The front desk staff very helpfull provide us with directions to carlisle and endorsed our selection for our evening meal also offered all the help we needed to make our stay very enjoyable and put us at ease.

Great bed - love my sleep number bed! Unfortunately, there was no cart to help me carry my suitcases to the room. Besides, I had to go up/down some steps which was most difficult to get from my car to the room.

My husband and I were somewhat reluctant to book a room because of some of the negative reviews, however, we went ahead and booked because the event we were attending was in the hotel convention center. Well, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and checked in. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is clean and very closed to where I need to go. It is convenience for me. They have a shuttle service.The staffs are nice and made me feel welcome.

although it's a nice hotel, I wasn't lucky. since we arrived the room had a smell of damp. The beds were not comfortable at all. The beds also made me feel like I was sleeping in the shore. It turns out there was a huge leaking in our room and the carpet was absolutely wet. At first I thought it was cold because of the AC. We only found out about the leaking at check out time, because I spent the entire day out in training. Since the hotel is only two stories high you could hear everything and every kid running on the hallways. The guests upstairs me made noise until 4 am. My stay was not pleasant but had I noticed the leaking before, I am sure they would have moved me to another room. Bottom line people, if you feel a weird smell, DO COMPLAIN, don't act nice like me. The location was good.

We called from the downtown area lost, asked the girl who answered the phone for directions, street names and she said she did not know any street names "just get back on rte 15" and hung up on me. I felt that was discourteous to "out-of-towners". With much confusion we managed to stumble onto the hotel. Ordered breakfast sent to our room, it was delivered cold, eggs overcooked, toast wet, coffee cold, overpriced. I expected a pot of coffee and got 2 cups. Disappointed. The good points were: the hotel is clean, the maids are friendly and helpful.

very dissatisfied

i would not return to this hotel

The number beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. There was a wedding party that the Management Staff could not quite down. And friends had to be moved to other rooms because the roomed had not been cleaned. Found cigerette butts in their beds. The team was not given the hot breakfast special that was agreed upon while booking the rooms. Would not stay at that location again.

I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times and find it coneninet to Camp Hill and to Harrisburg. The rooms very comfortable and well appointed. This stay, I was given and "executive room" that was recently refreshed and supplied with a refrigerator and microwave which was useful as I brought in take-out food. My only disappointment was on my day of departure, the water needed to be turned off to the area of the hotel where my room was without notice. The desk staff did offer to move me to another room to finish getting ready for the day.

Hotel was reasonable for the price. We visited Hershey Park and Gettysburg and was reasonably close for our purposes.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. And most of all the bed was VERY comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised!

Dust on lamps, sheets didn't fit the bed, dust and dirt under headboard. Didn't have a clean feel. However, booking, check in and check out was quick and easy.

Although not a horrible stay I can say that this hotel doesn't come close to what I consider Radisson quality.

I have stayed in a number of different hotel chains before; however, this was my first visit to a Radisson. I was not what I was expecting. The bed although a Sleep Comfort bed was not comfortable, so my husband and I tossed and turned all night. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower/tub, sink and toilet were practically on top of each other. Reminded me of the set up in some of the very old hotels found in big cities, but this isn't an old hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very nice, but a good night's sleep was not had.

I arrived tired and late at night to a very nice front desk person and the check in process was probably less than 60 seconds. I entered the room to a fresh baked cookie and two bottles of water waiting for me, truly a thoughtful touch! Thank you so much!

It appears they are about to do a much needed renovation. The carpet in my room was rippled and almost dangerous to trip on It was however clean and the staff very accomodating.

The main Hotel lobby, hallways, and restaurant were chilly, but our room and the lounge area were quite comfy. It was a nice place to stay and would likely come back in warmer weather.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. I needed to be at the airport by 6am, shuttle did not start until 7am. The hotel paid for a cab to get me there on time. Would stay here again!

In the three day span I was there I killed 2 different types of bugs; The rooms walls were marked up significantly and the wall paper peeling off at the seams; upon checking in and when at the desk to complain about issues I had to wait while employees were either on their personal cell phones or gathered complaining about their coworkers - each time I waited at least 10 min before anyone even claimed to see me there; even after brining my issues to staff attention and requesting a manager speak with me no one contacted me. This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had in my travels. I can't believe I was forced to pay what I did to stay in a dirty, rude and overall unsatisfactory environment.

Have not experienced a nice one yet. Not a bad option if the price is right. Property is old and rooms show it, but not awful.

Good clean and comfortable but not much to do in the area so bring a book

Everything about this hotel was great and the people were friendly. The only problem that our family had was the beds were not comfortable. No sleep the two nights we stayed.

The room was a nice size and the sleep number bed was very comfortable. The maid did a poor job of cleaning the bathroom. Their was feces on the floor next to the commode that I originally thought was a lever attached to it. I had to wash out the tub with one of the wash cloths and soap because it had sediment/dirt in it plus hair. After I cleaned it out I sat on a towel in the tub as an extra precaution. I found a maid in the hall, who cleaned up the feces.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located! My wife is wheelchair bound and we could not have been made any more comfortable by the staff or facility. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except the restaurant gave zero service during the breakfast buffet. then they said 'no charge." They can change the sign to say "all you can eat but nothing to drink..for Free!" I would go back though, its a fine place.

Stayed here after a car show in Carlisle, about 20 minutes away. Older hotel, but well maintained. Very close by is a Sports Bar called Aragoos, 153 tvs and good food, we plan on going to the car show next year and will probably stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights at the harrisburg radisson. The first knight we were sitting watching tv looked over at the window sill saw thousands of ants all over it. Called down to the front desk and told them. They sent someone and put us in another room. For our trouble they gave us complimentary breakfast. The next night the peaple in the next room were partying and yelling . At one point it sounded like they were horsing around and smashed the mirror on the wall. We called down to the front desk three times . The noise did not stop till about 3am. Woke up in the morning on the desk next to the bed there was one of there complimentary cookees siting there and there were hundreds of ants all around it . Went down to check out and told them what had happend. I was told that because i booked on line they could not do anything for us. Not a very good experience would not recomend this hotel .

I loved everything else about the hotel, it is very neat and clean except the back entrance doors are all a bit old and funky and slam shut loudly. There was a confusion regarding my reservation, so instead of a single King bed room, I got a 2 double-beds. And as compensation for my "inconvenience" (I really didn't mind it), they gave me a breakfast buffet voucher. But it was only valid to 9AM. I'm on vacation, why would I wanna get up so early for breakfast even though I still believe it's the most important meal of the day? :-) Gym is small but has 3 trackmills and a couple of weight benches -- serves its purpose. The room rate was good considering it's still convenient to get to downtown Harrisburg, and it's a 3 & half star hotel.

I would have liked a Refrigerator and Microwave in the room. Also the TV need to be upgraded to an HDTV. I like that there is a restaurant in the hotel with room service; the bed was comfortable.
