It was convenient, comfortable and suitable to our needs.

we really enjoyed our stay here. we enjoyed our room and handicapp amenities were very helpful. it met our needs very sufficiently.

It was ok but the elevator and hallways smelled really musty

The shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the room really needed some TLC.

We stayed there before and it was fine. This time? Well, we won't return. Outside maintenance: grass/weeds were about 6-8" tall. When we entered, the room smelled like there was a loaded baby diaper hiding someplace in the room. Housingkeeping emptied 1 waste basket, not the other; didn't make the bed; took all but a hand towel. We got in late, went to shower -no towels. Called the front desk, had to get dressed and get them myself. The Frontdesk person can't leave the area. 2nd evening, nothing cleaned, bed still not made, the other waste basket was emptied. We wanted a cup of coffee, needed cups - we had to get them. There is very little counter space in the bathrm, makes it hard to have 2 people using it. Next time, we'll try Econo Lodge for the same price across the street from the Super 8 on Challenger in Ft Wayne, IN.

Nice staff, relatively clean room. Good location.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in Ft. Wayne. The website said that there was an out door pool. When we got there, it was closed due to not passing a state inspection. I feel that we were mislead. It was supposed to be a much needed getaway and what we got was a stained box springs, a bathroom that was so small that you had to contort yourself to shut the door, no pool when advertised and an air conditioner that took forever to cool the room. The only thing that was positive, was the young man at the front desk.

Our stay was suitable for our purpose. The room had stains on the furniture and bedding and the tub was rusty and mildewed. When we left, the desk person printed out our receipt showing our room charged to a master card not the visa we had used. When I asked about it he explained that it was your card that they charge the room to...something that he acted like I should have already known and how stupid of me if I didn't. Not an attitude to get customers to return. Thanks for the great price though.

decent clean hotel.

A decent hotel that seems to be taken care of. Located near restaurants and retail options. The only "bad" thing I experienced was low water pressure in my shower.

Hotel was clean. One of my lights were out and the light above the mirror was flickering. Room was certainly clean and smelled fresh. Had a working refrigerator and microwave. Location was convenient for getting on the Interstate often. Hotel is rather old and many of the card readers (ie back stairwell and entrance to lobby) were not working making it inconvenient. Overall for the price, I'm not complaining!

If you are looking for a "good" room for the night, this is good.

We were satisfied with the location of the hotel. We were on the ground floor, and we heard people coming and going all night long. It was very hard to sleep. We will not be returning to this hotel

I understand this is a budget hotel but there is a certain minimum expectation even at such places. My room was "non-smoking" yet smelled like smoke. The sheets had large circular stains on them. The shower water did not drain correctly leaving me standing in three inches of water. The towels felt greasy and did not absorb water well. The furnishings were extremely dated - bordering on gross. The mattress was comfortable but was obviously a resale item as the tag on it said, "Fairfield Inn." The air conditioner vibrated keeping me awake. When expressing these concerns to the desk clerk upon checking out, she seemed totally uninterested and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. In retrospect, I would have rather paid more to stay elsewhere and support a well run, clean and customer oriented business.

aside from not having a fridge in the room like at most others, it was very nice and clean.
