this hotel is very conveniently located and you can walk to town main square in about 20 minutes. along the way is a beautiful park and at the end of it are a bunch of tour operators for the hop on hop off buses. don't do it! the individual connections for the headphones don't work so you just drive around in the bus and have no idea about what you see, plus there are not enough hop on hop off stops. the hotel is fabulous, reception is friendly and the sangria at the bar is very tasty. it was the only place that we got hair conditioner. very modern hotel.

This is a modern hotel in a good location for the tourist areas. The staff were friendly and we were very comfortable here. It was also great to have a large poolside area to relax after hours of sight seeing. Would definitely recommend it although it lacks the charm of the traditional hotels, but this is made up by the pool and space which cannot be found in the other hotels

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable, the personnel at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, about 15-20 minutes walk to the historical center. The only minus was that free internet was available only at the hotel lobby, the connection in the room was paid hourly. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I can also recommend the restaurant Baco just around the corner where we ate several times, the food was excellent and the environment was friendly.

Had a lovely stay in Melia Sevilla. The airport bus dropped us off just round the corner. It was near some beautiful sights - Plaza de Espana, tobacco factory etc. Handy 10 minute walk to town. The hotel was lovely, room was small but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful especially on reception. I would recommend it to others.

Spacious and well-maintained room. Location convenient to transit options (San Bernardo rail and metro station, San Prado tram stop). OpenCor convenience store 1 block away. Friendly staff. Hotel is business-oriented and service can be slow at peak hours during a convention.

What we liked: the powerful shower, the large bedroom, the modern amenities, the closeness to the 'center of things', and the free lobb wi-fi What we didn't like: the room rate was very very expensive. The hotel staff were not very friendly (I had read other reviews that were similar but dismissed them as picky patrons or high maintenance travelers). Actually this hotel staff is just a bit icy and visually bothered when they have to wait on people. That's ok... cuz the REST OF SEVILLA and her people are WONDERFUL. So if you can look past the HIGH prices, the staff, and the little things that need fixing (closet door handles, cracks in the walls), this is a great pick. It's close to town but gives you the space you need.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean. 5 euro taxi ride from the centre. Breakfast was good value. Our only fault with the hotel was that we arrived soaking wet due to a torrential downpour and they took hours to give us a room and then not the one we had booked. After some pleading they finally gave us the room we had booked. We would stay here again.

It was great to enjoy a nice modern bathroom. The hotel staff was courteous. The restaurant was expensive but all-in-all a good experience.

When I first saw the hotel building outlook, I was kinda upset and worried. It was so different from the photos I have seen in the hotel website and hotels.com. But the fact is.. the building outlook was the only thing you will be disappointed. The hotel lobby, rooms and services are excellent. We were upgraded to the second floor room, with a large balcony that you can have sunbath there. The breakfast there was very good too... plenty of choices!

The room was very nice, bed comfortable and separate bath and shower with double sinks in the bathroom. Very nice. Great location, an easy walk to the Cathedral and historic sights. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sevilla, a great deal for the price.

The air-conditioning was very very noisy so we had to change rooms. We did this, then our room card wouldn't work, THREE TIMES we had to trawl down to reception, waiting for the lifts which seemed to take a age. It was very busy there, which wasn't their fault but a pain after a nightmare journey! The roads surrounding the hotel are undergoing MAJOR roadworks and its very difficult to navigate there, which again is not the hotels fault, but if we had known before we could have planned for it. After we finally got into the room and unpacked we found that the safe didn't work! A tech guy came and spent half and hour on it, then phoned a friend - who didn't know how to fix it either. We gave up and decided not to ask the audience. Finally we had to use the safe facility at the reception. The rooms were very nice but very very hot, and then the bath took over half and hour to drain the water away for some reason? The speaker in the bathroom for the TV was also broken, I did inform reception and two days later nothing had been done about it, this was probably because the poor tech guy had 365 rooms to look after and all of the conference suites, and if they all had problems like we had I do feel sorry for him as he was on his own, apart from phoning his friend who didn't know the answers either! All in all the stay was ok, we thought the hotel looked great but lacked regular maintanance checks to keep it that way.

This hotel is very attractive inside but ultimately we found the public areas to be uncomfortable. The restaurant was good but was not open in the morning so the choices were to pay the 15 euros for the buffet breakfast or find somewhere else to eat if you just want a light breakfast. There is a relatively long walk to find a reasonable choice for a lighter breakfast. The room itself was very nice - spacious and comfortable.

