JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead - أطلانطا

The door to our room was at the end of a hall in a little cubicle with door to another room . Our door had a very large crack around it when it was closed allowing a lot light & all the sounds from outside to come in . About 1 am a couple came into this room next ours ,talking very loud ,perhaps had bbe drinking and proceeded to make love very loudly ,they were so loud we could hear all the actions of thier love making & noises. It so loud that we had to knock on their door for them to tone it down . Needless to say with all this noise & the light coming in the room l did not go to sleep until 4:30 am. I reported all this on a comment card and yet to hear a word from anyone at this hotel about it !

Conveniently located across the street from Marta, attached to Lenox Mall. Central location with close proximity to wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Service was excellent with superior staff. No complaints here. Can't wait to go back. The staff make traveling a pleasure.

We stayed at the JW Marriott the weekend of the ACC tournament. We normally stay downtown, but chose this location because we were not going to the games and wanted to avoid the area. The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, bellmen and valets were quick and polite. We stayed with our two children and the room was large and comfortable. The indoor pool was large and clean. The workout facility is large and open 24 hours. The equipment (bikes, elipticals, etc) was a little loud from heavy use, but was in good working order. The gym had a lot of equipment, was cool and clean, and there were tv sets at each machine. The hotel is convenient for those wanting to shop at Lenox Square. The area has heavy traffic, but it's Atlanta, so I'm not sure there is an area that doesn't.

it's a Marriott, what can you say? great hotel, great staff and service, enjoyed our stay

Fantastic place to stay. Plenty around you to entertain you. Excellent restaurants in the area.

Great convience

I was so impressed with the service we got from everyone there. They took the time to explain answers to every question we had and made sure we got anything we needed. I was a little suprised how many fees there were for everything, next time I'll know. I LOVED that the hotel was connected to the Lenox mall, it has it's own entrance-you don't even have to go outside! That was one of my favorite parts. The room was very nice but small. The bathroom in our particular room was nothing special. The breakfast bar wasn't great for the price but it's very convienient. All in all we had a really great time and would consider going back.

The hotel was great with a nice room and great furnishings. We were not happy with having to pay $20 to park for one night. For such a nice hotel I would have liked complimentary parking.

I thoroughly enjoy my stays at the J.W. Marriott.

This is great hotel!!! The location is connected to the Lenox Mall. There is a Marta Station just a short walk from the hotel. Rooms are great!!! Great restaurants in walking didtance. Concierge very helpful.

My trip to Atlanta was for the AmericasMart and found this hotel extremely comfortable for a business trip. Very clean, food service downstairs with a nice bar and cafe. The mall next door was to die for! .... But on the downside this was very far from the mart and since Atlanta traffic is so bad I had to take MARTA to the mart. Expensive food or mall food in the area and not much to do other than shop at this location. Hotel charges for wi-fi.

Recently renovated, with a slightly modern but comfy vibe. Very good service - particular kudos to Felix, who remembered our names and where we were from and helped us out several times, including driving us to dinner one night (there is complimentary car service within a 2 mile radius usually available). The concierge was also very helpful and spot-on with his recommendations. The only downside is that the hotel is a little difficult to get to. It is connected to a large mall, and the entrance roads are very confusing by car and somewhat unpleasant to navigate on foot. Once we got our bearings, it wasn't too bad, and it was nice to be close to shopping and several interesting restaurants. It just lacks the streetfront presence that the other Buckhead hotels we've stayed at have had.

- No free breakfast for Marriott Platinum guest - Phones in room did not work - Room service was an hour late - Strange odor noticed at night in hallway and room

A great hotel in a great location. Friendly service with a smile.

