Concierge very helpful Rooms good but toiletries not always topped up daily. All staff very pleasant and polite

This hotel is really great, and i love to stay in this hotel

My hotel room was given at the third floor. The door of the room coud bearly be closed. Door was really shaky. Constant hassle with personnel trying to get a tip. I mean content flow of people in my aging room. Hotel building is much better outside then inside.

I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! If you are worried about making your trip to New York special, don't be if you choose this hotel. All worries will be set aside the minute you are greeted at the door of your drop off vehicle. You'll never want for anything. Love this hotel and never run out of things to do steps from your hotel. Central Park, shopping mall, restaurant, & Starbucks are all across the street. Concierge helps with any reservation you need. The beds are so comfy...I miss New York and Trump Hotel.

The only amazing aspect to this hotel is its location. Rooms are not a patch on its sister hotel in SoHo. Surprised by its 5 star status.

I had a great time at Trump Iternational! Staff was very polite and helpfull. Room service was realy nice. Excelent location!!

I've stayed in several hotels in New York, but this is the best for us when we're travelling with our kids. The staff here are all very friendly and welcoming (unusual for New York!) and the rooms are great. They've just been refurbished and are very stylish. Choose a one bedroom suite if you have a couple of kids - it comes with a small kitchen, which is handy if you don't want to eat out all the time. There's a huge Wholefoods Market over the road in Columbus Circle where you can buy scrummy food to put in the microwave.

Regular visitors to NYC, first time we have stayed in this hotel. Would rate the overall experience good, with the lack of 5 star service preventing me from writing a rave review: Prior to arrival we made a couple of requests for our room through Trump Attaché services. Upon check in neither request was fulfilled but was corrected within a responsible amount of time. 2. Nougatine loosing our breakfast order without even an apology; server blamed the kitchen said it would be a few more minutes. Two more requests later, we waited about 40 minutes for fruit and toast. 3. Many of the guest services staff were less than helpful at check in and check out, simply transaction focused versus being helpful and accommodating. Summary: The hotel is in a great location of NYC, great views of Central Park, clean and crisp hotel room with a wonderful kitchen, terrific gym and spa. That said, certainly not 5 star service when it comes to guest services and interactions. Far better service and guest expereince at the Waldorf or the Peninsula.

The only asset of that hotel is its location . The rooms are small, with no modern features, the beds are bad, the food is lousy. The design is awful and the personnel in the lobby is not at the level of a so-called 5 stars hotel.

Great hotel. The same quality service as many other hotels in NYC that are priced higher. The rooms aren't too small and the furnishings are very nice.

Best service for the money. Staff remembered our name. The room was on the 15th floor and perfect! Nice bed, bath and small kitchen, just like home.

At check-in our room was not ready yet. Check-in is 4:00 and we arrived at the hotel at 5:30. We were already pressed for time because we were leaving in the morning and wanted to take in Central Park before dark. They asked us to wait in the lobby but that consisted of a couch and chair that someone was already occupying. The lobby was literally 20' x 40' but I know space is precious in these buildings so I guess that is not so unrealistic. I must say it is very unimpressive though. When you spend over a grand a night, you expect some sort of gradeur! The full bathroom seemed like any bathroom you would find in Motel 6 and seemed outdated. The bed was extremely comfortable and our daughter liked the foldout couch. The view from the corner room was awesome but I just don't feel it was worth it. There are hotels in Times Square with great views for half the price. The ultimate reason we stayed at this hotel was the indoor heated pool and it didn't disappoint. My daughter and I had a great time and every staff member at this hotel was helpful and very courteous. Definitely would not recommend this hotel when comparing price to what you get!

The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. We had a nice view of Central Park and were central to everything.

Overall, it was fine. Great location, with view of the park. Friendly staff. However, the room, although clean, was tired (think 70's) and needs to be updated. We did read that a renovation is scheduled. Bathroom was terrible. Could barely close the door to use the "facility". One sink. Only room for one person at a time. Horrible pillows. Room was extremely stuffy and we could not turn the heat down to a comfortable level, which made for a mostly sleepless night. We won't return.

The hotel is great. The Park view Executive Suites are spectacular! My only problem is they didn't give me the room I ordered when I checked in. The first time it was quickly corrected, but the second time it took over 2 hours of waiting around to correct the problem.

The location lived up to my expecations, the hotel did not. I asked for early booking confirmed, but had to wait 90 minutes for the room. There were 4 of us using the suite, buut it was configured for 2 people - I had to ask twice for extra towels and gowns. The door men/bell boys where really friendly. Jean George was over priced and cramped - food was OK as oppoed to great. All in the all the hotel was fine, but do not expect the wow factor.

I enjoy every moment at this hotel. I was here for my buddies birthday and they made it special. Sent him a card and brought a birthday cake for him. They also changed my reservations at The View for me when I was running late. The always made sure that the room was clean to standards. I enjoyed my stay and I hope you do too. Probably will stay there again next year.

Purpose of trip was a girls' shopping weekend. Position of hotel, superbly positioned for easy access to shops from large mall opposite to 5th Avenue 800m away. Also, easy to walk from hotel to main sites- Central Park (opposite) Empire State/Top of the Rock, Grand Station, etc., - or catch underground to Staten Ferry (one train journey). Booked through Hotels.com special offer and the value for money was superb- you wanted for nothing in the hotel in terms of creature comforts- hair dryer, kettle, fridge, dressing gown, slippers, free fruit & chocs daily! Service from hotel staff was excellent. The fitness centre also offered all comforts including free combs & mouth wash! An excellent weekend & worth serious consideration if the offer reappears!

