Everything was perfect. Good neighborhood. Clerk at desk was terrific I was able to check in early.

This was great place for family. Lots of privacy and quite also. Breakfast was not great but for the quality and size of the room it could be overlooked.

At first I was very unpleased, I had booked 2 rooms that were supposed to have 2 beds each and be non-smoking. I have booked a lot of rooms through hotels.com and never had a problem until this stay. It was not until I got to my room that I realized that it was a single bed room that smelled like smoke. When I returned to the front desk they told me that is what I booked despite showing them my reservation on my hotels.com app on my phone. After arguing for several minutes that it was MY fault they finally fixed the error and gave me two rooms with 2 beds each. Despite being non-smoking the rooms still smelled of smoke/musk. The hotel was really close to the attractions that we went to, we were there for school to visit hospitals so it was nice that we did not have to deal with a lot traffic. The hotel itself was a little old and dated. Dont even try to use the "gym" it was a room with one bike, one stairmaster and one nonworking treadmill. Free breakfast was good though!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the mall. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the suite style room. We had a grey sleepover. The tv was a let down(old), but overall a good stay.

This hotel suited my needs for my work travel. It was in a good location and the room was clean, but I had two issues. First of all, they boast having a gym, which was really just a tiny room with three machines from 1980. No opportunity to work your upper body whatsoever. Also, if I'm staying in a suite with a full kitchen, I expect plates, cups and actual silverware as well as pots and pans so I can cook and eat. Instead I found a few paper plates, two paper bowls, and 4 paper cups, and a few packets of plastic silverware. Was disappointed in the dishes and gym, but otherwise was a good place to stay.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and part of Christmas morning. Our stay here was great. The rooms clean, the kitchen was very clean, the staff was very nice. But the only problem I had with this hotel was the carpet. It was dirty and had a lot of stains. The area was close to our other family members.

Would recommend this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express was a very nice place to stay. It was very private and friendly. The staff there was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable.

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was the usual, nothing fancy. Was close to anywhere i needed to go.

Fairly nice hotel. Could use a little bit of a facelift as far as the carpeting and furniture and kitchen but overall ok. Did manage to have one roach in the living room but nothing else seen. The management and workers in the breakfast area were the best part of the stay as well as the food itself. I actually would recommend this hotel as a stayover for a night but not for a lengthy stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were large and worked well with my family of five. The rooms overall were clean but the carpet in my room was very dirty. We made sure to walk with shoes or socks on. I was also disappointed that I did not receive the room that I requested from the website. I was told that I would get a non smoking 2 bedroom suite with one queen and two doubles. I paid more money to upgrade to this size room just to make sure it was non smoking. Upon check in they said they only had one room available which was smoking but they would have it cleaned as non smoking (whatever that means) I could smell smoke in the room but it was tolerable. What upset me was that when I originally purchased the room over the phone with a rep I agreed to pay more money for a bigger room so I could have non smoking. But instead I ended up with a smoking room with only 2 queens which was the smaller room. This smaller room should have cost less but I still was charged the price of the larger room. I didnt notice this until the end of my stay and didnt mention it but I still have a sore spot about this...I didnt feel like going through the trouble of trying to get a credit but it would have been a substantial savings.

had a great time. cost was more than reasonable, compared to what we stayed in the next two nights. a tweo bedroom suite with sitting/kitchen area for less than a standard 2 twin room. definitely would do it again!!!

The room was large and things were tidy, but, it did not smell clean. The carpeting was filthy dirty with stains. The bed was clean, but very uncomfortable. The the tub, and sink, and kitchenette were clean.

The hotel was was very clean and worth every penny. The staff was very friendly and and were always available to help. It is located in the middle of everything in downtown Atlanta and made it really convenient to get to everywhere I needed to go.

Didn't really get a good break on the price and no Priority Club points. No elevator so had to drag bags up three floors. Ran out of two types of cereal. Staff very nice.

Good clean accommodation and welcoming front desk staff. Good Breakfast. Great coffee 24/7 in reception. Close to Atlanta History Centre which is worth a visit. Well recommended.

This was my fist stay at Holiday Inn Express. I was very pleased with spaciousness of the suite. There were a total of 3 adults in my party and we didn't feel cramped at all. We did however see a few bugs and the outside could have been a little cleaner. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the price, location, and level of comfort.