Good - Nice and comfortable hotel, large choice at breakfast, lovely bathrooms, staff helpful. Take a room with views as you can see the back of Plaza Espana which is 3mins walk. Not so good - Restaurant is too expensive, it is a good 20mins walk from the centre (cathedral) but we didn't mind too much and a 4 stars that makes you pay for WIFI when it costs them nothing is a let down and lastly, there are no channels in English except for the news but plenty in German or Spanish.

Beautiful hotel- very modern- great rooms, bar and pool. Walking distance from the centre's sights and very friendly staff.

I chose this hotel for it's location and was not disappointed. Close to all the Sevilla sites and the hotel was first class every thing it said in it's promotion it completely excelled in highly recommended

Beautiful, modern hotel just a half block of Plaza D'Espana, & a couple of blocks from tram stop which takes you right to cathedral.

Not the biggest hotel room I've had, but the design completely made up for it. Great lighting, furniture, and layout, and the bathroom was amazing - I particularly liked the closet that was accessible from the hallway and the bathroom. One of the best-looking hotels I've ever stayed in (from the inside), lobby and room both. Very comfortable, too.

From the outside the hotel did not look so special but the inside is totally renovated with modern upgrades. The room was spacious and modern with dark wood and beautiful tiles. The bathroom was unbelievable as well with extra large shower heads, shower, bathtub and large power area. The blankets were new and of all good quality... everything was good quality. The location was great just walking distance from the city center's main attractions and located at the corner of the bus stop. The Italian restaurant next door to the hotel was wonderful. The staff at check in and out was super friendly and tried to accommodate to make sure our stay was nice. We had four people in our group and we would all stay again and recommend to others.

Hotel propre a 15 min. à pied du centre ville. Bon accueil, la chambre est assez grande avec une super salle de bain. La décoration est assez contemporaine. Juste devant la place d'Espagne. Si vous venez en avion je vous conseille de prendre la navette (2,5€) plutot que le taxi (forfait 25€). Si je devais faire un commentaire ce serait sur l'isolation phonique qui est correcte mais pas au top. Possibilité de profiter du spa (payant) et de faire des massages pour des prix raisonnables. Pour résumé bon hotel, bien placé;

Von aussen ist das Hotel nicht gerade eine Augenweide, innen war es jedoch recht gediegen. Die Eingangshalle roch immer sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Mir hätte ein Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee sehr zugesagt. Im Zimmer im obersten Stock (11. Etage) hörte man jeweils ein eigenartiges Geräusch. Könnte vom Lift her stammen. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer ruhig und ein angenehmer Schlaf in den grossen Betten war gewährleistet. Das Frühstücksbuffet im recht grossen und teilweise lauten/unruhigen Frühstücksraum liess keine Wünsche offen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es un hotel muy acogedor, por el servicio, situación y instalaciones, ha sido mi primera vez en un hotel Meliá en el mundo, y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva.

O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e moderno. O hotel está todo reformado por dentro, mas por fora é horroroso, todo descascado. A localização não é boa.

estuvo muy bien,super comodo,accesible,detallista y con muchos lugares de interes cerca,gracias por el trato,buenisima la piscina solarium!!! y el spa!!

El hotel esta genial, todo muy bien decorado, moderno, muy cómodo, la habitación al detalle, limpia, ciudada. El baño sencillamente perfecto.... El hotel esta junto a la plaza de españa y el parque de maria luisa... y a unos 15 minutos de la catedral dando un pequeño paseo, muy cerca parada del bus turístico, imprescindible si vas a estar solo un par de días y quieres ver Sevilla. Recomiendo este hotel.

tres bien place. super pour voyage d'affaire,mais decoration tres froide,pas pour des amoureux .service irreprochable et parking . vue fantastique sur la capitainerie .preferer prendre son petit dejeuner au restaurant car en chambre aucun interet voire limite .

Vi stannade tre nätter på Melia Sevilla för att utforska Sevilla. Läget var kanonbra, man kunde gå överallt. Det tog bara fem minuter från Plaza Espana, och ytterligare tio minuter för att komma ner till de centralare delarna med katedralen. Hotellt standard var jättebra, rena rum, trevlig personal, trevlig pool, etc. Vi rekommenderar definitivt att bo på Melia Sevilla.

El hotel es precioso así como las habitaciones. El trato del personal del hotel y de la dirección del mismo fueron excepcionales nos trataron muy bien.