The service of this hotel is wonderful. Everything you asked for are prompt attended, you never have to ask twice. I travelled with my young daughter and the service of the hotel as the neighborhood was fantastic. The Whole Food supermarket is near the hotel which became our stay so easy to pick up food to our baby. The room was so clean and the bed/crib very confortable.

What a great stay! Our rooms were ready on arrival (about 11AM)with a beverage quickly delivered. The kitchen was great for storing/serving snacks and breakfasts purchased at the Whole Foods accross the street. Staff were exceptionally nice anbd went out of their way to ask us how we were enjoying our stay. Dinner at Jean Georges was FABULOUS!

I mentioned to the desk clerk that the sofa bed in the suite was rather lumpy. That night there was a pad on the bed! When we asked that someone come unlock the lower window so that we could have a little fresh sir, the maintenance man was there immediately. Quite a lovely place to stay. Corner room was great

We're a family of four and we stayed in a cityview suite for three nights. I did exhaustive research before selecting the Trump, looking for a relative "bargain" at a highly rated hotel. Unfortunately, we were generally disappointed. We did not get the cityview suite that is pictured on the website. That room may exist but our suite was basically two equal-sized rooms jammed together with a small kitchen and bathroom and a rather disappointing view. The decore is very outdated and there are spots and stains on the carpeting, furniture and curtains. The bedroom TV is an old box model. The service was erratic - exceptional at times and then non-existent (I won't bore you with the details). The lobby is horribly small, making conversations and efficient entries and exits nearly impossible. The saving grace for this hotel is its location. Otherwise, don't waste your money - the value isn't there. Spend a few bucks more and get a suite at a five-star or drop down to a four-star. That's what I'm going to do next time.

I have visited NYC many times over the years and have stayed in a variety of places from the apartments of family members to 4-star hotels. Without question, my new hotel of choice is Trump Tower. Although the rooms are expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. The thing that struck us immediately was the incredible customer service. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice, helpful, courteous, and down-to-earth. We had feared that they might look down their noses at people who had booked a room through a discount website, but they absolutely did not. From the minute we walked in (3 hours before check-in) to the minute we walked out (4 hours after check-out), we were treated wonderfully and made to feel like valued guests. Although we were early, they were able to get us into our room with only a 10 minute wait. And, then, after we checked out, they graciously held our bags and allowed us to continue using their facilities, including the business center and spa for free until we had to leave for the airport. In addition to the customer service, there were other wonderful features about the hotel. First, the rooms are bigger than the actual residences of many people in Manhattan and the kitchenette met our needs perfectly. Second, the location is fantasic. You are literally on top of a subway stop and immediately beside Central Park. Although there were certainly many tourists in the area, there were also plenty of locals and business travellers. As a result, things seemed calmer and more organized in the area in general and there were far fewer people trying to sell tourist-trap activities. Finally, the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel's quality of service, room amenities and location were all outstanding. We traveled with 2 children, ages 9 and 7, and the hotel's excellent service made our stay quite pleasant for the whole family. Our suite was spacious and the huge kitchen was clean and well-equipped with all the basic necessities that is so essential when one travels with children. The hotel, being steps away from Central Park and Columbus Circle, is probably one of the best locations around town that can offer the beauty of both the city and nature at your doorstep. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on a return visit to New York.

We had a wedding reception to attend at Tavern on the Green, which is only a few blocks from the Trump Intl. Hotel. Consequently, we couldn't have found a hotel that was more conveniently located. It's right across the street from the southwest corner of Central Park, which was another plus! The hotel's location, as well as the superb quality of the hotel itself, make it a perfect stay!

WOW-What a beautiful location right across from Central Park in NY. This was my first time in NY and I really felt taken care of. Exquisite hotel!

This hotel was great. I booked a central park view room, and although the room we got was smaller than the one pictured on the website (which must have been a suite), I was very pleased. There was a problem in that our room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, but they were willing to upgrade the room as a result. Everyone was very friendly. Great views, comfortable bed & bedding, and the tv was awesome. They have a DVD player attached so bring DVDs! Lobby is a bit small, but its right across from central park and there is a starbucks one block away. Didnt use the kitchenette, but it had everything you'd need.

I LOVE THE HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES IT IS IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION. COLUMBUS CIRCLE IS GORGEOUS, THE PARK, THERE IS ALOT TO SEE ESPECIALLY THE THEATER IS DOWN THE STREET. THE ONLY THING I AM NOT CERTAIN OF AND IT IS COMPLETELY MY FAULT, BUT I WAS JUST TOO TIRED AND LAZY TO FIND OUT, BUT SINCE I HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES I THINK THE ROOM THAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS NOT THE ROOM I PAID FOR BUT LIKE I SAID WE GOT IN VERY LATE AND I WAS TOO LAZY TO MOVE MY LUGGAGE AND FIND OUT. BUT THE HOTEL IS PRIMO, LUXURIOUS, CORDIAL, ALL GOOD THINGS.

We have stayed here at Trump many many times, it is a amazing hotel. the only thing is this time we had a superior room which we have had in the past, but the room we were given was very small, i think we were given the wrong room. It was as small as a junior suite except there was no couch in it. but in all, this hotel is amazing, friendly, and clean.