Our spring break stay to this hotel in Georgia was great. Family of 5 with a 2bedroom 2 bath room was awesome. You will not be disappointed !! We were only about 15 minutes from downtown georgia and it was close to everything. We went to Six Flags which was 20 mins away, Georgia Aqaurium, and Coca Cola factory on the same grounds which was 10 minutes away from the hotel AWESOME !! Phllips arena to see the championship basketball game, georgia dome 10 mins away. WE WOULDN'T CHANGE THE ROOM OR LOCATION FOR THE WORLD !! Tip parking is expensive. Six Flags $20, Aquarium $20. With a family of 5 it adds up really fast !! Another Tip, get your tickets in advance online at this places because it is cheaper then at the window/gate. Aquarium and Coca Cola Factory, get the tix together, much cheaper. Promise you will enjoy the hotel, sites and the activities that city of georgia has. !!!!!!!!!!!

FROM THE MOMENT WE GOT TO THE LOBBY, PIANO PLAYING, LOVELY AMBIANCE, A NICE SCENT, VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL FRONT DESK STAFF. MY HOTELS.COM RESERVATION TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET TO THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL CHECKING ON IT. THE ROOM, THE SERVICE... ALL JUST THE RIGHT THING FOR A PERFECT 3 DAYS.

We wanted to do things both up in Sandy Springs, and visit the zoo and aquarium down in Atlanta and their location was perfect. The room we had was a non-smoking room....but I'm pretty sure they made that rule AFTER it had been smoked in cause it definitely smelled of smoke. It's an older hotel. The staff was super friendly and nice and tried to get you what you wanted. Also the free breakfast was really good both mornings.

Love this hotel. It is so covienent when there are two people. Will always look for openings when I come. Thanks

No hot water in evening - unacceptable. Exterior doors room - did not feel safe as woman staying alone.

The staff was extremely nice and knowledable about the area. The hotel its self was wonderful! Was almost like a mini apartment. Very roomy and cozzy! Will stay at this hotel again.

Room wasn't ready for early check in. No problem. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Late afternoon room cleaning, and late fresh towels. Grounds could be better maintained. FABULOUS breakfast. I would stay here again for the staff and the food! Needed a hotel with two bedroom, two bath set up, so this was perfect! Hotel is close to the Swan Coach House and the Atlanta History Center. Lots of GREAT restaurants nearby. LOVED Brio and BrickTops near Lenox. Easy ride to downtown.

It was awsome..the room was specious and clean. The lady on front desk (3/09 @night time)was so friendly.

The rooms was nice and spacious. They had washer and dryer on premise with laundry detergent so I could clean my gym clothes and take them back wet and smelly in my luggage.

In good proximity to several visits on our schedule.

Room was fine. Had separate bedroom and a FULL Kitchen with couch and a TV. Good place to stay for several days.

Very Comfortable. Not overly formal. Maintained but does need feedback from Comtomers about things no longer there. Too far to walk to Lenox Square Mall but bus would have taken us . Nice happy hour Snack with Wine or Beer or Soft Drinks. Maid Service was late in the afternoon.

We have found a place to stay from now on when we go to Atlanta, GA. The hotel was great!! It was clean and great location. They even called us a cab to take to the show we were attending. The only con was I was alittle hot during the night, but my husband was cool. So maybe it was just being a hormonal woman :)

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff polite and quick to assist. Easy check out. Convenient location for going to see friends at Piedmont Hospital.

I was unable to secure one of the major hotels (Hyatt/Hilton/etc) and found this. Downside: It is a few miles form where I wanted to be. Traffic, though, was only an issue on Friday afternoon. The good: Room was a great size, and everything was clean and quiet. Internet was solid as well. The not so good: Breakfast was weak. They had "omelette's" with something that LOOKED like cheese, but most certainly was not. My recommendation is to pass on breakfast there.

Other than not having a second bed in the room as requested, they had a couch for a bed. The couch was not as comfortable as a bed would have been. One of the rooms had a door latch problem where the room entry door could not be locked. Maintenance later fixed the door. The second room had a weak air conditioning unit which would just barely cool the room.

The hotel looked like an apartment complex that had been converted into a hotel. Our "room" was a two bedroom apartment. Laundry room is free, just bring your detergent or buy at front desk for $1/load. Service was great. I needed a plug for the kitchen sink so I could wash my dishes (without using the in room diswasher) and they brought it to me within 5 minutes. Will stay here again if I go back to Atlanta.

THE SUITE WAS GREAT!!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!! THE ONLY THINGS BAD ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS IT DIDN'T HAVE AN ELEVATOR AND THE PARKING LOT IS TO SMALL.

This is a really nice place to stay, not too big or too small. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed 6 nights and as I didn't have a car, I made great use of the free shuttle service. I was on my own and I had a suite on the ground floor but it felt very safe at all times. My suite was very well equipped (though a kettle would have been a useful addition) and I slept quite well, considering the 5 hour time zone difference.

The suites were very comfortable...I felt like I had my own little apartment. Everything was clean and cozy.
