Friendly checkin service, room is fine - a nice basic place. Right off the highway, so no neighborhood to speak of.

I had to stay in the Andover area for business one night, and although the reviews weren't terrific, the price and location were good. I was happily surprised with my check in greeting, and assurance of comfort during my stay, as well as the cleanliness of the room and carpet. It was a great experience and I hope they continue the great service and quality of rooms!

It was too warm in the room so opened the window and had to deal with a 16 wheeler idling through the night in the parking lot. Could still hear it with the window closed. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful.

and "Fantastic" are understatements to describe this place. I have been coming back every week. Thank you.

Great stay...staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Also warm and friendly, as was the lobby and our room. We were also pleasantly surprised with the Continental breakfast, and the options it offered. Room was neat, clean and updated w flat-screen TV. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value in the mid-price range!

My GF and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and neat. There was plenty of space to put our bags and the bed was very cozy. The continental breakfast with breads, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, all manner of cold cereals, fresh fruit juices, hot fresh coffee and yogurt along with a 'make it yourself' waffle station made waking up a pleasure. On both check in and check out the staff was pleasant and courteous at all times. On the down side the non smoking nature of the hotel has led to removal of fans in the restroom and while it could be used to vent tobacco smoke it should have been left in place to vent other unpleasant fumes and to help keep the room from overheating after a hot shower. We had a leaky shower head that did create a puddle outside the shower area as well. All in all it was a 4/5 because of the lack of ventilation and leaky fixture, without those two issues it would have been a 5/5 for the price range. While not the ultimate in luxury accommodations, for the price it is a hotel we would stay at again.

Overall quality of service and room quality deserves a 4 to 5 star rating. Continental breakfast was very good and a nice touch for someone on the go. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Our one night stay was very good...clean room..good service front desk-friendly...Only one elevator for 5 floor hotel-we were always waiting for the elevator....Our one night stay...and there was a teen hockey tournament....dozens and dozens of teens coming from game at 11:00pm...noisy in lobby and hallways...Continental breakfast...great selection...but you must get up early to get the better selection of food and seating....Wanted additional towels...receiptionist not helpful on this.

Nice place to stay for the price.

Very nice welcome and very clean hotel. 28 minutes to Bostan Logan airport on a sunday morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Both my fiance and mystery were very impressed with this hotel. My only complaint is the bed looked more comfortable than it actually was. Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Pool was nice as well..Staff very friendly and helpful.... About 20 to 25 mins to Boston and cost a fraction of what similar hotels were asking for in the city... I will definitely stay here again when visiting Boston.

The overall apperance of the hotel was fine. However...We got into the room and you could have frozen meat! I turned the dial down a little and the unit began clicking.....constantly!!! It was so bad that we had to turn the unit off.....so we then were so hot we couldn't sleep.....THEN, around 2am there were 4-5 people right out in front on the steps (front door right near the front desk).....they were loud, obnoxious, and swearing!!! This went on for at least an hour! I am not one to complain, but someone at that front desk should have heard them and done something about it! I will not stay at this Fairfield Inn ever again!!!

This hotel was very quiet, with ample parking, and very close to Lowell. The staff was very nice. I wish the bathroom had been a BIT cleaner (some of hair in the shower) but overall I was satisfied, and would stay here again if I needed to be in Lowell.

We stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with the service we received from the whole staff. There was no refrigerator in the room and we requested one and it was delivered right away. Very caring if our room was comfortable and if we had all we needed. Couldn't of been better. Will definately return to the Fairfield Inn located in Tewksbury, MA.

We made a one night stop at this hotel and we had a great experience. After a long driving day, we were looking forward to a good night sleep! My husband enjoyed the waffle so much for breakfast too. Very good place to stay.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERB STAFF. EVENING GENTLEMEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, TOP NOTCH. BUT ENTIRE STAFF EXCELLENT, HELPFUL, PLEASURABLE. BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN ROOMS. BUSINESS MINDED BUT VERY COMFORTABLE.

Good people, nice facility. I only have two complaints - 1) I prefer feather pillows and 2) no low-carb, low-sugar breakfast items. However, I did get a fiber one bar at check-in. This is much better than cookies. The people that work there a very nice and helpful. I'll stay here next year.

Our room was FREEZING when we walked in. Need to be more sensitive to changing outdoor temperatures for indoor comfort. Also, it takes a long time for the hot water to become available for a shower, and we were on the 1st floor!

The hotel has very nice and spacious rooms, which are in excellent condition and are very clean. Bathroom is split into two "parts", one with a bathtub and shower and a toilet, the other with a basin and faucet, which is convenient mirror-wise. We had an enjoyable stay here. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

i only experienced a small problem with WC water: it kept running every time I had to use it, and then to fix I had to lift at the back and fix it.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in for the last couple nights of our vacation. The STAFF was incredible. Front desk personnel very professional and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Everything was clean and very well kept. They have an outdoor pool which was very nice. The room was roomy, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff had directions to anywhere you wanted to go and if they didn't, they looked them up and printed them out for you. We would definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn again. There are great restaurants nearby, I recommend Cappelini's for Italian food, about a 10 minute drive and there is a Cracker Barrel about 100 yards down the road.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. We came late and departed early, so we didn't really get to see the area.

The Hotel was great. The only complaint I have is the hard boiled eggs had some kind of liquid in them when I bit into them. Other than that the room was clean , the bed was comfortable and the people were very pleasant and accomodating.

It is a nice place to stay,not too far from Boston.Room was clean, didn't have a chance to go into swimming pool. Most of the staff was friendly and helpfull,other than an old guy. He is probably OK guy unless you tell him , you are not a fan of New England sport(Celtics, Patriots, etc... He will not allowe you to take early breakfast. I was shocked by his reaction, because I was told otherwise.Stuff in hotel told me day before that we can take a breakfast , even if we have to leave early. Other than that it is a deacent place to stay...

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room is very clean and the location is not too far from Boston. I would like stay in the same place next time in Boston. The breakfast very good.

The Fairfield Inn was all that I expected it to be. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It is also in a very convenient location for my needs. The room rate was very reasonable.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. The staff was courteous and helpfull. The continental breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Got a great deal on hotels.com for this location, which is just off the highway and only a few minutes drive to shopping/restaurants. Clean, comfy room and free wireless. No complaints!
