We enjoyed our stay and loved our suite. it was very clean and peaceful. The location was great with many fun things to do near by. The price was very affordable, We would stay here again.

I came with my dog. The room was perfect and comfortable. Close to all the things I needed. It may not be brand new but It was affordable and perfect for my needs.

The hotel is a great location to stay while shopping in Shaumburg, or visiting friends that live near O'Hare. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, great location. Close to fun bars, but still located in a more remote area of town.

The room was small, the advertisement was false, the front desk was rude. The towels was dingy an the fridge did not keep my groceries cold.

Clean, relaxing and good customer service. Next time I visit Chicago if I do not stay with family I will return!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Suites-Elk Grove. My main recommendation would be that the hotels update and provide wireless access.

Very nice hotel with great customer service!

This hotel is very nice and clean. Had a great night stay, have no negatives very pleased with my stay. Rooms had alot of room and very nice I would highly recomend this hotel.

It was overall a nice hotel. nice facilities, nice room, clean and comfortable, everything you need on-site. Next time I am in the area I will not hesitate to book again.

Booked 2 nights last minute. AMAZING hotel for what we paid. The only thing, is the wireless internet would not work. Otherwise, everything was great!

I found the hospitality outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. The area had many great places to dine. I’ve recommended the hotel to several people already and we most definitely will stay again.

When I got to the room I could not believe how big and beautiful it was....I had gotten a really good deal thanks to my Hotels.com app.... When I looked at the gallery photos, I thought that was a much more expensive room not the one I had booked, it was so luxurious....The staff was friendly and very accommodating when I asked for a late check out.... The room and hotel where spotless.... They even allow pets to the best of my knowledge, I had seen 3 dogs during my stay but I never heard a bark all night....All in all I can't wait to go back, if I ever can get a deal like that again the room is as good as booked! : D

This was a nice hotel and and the surrounding areas were nice. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for printing. Cheaper hotels don't charge you for that stuff, but hey, it's not like I was broke afterwards. I only stayed here because I didn't want to stay in Downtown Chicago and spend 5 times the amount I had to stay here. While I had to go into Chicago all the time, and this hotel was far away from the city, I am glad I stayed here. The lady at the front desk encouraged me to utilize the Metra train. That was a life saver. Very comfortable and I didn't have to get stuck in that notorious traffic on the interstates or struggle to find parking in the city.

Very spacious rooms, nicely furnished. Free internet in the lobby, free parking. Close to the airport, so depending on the days planes fly over the hotel, but with closed windows it's ok. To go to downtown Chicago, best is to park your car in the P+R at Cumberland station and take the metro (blue line). Without a car I would not recommend this hotel, because it is in the middle of an office park, no pulbic transport available.

Firstly, if all you want is a comfortable bed and a couple flat-screen TVs, this is just what you need! No problems on either of those fronts. My qualms arose in that two of the towels we were given (one given initially, with the room, another given later with day-after room service) were either stained or dirty, the bathroom was quite small and the bathtub had a reasonably large chip along the bottom of it. Additionally, we asked for more coffee for our room, and were informed that the fee, per cup, was $2.75. Firstly, that differed from the price list we later found, and secondly, it is a bit cheap for a hotel like Sheraton Suites to charge for every cup of coffee. Maybe make one refill (per customer per day) free, and THEN charge, so that people don't abuse, but honestly? $2.75 for a cup of coffee? That, in addition to dirty towels and chipped bathroom commodities, lowers the overall experience at the hotel.

The AC did not work and they had the heat blowing... When we felt hot, I called the front desk and they told me to open the window because the only have the heat working. The window only opened about 3 inches and we felt like we were suffocating.... The iron didn't work.... The coffee maker didn't work.... I called front desk about the Internet and the night person was extremely rude.... Will not recommend to anyone and will never stay there..... Oh and the tub was filthy with scum on the tub and hair from previous guest.... Horrible experience

Room was clean, bathroom was small but it was nice having a suite. Good cold refrigerator in room along with a microwave, made it easy to fix your own snacks. Breakfast buffet was included in rate, it was served in a very nice dining room and while not lavish, was very adequate. Only dissapointment was that the hot tub in the pool area was not working any day of the three day stay. Close to great shopping and plenty of restaurants

This hotel feels new and clean. It's way off the beaten track, located in an industrial park with nothing within walking distance.

Great Location and nice room size. only one problem: the room was smelling too strong as air deodorant to the point to be too much!

Clean and comfortable. I will stay here again!

Excellent price, clean and comfortable hotel within 30 minutes of Chicago. Also, it is right off of the highway, which is very convenient.

Used to stay at this hotel qute often years ago. Very quite and convenient location. Now it is a time for an upgrade. There was a rip in the carpet right in the middle of room for 254. Hallway was dirty. Dead batteries for one one TV remote control. Lady working at front acted as if she was being bothered by me when I tried to extend booking one more night. She seems to be busy keeping her hair curled.

We spent two days in the Suites and had a really nice room overlooking very pretty parkland. The hotel was extremely convenient for Interstate 90 which goes directly into Chicago, but despite the fact it is only a 22 mile journey we never completed it in less than 75 minutes + normally it took around 2 hours.

Enjoyed the suite configuration of the room - felt like a small apartment; great pool, whirlpool and gym. Clean, quiet and treed location in park-like setting, free parking. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very comfortable and the grounds were very well kept and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to the airport but a little out of the downtown core. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

A very clean hotel. And quite. The room was very very nice up to date with 2 nice flat screens. Very comfy Bed with great pillows, hated to leave but I will definitely stay here again.

Great choice, if you have a car. Free parking...but everything is quite a drive away. Subway is close and you can park for $4 for the day and get into the city within 20 minutes.

Great hotel...clean, comfortable, quiet. No complaints at all.

A bit out of the way, but a great, peaceful alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to O'Haret, but would rather not put up with the noise, schlock, congestion, and high prices in the hotel ghetto on the east side of the airport.
