For those looking for an overnight stay near the airport, this place is ideal. We were able to park at the hotel during our trip, shuttled over to the airport at 3:30am and the shuttle picked us up upon our return.

Quality linens, with clean room and bathroom. Close to the Toronto airport with shuttle service. Slightly extra paid for the parking package was cheaper and more convenient than ParkNFly. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing with no whirlpool...the kids only lasted 20 minutes. We were unable to control the warm temperature of the room despite lowering the thermostat. To be fair it was late and we didn't call the front desk to have it fixed. The in-house dining room was high end with no breakfast. Fortunately, many restaurants nearby. No free wi-fi a disappointment.

The Westin is a place that I had come to have pretty high expectations. This last visit has changed my mind a bit. This hotel is a bit on the older side, which isn't a problem in itself, but some things have made me not so happy. First off to the Pros before I get to the Cons. Pros: * Friendly & helpful staff * Free bottles of water in the room * Refrigerator in the room * Large room * Dual shower heads Cons: * Heating system way out of whack kept me sweating all night long (more about this later) * Older bed has lost that "heavenly" pillow top that I had come to expect. * Tiny bathroom (would be impossible for 2 people) My main gripe is that I couldn't set the darned thermostat to what I wanted. I set it at 60 degrees F and it was pretty much consistently in the low to mid 70s no matter what I did. Their solution was to tell me to turn it off completely. This made it only nominally cooler in the room, and after complaining a third time, they brought me a fan. When it's actually icy outside, it shouldn't be that difficult for me to get a decent sleeping temp in my room (60 is perfect).

In typical Westin style, the rooms are comfortable with some of the coziest beds. But what makes this a great place to stay is the friendliness of the staff. I stay here one to two times a year, and they seem to remember me when I check in. It's a nice welcome. They seem to be able to accommodate every request with ease.

first of all we had to pay for parking at 16 dollars a night . aswell pay for internet , with no wifi. its 2011 not 1990.never have we ever had to pay for internet service yet when we travel to toronto. we stay in hotels in toronto at least 3 nights a month from august till may. and that is the first time we have had to pay for internet and parking and we do stay in some very nice places , for instance we stayed across the street at the airport marriot and never had to pay for either. so we would not recommmend to any of our friends.

The service was great, the close proximity to the airport made it very convenient and the free airport shuttle was an appreciated added bonus. However, I stay at many Westin hotels and this is the worst I've ever been to. It was as though they bought an old run down hotel from an Econo-chain, slapped some paint and carpet on it then used it to host birthday parties for toddlers and never bothered cleaning up afterwards. Had the price reflected the the poor state, I may have overlooked it, but I have high expectations for Westins and I believe you should get what you pay for. I didn't.

This is an attractive, clean hotel with a intelligent, couteous staff and nice facitlities. It is a bit off the beaten track, and even a long walk will only yield you a chain restaurant. You would make a nice choice when first arriving in town, or as a transition through the airport.

This Westin should not be rated 4 stars. It is run down and worn out. This is a one star hotel at best.

found the room fine. although I ordered a King online somehow came thru as 2 doubles...not ruling out it was my error...but when I asked to move to a king was told it was all sold out....room was clean...bathroom flushing issue...very responsive...turned out had to move room...maintanance said..."should be no problem...lots of room tonight." hmm desk couldn't move me was, "sold out?" Honesty is really the best policy at the desk though....overall though very happy.

My family and I stayed at the Westin for just one night as a stopover. It is a very clean, beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed no bar fridge. Also had trouble getting out of gate after checking out. Otherwise enjoyed stay and dinner was very good and well presented.

Few things in life are guaranteed, but staying at the Westin Bristol Place is as close to a guaranteed experience as you can get. The hotel is ultra clean, with sparkling surfaces and neat, well-maintained rooms and public spaces. One of the first things you'll notice in the lobby is the refreshing water available -- perfect to quickly quench your thirst and replenish your energy after traveling. Staff are attentive and pleasant, quickly dealing with all requests, and often suggesting things to make your stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and quiet, even close to the airport. They call them "Heavenly Beds" and they certainly are! There is nothing like a comfortable bed to give you a great night's sleep. Food services in the hotel are excellent; prices are reasonable, and the quality and selection offer many delectable choices to satisfy whatever craving you have. This is a great all-round hotel experience, and you'll find you keep coming back to enjoy the same top notch service every time. Highly recommended!

