the breakfast is awesome!

Currently re-modeling some of the hallways, but the floor I stayed on was quiet. The room was average size and well kept. Housekeeping was observant of do-not-disturb signs - one day when my boyfriend and I decided to stay in the room to watch a movie mid-day we were not bothered, and the room was cleaned after we left for a mid-afternoon lecture.

We stayed here for one night after seeing a concert. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very friendly & helpful, especially Joy at the front desk. The staff helped us find a restaurant late at night and made sure we had a taxi when we needed it. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice looking. We only had coffee/tea because we were in a hurry, but noticed there were a lot of items to choose from. There is a charge for valet parking but you will find that at almost all downtown hotels. This hotel is in a great location and the next time we are in Indy, we'll definitely stay there!

We were only a 1 1/2 blocks from Banker's Life Field House, which was our main reason for staying there. It was an additional benefit to have such a large room and the complimentary breakfast included hot food such as waffles, omletes, and hot oatmeal.

WE CAME IN TOWN FOR A CONCER. WE WERE RINNING LATE AND THE FRONT DESK CHECKED US IN QUICKLY AND VALET PARKED OUR CAR. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. WHOULD HAVE PREFFERED THE BATHROOM TO BE BIGGER BUT I UNDERSTAND THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH ROOM IN AN OLDER BUILDING. THAT BEING SAID GOOD USE OF FURNATURE AND SPACE IN THE BATHROOM. LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR THE LARGE MALL NEAR BY, CONCECO FIELD HOUSE, AND MONUMENT SQUARE. WE ARE PLANNING ON MAKING A TRIP BACK TO INDY THIS SUMMER AND WE ARE PLANNING ON STAYING HERE.

This hotel was in a great location - close to Banker's Life, Circle Centre Mall, and many restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was glad to know that they wash the duvet covers after each guest stay. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that keeping the ice bucket/cups as well as the coffee maker on a shelf in the bathroom seems gross. I know that these items are in plastic, but there are so many germs in a bathroom with the flushing of the toilet that these items would be better placed on a dresser in the bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

The location is very close to the Circle Center mall, plenty of restaurants, and downtown attractions. The service was great. The room was cleaned. Overall is worth the price.

room was clean but the thermoset kept defaulting to 70 degrees after 3 hours and no one not even maintenance could get it to stop other than that it was great the staff were all very friendly and helpful would recommend it to every one

Good location, very friendly staff. A little old and not sparkling but a very good stay.

My only problem with your hotel is that the rooms are too small.

The Hampton Inn was close to all you need - shopping, dining and entertainment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is located close to everything. Parking is reasonable and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was good with many choices.

We were so excited! We loved being right down town Indy. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was outstanding. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone who would be staying in Indy.

We had good and bad! Our room was right by the elevator so we heard EVERY noise it made all night. The breakfast buffet was not good! The room was great, the bed was great, the pillows not so great! However it was right by everything you could ever imagine, within walking distance. I would stay here again, just not by the elevator!

I have stayed in many hotels in the U.S and abroad, and the staff at the downtown Indy Hampton are by far the nicest, most helpful people ever!!! We stopped at the front desk for restaurant suggestions, and later while walking down the street, they called my cell to tell me about a few more places they thought of! Also great location and clean room. Can't beat it!

The hotel location is perfect in downtown Indy. Plenty to do within blocks in any direction of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the free breakfast isnt bad. The only thing that was rough was that the rooms that we had only had 1 king bed, yet they "accomodate" 4 as per the hotel website. The rooms are very small, but if all you need is a place to crash after bar crawling, you cant beat the location.

Perfect location if you're in town for the Monumental Marathon--easy walk to convention center expo and start and finish lines. Free breakfast was excellent. I had two waffles on race morning. Room interior similar to Hyatt/Marriott quality. Halls and meeting rooms are undoubtedly less lavish but of no interest to me. 24-hour valet if you need to retrieve your car. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating as were breakfast room and housekeeping workers. Really no downside. Can walk to several restaurants in less than 2 blocks and a big mall also as close if you're into shopping.

Great location but taking that into account also means it's a little loud when trying to sleep --- lots of traffic noise with room facing street -- should have asked for an interior room.