Despite some reviews which seemed to pan the condition of the hotel, my wife and I found our room to be very nicely furnished and clean, with a large flatscreen and HD carrying lots of college football games, including the Dawgs; the bathroom was first rate with granite counter top and matching floor. If you're shopping at Lenox you can't beat the location, which is also across the street from the Marta, and in walking distance of a several good restaurants. The Lenox Grille where we ate breakfast is a bit strange, with the buffet in an adjoining room and the dining area in a fairly small windowless room; and the don't carry Coke in the bar, just Pepsi (sorry, Jack and Pepsi just doesn't cut it.) And no wireless except in the public areas. But all in all it's a great place to stay.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Have always enjoyed staying here.

The J W Marriott in Buckhead ( Atlanta Area )is very convenient to Marta, Lennox Mall,and ,and restaurants. Our room was excellent in having a fantastic view,large bathroom with seperate shower,king size bed very comfortable.Recommend taking advantage of transportation provided by Hotel. They are presently renovating but did not effect our stay. I am sure the improvements will be first class.

Excellent hotel. professional , helpful staff. Excellent location. Train station across the road, lennox mall adjacent. Good value for money.

This hotel is in the heart of Buckhead; great location, right across from Lenox Mall. The beds were wonderful! The staff was very friendly, and I felt I got a good deal for the quality of service and amenities at the hotel.

I decided to stay for a girls night out and was unaware of the lower levels being under construction, which was not a big deal. Upon checking into our room, we realized the the toilet had not been properly cleaned and clearly the prior occupant had some digestive issues. It was very gross. We also ordered room service for a late dinner, which took 50 minutes to be delivered to our room, leaving us very hungry. I will not be staying here again. It was very disappointing.

Hotel was in a grat spot but troubles at check in. They had one king bed and a hide a bed when I specifically asked for two doubles as it was two guys! The hide a bed was not made up and when I called they sent up sheets and did not make the bed. They didn't leave a blanket and when I called again they said they were out! They did offer to more us the next day. They also did not have us on the breakfast and free parking program but when I showed them my reservation they added it no problem. The problems seemed to be between Hotels.com and them. The staff were great and hnadled it well!

Sure, its the "clean" and the "quiet" and even the "fancy", but what truly sets a hotel stay apart from the rest in the "nice". During our stay at the JW Marriott in Buckhead, Rory went the extra mile, even taking the time to drive me to the drug store to pick up my wife's prescription. His easy going manner made me feel like I was just chatting up an old friend. What a fantastic ambassador for your organization! While everyone there made us feel welcome, Rory made us feel "at home".

We were in town for one night to go to an Atlanta Braves game. This hotel is so close to the MARTA it is perfect! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing!

Al staff persons were extremely eager to please. Paid extra for the package that included parking and the full breakfast and it was certainly worth the moneyl

The location was perfect in being attached to Lenox mall and very close to the race start I was running in the next morning. Its pretty much why i chose this hotel, and the price wasn't bad either.

This is not a Fancy JW Marriot at all. This is not worth the high price. For the price you would think you would get a Flat Screen TV well you dont The hotels wall paper is peeling off in BOTH ROOMS I stayed in. This hotel is very pricy with food and snacks in the shop they have. After Two nights I went to The embassy suits in buckhead it was fantastic!

The staff took care of all me needs and the room was excellent with a magnificent view of the skyline of downtown Atlanta. Add the convenient location to the Mall and top restaurants makes this a must stay.

We have stayed at this hotel before and would not hesitate to stay again. The hotel is located adjacent to the mall with easy access that does not require going outside in the weather. There are also many good restaurants and shops in the area. I have stayed at the 5-Star hotels in the area. There is deffinitely a difference in quality and service, but not enough to paid the extra money just for a place to stay.

If you are going to Atlanta for shopping in the Buckhead area, this hotel has a wonderful package that includes breakfast and parking. The hotel is lovely, the service is outstanding and the location is perfect - attached to Lenox. Highly recommend this property.

Facilities were very nice and everything was clean and neat. All staff and employees are exceptionally nice and will bend over backward to help you in anyway. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Great place to stay if you go to Braves game, shop, or for the nite life. Convenient to MARTA.
