a upscale neighborhood, however with great security all around. I recommend it highly.

Outstanding European feel hotel. Very safe area. My husband and walked to shopping areas adjoining hotel and within a few miles of hotel and felt very safe. The staff called us by name each time they saw us and surprised us with little treats throughout the week (dessert in room for 4th of July, birthday cake for my husband, chocolate covered strawberries in the middle of the week) and the manager of the hotel left little Radison presents for us on our day of departure. The Spa was so incredible that we had four massages, two facials, two body wraps and body scrubs, and one manicure over a 10 day period at a fraction of the price of other hotels. We are already planning a trip back next year, and have talked to two other families to join us at the Radisson Royal Bogata Hotel. We hope to hold an event in the beautiful outdoor banquest room.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and a surprisingly large amount of the staff spoke fluent English. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, and pool and workout area were great as well. Nothing but good can be said about the Hotel. It's a short walk to two malls, and there wasn't anything I needed that I couldn't get very quickly.

Location - Well, in Bogota, nothing is really near anything. Everything is a long taxi ride away. Not a bad location, but not really convenient to much either, other than a small mall walking distance away. No heat! - For what appears to be a new hotel in a city that is cold most of the year, it astounds me that few (if any) hotels in Bogota have heat (though they usually have A/C, which makes no sense). Medellin hotels have heat and air, and it is usually in the 70s year round. I requested a portable heater, and got one. Twice, I left the room around 2 or 3 pm, hung the sign on the door to make up the room, returned at 8 or 9 pm to an unmade room. Considering that there are 2 colors to the door tag (white and black, one side being Do Not Disturb and the other being Make Up Room), there is no excuse for this to happen. On the positive side, I ended up getting a free night. On the negative, they called me a month later to try and charge my credit card for the "error" of not charging me for a night I stayed there.

It is in a great location, great rooms, but what most impressed me, it was the staff, very friendly, and useful, I never had to wait a minute to get the help I needed. A five stars hotel!

Todo muy bien, las chicas de la recepción, Sara y Diana se portaron súper amables, además de todo el personal en general. Un servicio muy profesional y de alta calidad. La ubicación también me pareción excelente, demasiada seguridad y 2 centros comerciales muy cercanos.

Excelente Hotel solo un poco lejos del aeropuerto por el trafico debe salir a tiempo siempre, y recomendacion al Hotel tener algunos medicamentos disponibles como para el dolor de cabeza o botiquin primario para esos casos de madrugada, todo lo demas maginfico el servicio !!!

Excelente atendimento. Pessoal profissional e simpático. Ótimo café da manhã. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Um pouco longe do centro (15km), o que pode demandar um bom tempo de táxi, já que o trânsito em Bogotá é caótico. Mas se o viajante não tiver necessidade de ir a todo momento ao centro, recomendo esse hotel sem nenhuma dúvida. Além do mais, não é muito caro. Se for a Bogotá novamente, ficarei nesse hotel, com certeza.

Por razones de negocios visito Bogota con cierta frecuencia y me atienden como si fuese mi propia casa. Diana, la Gte del hotel, siempre esta muy pendiente de los detalles, que son los que marcan la diferencia. Recomiendo el Radisson Royal Bogota!!! 10/10.

Gostei muito do hotel, mas se fosse outra vez para Bogota ficaria em outro hotel da mesma rede Royal devido a localização. Ficaria no Royal Andino perto dos malls, como o Andino, Atlantis, e varios restaurantes

Mi esposo y yo somos Bogotanos pero vivimos fuera de Colombia. Estuvimos en Bogotá para pasar las fiestas de fin de año con nuestras familias, nos hospedamos en el Radisson y nos encantó. El hotel es muy lindo y acogedor, las habitaciones son amplias, bonitas e impecables, el servicio es excelente. La gente es super servicial y la comida: deliciosa! El transporte es buenisimo, es seguro caminar por los alrededores, la vista de nuestra habitacion a los cerros era divina... Fueron unas vacaciones en mi ciudad y lo sentimos asi gracias al hotel.

Nos pareció excelente, no sólo el servicio sino también la habitación. La atención es personalizada y la habitación superó nuestras expectativas. Por fortuna además obtuvimos una promoción que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera por demás muy placentera. Espero volver a tener el gusto de visitar el hotel en nuestro próximo viaje.

El único problema es que la tarifa no incluía desayuno, esto nunca se especificó en el pago y tampoco me dio la opción de agregarlo a la tarifa. El desayuno pagado sin el paquete era excesivamente caro.

En terminos generales la excelente calidad que se espera sera encontrada en este Hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para viajes de negocios y placer.

el hotel radisson de bogota esta ubicado en un sector muy bonito y seguro y la atencion es muy profesional ademas el hotel es limpio ny elegante debe conpartir esta experiencias otros viajeros vale vale al pena si regreso volvere al mismo hotel