I can only assume that the common areas are in the process of being redecorated - since it was definitely NOT Westin-class. The rooms however, were Westin-class.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and keep coming back. Staff are attentive, friendly, and always helpful. They go out of their way to ensure our stay is exactly as expected and even better! All hotel amenities are as described and they really do provide a "heavenly" bed. We got a comfortable, quiet and restful sleep in a beautiful room that was spic and span clean. Although it's right near the airport, the rooms are quiet. Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. Will keep coming back to this great hotel.

This was a very nice experience and a great start to our vacation. We live an hour away and our flight was an early (yuck)6 am flight. Check in was a breeze -- rooms were very very nice -Had supper in a very nice recommended restaurant near by- and the "park and fly" option was soooo convenient . The shuttle driver to and from the airport was very personable and professional. Great experience -- will do this again next vacation !

The hotel rooms and staff were nice and helpful, but the facility was not comfortable at all. Everyone's room was very cold because the heat was not turned on yet. Apparently the hotel's heating and cooling system only allows for heat or air conditioning. It was warm the week before our stay so they left the air on, but it was only 50F outside the weekend we were there. How does a hotel in Canada not have the heat turned on in October?! They did provide a space heater, but it hardly worked. My second issue was with the conference room which was very nice, but the reception area outside was a small hallway which made coming and going a real pain with 300 people all trying to get to the same place. I would recommend staying someplace else.

It was alright....although they need a $75 deposit and $16 to park.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I will keep coming back. Staff are pleasant, courteous, extremely helpful, and easy to find when you need them. I like the open-plan concept of the lobby, lounge and main floor restaurant. You are separated from the check-in area but still feel as though you are part of the life of the hotel. It's easy to find a secluded spot in one of the main areas, but if you're traveling by yourself you won't feel isolated. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless and well laid out for comfort and convenience. Even though it's near the airport, I found the room to be very quiet. The bed offered a good night's sleep in luxurious comfort. Adjusting the temperature of the room was easy to do and I was able to get it just the way I like it. I wanted an unconnected time-out from business so didn't have my Netbook with me, but it's my understanding the Internet is only free in the lobby. To make this hotel truly awesome, free internet in the rooms would be a good improvement. Parking is also extra. Otherwise, my stay was care-free and very comfortable. When I'm looking for that peaceful escape from a too-busy schedule, this hotel provides more than I could hope for. I will definitely be returning again and again.

A very comfortable and well-appointed hotel, very convenient to airport. Their shuttle serves their hotel alone and whisks you to the airport in five minutes. For the price, a great deal!

The hotel was great - everything was perfect, except..... there was a cost for internet and parking. I am use to free wireless and parking at hotels (mainly in the Calgary area), was disappointed for the additional costs. Other than that the rooms were great, kids enjoyed the pool I didn't have an opportunity to eat in the restaurant so I am unable to comment on that

For a high quality peaceful stay this hotel was superb! Amid a busy round of travel and meetings on a hectic business trip, we found this hotel to be just what was needed to refresh and relax. From the immaculate room to the friendly hotel staff, everything was more than we expected. We got extreme value for a reasonable price, and will definitely return to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Very nice on Low rating, airport shuttle, baggage keeping, kind explanation, etc. But,, some expensive internet access.

This hotel is excellently located, very near to Pearson International. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and a very good price (at least on weekends: Friday and Saturday). I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel during a special they we having at 1/3 the normal rate! It was very clean and comfortable w/ wonderful linens and towels! The front desk was friendly and helpful w/ local restaurant recommendations! We highly recommend staying here!

It was such a relief to be able to unwind after a long journey and have a good night's sleep in such an excellent hotel. We found the staff were very courteous and the room was quiet, spacious, well-maintained and clean. The servers at breakfast were on the ball and gave everyone a warm welcome. We'll be back!

Bathroom with double shower heads were excellent. Beds were comfortable with good quality linen.

We arrived at the Westin quite late and were greeted warmly by front desk. While we had reservations for two double beds, in order to put the family all on the same floor, they ended up giving us king size rooms that were very lovely. They serve Starbucks in the rooms and restaurant which was a nice touch. The brunch was ok but they kept the coffee coming and provided excellent service. Would stay there again. Excellent Airport Hotel
