Quality Inn South Bluff - سانت جورج

It's worth the extra $20-$50 for a nicer hotel. Issues with upgrading our room for two beds; the next day the keys would not work. Felt like I was constantly needing to get a hold of the front desk. The bathroom smelled of urine and had crickets. You could see there had been a water leak and carpet throughout room smelled bad. The fridge did not keep items cold enough, and the A/C unit blew out warm air. In the St. George weather you were taking a cold shower then hoping you made it through the night listening to the loud unit blow the air around...pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

The only thing I can say bad about the place was the beds were too hard.

We went to St. George to enjoy the sunny weather and planned on spending most of our time at the pool, but it was so crowded and dirty we changed our plans. The hotel staff had their kids swimming in the pool while they were working and their unruliness made it unbearable. The pool was littered with wet towels, and the hotel staff was completely unconcerned with keeping it clean. Luckily we used the hot tub the first night we stayed, because by the second day it was filthy and completely unusable. On the last day of our stay our room didn't even get cleaned! We were out of the room most of the day and when we returned around 3:30 our room still wasn't cleaned and we had to request for our room to be cleaned and get some towels so we could shower. The hotel manager was unsympathetic and unapologetic and simply said he would send a maid down with towels. We left for the day and returned around 11:00pm only to find our room still hadn't been cleaned! Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Quality Inn any time soon!

Rooms were very smelly 1 was strong cleaner smell and the other was old smoke or something I was trying to use the fax machine at the business center it was not working and the 2 staff at the counter did not say one thing to me, I had to go to the counter,2 ft away, and ask about the fax and was told it did not work, then they told me they could fax for me for a charge,

The air conditioner was broken in our room, the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests. However, it was close to our convention center.

This is a decent place to stay. This hotel had rooms that you access from outside...which I don't prefer. Also, the bathroom was really small and the bathroom fan sounded like a 747 Airliner. I felt bad for the people in the room above us - I'm sure they could hear it. The room was clean and generally well-kept.

I asked for a lower level room because of a handicap. The heater was noisy as was the parking lot. Room was clean, staff were friendly and bed was satisfactory. Unfortunately the noise kept me awake most of the night.

The price was great, and the hotel was fairly updated. The hot tub was nice, but reeked of chlorine. Pool was broken during our visit. Hot breakfast was actually fairly decent.

The bed was comfortable with extra padding. The room was spacious enough.

The physical aspects were all fine, but there was no wifi available in our room though it is advertised as being available and the tv reception was actually unwatchable on some stations and poor on most even though it was cable. When asked about both problems, the reply was "wiggle the wires on the back of the tv, that sometimes works" and "sorry, the wifi doesn't reach that part of the motel." I was quite disappointed and won't stay there again.

Property is clean but a bit tired. Hot tub wasn't very hot. Freindly staff.

The convenience off the freeway was very good. Extremely good continental breakfast. front desk was helpful and it had a restaurant right across the street..

I've stayed at Quality Inns before, and I'm usually very happy with my stay. I think the problem is the owner of this particular place. This hotel was definitely worth the price. The TV didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work either. (Only a few of the number lines showed up.) The TV problem wasn't as big a deal to me since the staff wouldn't know about it unless someone complained, but the cleaning staff should have noted that the alarm clock wasn't working. That makes me think that they weren't paying attention, or they didn't care, neither of which make me feel better. On top of that, the towels were disgusting. There were stains and holes on EVERY towel. None of the towels even had seams anymore. They had all been ripped off with age. It was disgusting to have to use one of their towels after I showed. The tub was also uneven and creaked. Kind of scary. I feel like there is a huge lack of attention or care from the staff. There weren't any towels in the swimming area either. I just get the feeling that the staff and owner don't care about people's experience at their hotel. Other than that, the location is nice. Lots of restaurants nearby.

aweful!!! First they gave us a room that already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Then we were given keys to the rooms farthest from everything and when we got there the keys didn't work to open the rooms. They acted like this was no big deal. Would never stay at a quality Inn again.

This was a quick in and out on the way to another destination. Everything was just fine.

not enough staff to run breakfast in the mornings...old rooms with uncomfortable beds. not enough pool towels. will never stay at this MOTEL again. ugh!

We stay here 1 to 2 times a month and have always thought that it is a great combination of price and comfort. Our recent stay I let a valuable item in the room and was very pleased that when I called the next day they had my item and are going to store it in a safe till we return next month

The hotel was nice for the price...not too run down but not super fancy. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything outside my room which made it hard to sleep.

Iron man competition was being held. Place was packed. Room was still quiet. Tv's could use an upgrade but went there to sleep not watch tv. We'll go back.

I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The furnishings were standard fare and everything worked. The linens in the bath and shower were limited in number but I'm sure if I had needed more they would of been promptly furnished. The breakfast was very good. Juices, Coffees, Milk cereal, muffins Bagels and waffles available along with bread toast butter, Jams and cream cheese. I'll stay there again. The pool and spa looked great but I didn't have time to use them.

Front desk was extremely nice and courteous. Room was clean, spacious, nice TV, and the pool was nice and warm. Located in the Best too for getting around st George. Couldn't have been happier!

Very nice place to stay. Plan a little more time to get thru breakfast buffet as it gets crowded...but well worth the wait in line. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Our family always tries to stay at the Quality Inn now when going to St. George. The rooms are clean (very important to us as our daughter has cancer) and the location is good. The pool is clean and kept and the girls enjoy swimming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not very clean. Floor not cleaned well in corners and behind chair. We were careful not to go in certain areas of the room.

Because I got the last available room for that weekend I had a smoking room. I was a little worried about that going in but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The room didn't smell of smoke AT ALL! The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Loved all the pillows on the bed!

We asked & paid for a roll away bed & it never showed up. The front desk gave a refund the next morning. The room as a little dirty in the corners where the vacuum doesn't get. Cookies at night when we checked in were nice. Old style hotel with doors open to the outside & no interior hallway. Breakfast was nice hot eggs, sausage, & waffles.

Don't have anything to complain about. Nothing fantastic. Pool was decent. I liked the patio area. Our team met for a dinner and swim party. Don't ask for more than two swim towels though. Foget about it!

alot was going on during the week of my stay. The bed was very bad. The hotel was nosie.

For the price you pay this hotel is great. The room was good and overall clean. The staff were great.

Great hotel for the price. The breakfast was above average and everything was clean and well kept.