Location of this hotel is PERFECT! Directly across from the Hard Rock Hotel, and about 1 block from Circle Center Mall, and Conseco Field House, Howl at the Moon, and so much more! Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Selected this hotel due to its proximity to Conseco Fieldhouse (concert). Very close -- walking distance. Nice lobby and clean room. Comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Only problem was that valet parking forgot to bring my car around and I was a bit late for my appointment. Otherwise, highly recommend.

We were just there for the Indy 500. Had to call to say we would be a day late and please hold room. It was ready when we arrived! Betty went out of her way to get our dinner reservations at the Eagle's Nest, staff extremely friendly and helpful, valet (Chris?) pulled car to Meridian St so that we could load away from the crowd on Maryland when checking out, others helpful w/directions to local sites, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Once again stayed here for the Indy 500,(six of us) Perfect location for all the pubs and clubs, Hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly,rooms are clean and comfortable, We will be booking this Hotel for next years race through Hotels .com

Great location within walking distance to Conseco and Lucas oil dome, many restauants not fast food though, and bars nearby, Mall across the street. Heavy police presence made us feel very safe late in the evening. The only negative is the parking,its valet and an extra $15.00 plus tip anytime you need your vehicle. It was a little noisy at times due to the young crowd hitting the bars but not a big deal. Nice room.Breakfast buffet was okay but I was disappointed there was no biscuits and gravy. Overall a nice hotel with nice people and a reasonable price.

Hotel was conviniently located next to Hard rock Cafe and shopping mall circle centre.

Was down in Indy for a Pacers basketball game, hotel is just a block or so away. Rooms are on the small side, but I think that's just due to the age of the building. Very clean and comfy, and close to great places to eat. And a good breakfast in the morning. Would stay again without a second thought!

room small but clean. beds are small queen size was more like a full size and roll out bed was very uncomfortable . complimentary breakfast , lets just say it was worth the price. For one night and the price this was a good place if i was going to stay longer i would go some where else

Let me start my review by saying overall the hotel gets a 10 out of 10 in my book. The valet parking guy was very nice and helpful. However, there were 3 people at the front desk none of which seemed to really want to work, as I approached one, he said, "she'll get you at the end." I could understand if he was busy, but he was standing there doing nothing, and I was the only person in the lobby. The lady spoke in a low/quiet tone the entire time and I could barely hear her as she asked questions regarding my reservations. However, after getting our key and away from the front desk everything was fine, and in subsequent trips through the lobby, the staff always said, "hello", "welcome back", "have a great night", ect. as we came and went through the lobby. Also, after 15 minutes or so of entering the room, we recieved a call from the desk asking if everything was ok with our room, which I thought was very nice. The room was in great condition, plenty of towels, very clean, nice matress and bedding. The location of the hotel was right downtown, close enough to walk to any of the downtown attractions such as Conseco, or Lucas Oil Stadium. Overall a very wonderful stay and we highly recommend it.

We were in town for a gymnastics meet. The hotel was so convenient for everything. We were suprisingly across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe. We loved the hotel, the staff and valet were very helpful. We would definately stay agin.

Would highly recommend this hotel! Staff was wonderful and Bill the valet parking man was very nice!

Hampton Inn Indianapolis-Downtown Circle Centre is very well-located close to restaurants, shopping, and sports venues. But...the rooms are a bit smallish, and, at breakfast, don't eat the eggs...

Great place to stay for Colts games if from out of town. Great location One negative - must valet park when parking garage is across the street, same one they valet park in.

Great downtown location for an affordable rate. Will definitely stay again.

My hotel stay was near perfect the only problem was they dont have a bar in the lobby which I was looking forward to have acouple drinks at. Besides tha evrything was great good service, good breakfast, clean rooms, and comfortable bed.

The bed was FANTASTIC! I have never slept so well in a hotel room. There weren't any "views" from the window, but we didn't rent the room to look out the window anyway. The hotel was very close to the heart of Indy, the Circle, Circle Centre, the State House and Convention Center. The staff was great! Very friendly, helpful and professional at all times.

This hotel only offers valet parking for $14 a day. We went to their "upscale" breakfast buffet to find everything was picked over and all the hot items were already gone - with an hour left to the buffet. We had a queen size bed and pull out sofa - we may as well all been sleeping in the same bed the furniture is PACKED in these rooms.
