Well maintained hotel and casino.

These rooms are pretty decent for the price, comfy beds, newer looking rooms and amenities. We had two adjoining rooms and the couple staying with us found dirty underwear in their bathroom hanging on the shower!! Gross, so two little maids came up to retrieve it and all they said was "oh my" . Yeah, clean your rooms better. Assuming that was the only thing wrong we laughed it off and had a good time. In our room, after showering later that night one of the towels (that was white and clean looking when folded up) had bright pink paint of some sort all over it! We didn't call room service for a new one, we just used another, we had plenty. My biggest complaint is that we accidentally left a brand new shirt we had bought in the room, still in the bag. Our fault definitely, we should have searched the room more before we checked out, but I was very displeased when we called and they said "no nothing was left in the room". Which is absolutely ridiculous, you don't have a lost and found for stuff left in rooms!?! I'm sure that happens all the time. So we will not be staying here again...

I stayed here with my 2 dogs. I was by myself so i had my hands full. There is a great trail just down the street by the Truckee river where i could walk my dogs. The hotel has a pet package that they deliver to the room that includes bowls and treats. All in all it was a good stay for one night.

It was fine

An otherwise excellent hotel experience was marred by being asked to pay $10.95/day to log on to the Internet. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We had a great time in the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The casino was a lot of fun and convenient with food, etc. Buffet and Hash House was wonderful. Had a great time.

The staff at check in was really friendly and helpful. The overall room was nice. The bathroom needed a really good cleaning and there was some mold in the tub. I wish check in was in a place that didn't require having to walk through a smoke filled casino. There were a lot of homeless type folks all around the hotel and this wasn't appealing. I would likely not stay in the downtown reno area again.

Our first room on the 20th floor was awful do to the high winds and the window shaking and air was leaking through. On the 6th floor the rooms AC sounded like there were coins in the fan coils and kept me awake all night. All four pillows on the bed were lumpy and worn. After sharing our concerns with front desk no compensations or empathy was given. So why do you ask how was your stay?

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We attended the Motown Review Show, it was excellent. We were given a 2-1 Buffet the food was great. I would go again and I would tell my friends. Oh and the Hotel rate was excellent. Thanks Harrahs.

i loved staying at harrahs! it was so nice. i liked the view. very clean/ comfortable. very convenient i would definately stay there again.

It was a short business trip but I was satisfied with the hotel and all it had to offer.

Valet was extremely helpful & our bags were in the room before we were! Check in was swift & pleasant. Not many choices to eat when we arrived at 5pm or after the concert at 11pm-most were closed but the Quiznos that was open was great. Rooms were very affordable and were the most comfortable I've stayed in in years and I've been in quit a few in the past 2 years. I will definitely stay there every time I come to Reno as long as the prices stay the same and they are as clean as this time.

Stayed here before- no surprises. Stayed in the classic room clean updated. great for the price paid.

If you stay in the hotel, it is ok. Or even if you cross the street into another big hotel, it is ok. It is just the area is really sketchy. Lots of homeless people walking around and the streets are dirty and smelly, but once you are in the hotels, you feel fine.

This casino was a great place to stay. Room was clean and had everything you need for a stay. We had dinner at the hotel was very nice. Reno was a great place to stay.

We really loved the location to the Aces ball park. Clean and friendly place to stay. I will stay here again.

We stayed for two nights, and most of the time was spent at every other casino but where we stayed. Not much to do in the hotel, gym was $5 a person per day(charge one fee for unlimited access probably make more money), $11 dollar fee for Internet per device!!!!( ridiculous). Pretty decent buffet and low price for stay mid week but other than that I plan on staying elsewhere when I visit Reno in a July.

Good stay. Rooms were clean and overall comfortable. Could hear some train noise as it passes through downtown at night. But over all quite satisfied. Staff were freindly, professional, and courteous. Location is centered close to entertainment.

Harrahs Reno is one of the nicest hotels in the downtown area of Reno. Try to get into the West Tower where you'll find the rooms a bit larger. The property is close to many many other casinos, so if that is what you are after, this is probably your best bet. A very friendly staff and many choices for dining both on site and adjacent.

The room itself was definately worth the money, but unfortunately the buffet was very pricey. $18.00 per person! It wasnt worth it for me! I only ate 2 small plates of food! I loved the style of the rooms! They were very fashionable and high class feeling. One thing I'm a little upset about is everything that is "COMPLEMENTRY" costs! In room coffee was like $1.50 per container. Water was $3.00! Ridiculous! Oh and at the buffet it says that coors, coors light and blue moon were a dollar at the buffet. Well they didnt serve anything but coors! Irritating! Hotel pool costs $5 to get in. But it was closed when we wanted to get in! Hello it was 90 degrees during our stay! WIFI was supppsed to be free, but it cost $10! Insane! I did rate this one high because with all that we asked of them they were VERY HELPFUL! I didnt use much of the amenities, i was off doing my own thing, exploring parts of the city.

Everything was fine but one thing I really didn't like was the coffee and water you have to pay for? Really!! Come on the hotel wasn't that cheap not to speak of all the money spent at the casino

This was the worst experience at a hotel EVER...My husband and I checked out a day early we thought it was so bad. We will never visit another Harrahs property. It was a waste of money and ruined our anniversary.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The PetStay room was especially great, as they allowed us to bring our 2 corgis with us to the room, they even allowed us to walk them through the casino! Hotel provided us healthy dog treats, a water bowl and tray, and poopy bags for our dogs. Only downfall is that the nicest place to take the dogs for their "business" is in one of the other towers (though the location did have grass and additional poopy bags available). Otherwise, we had a great stay, and I will definitely go there again with my dogs.

Not a good place to bring a pre-teen and a teenage girls.

Good price but convenience not good for travelers (us). Parking structure and getting bags to the room a trial.

I was surprised that Harris charged for everything and anything. Great location. Very clean rooms nice view dark rooms for a good night sleep.

The casino was not that impressive, and the on-site restaurants were a little lacking in variety. The steak house in the basement was very good, but pricey. Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

i was the worst experience I have had with hotels in Reno, I no longer like Harrah's Casino Hotel Reno.....

Nice clean room. There were few electrical outlets. Room service was fast and friendly.

This hotel was a good value. Amenities great, close to airport, all was good.

for the price, we thought the hotel room was ok. the service was very good. we had room service, the food was excellent. the dinner was from the hash house. the second night, we ate at the steak house. again the food was excellent. the staff at the restaurant was incredible. highly recommend the restaurants.

Nice large room, comfortable bed, clean. I guess my only complaint would be lack of choices for restaurants. The steakhouse in the basement was nice, but pricey.

Hotel in general was fine. The room and bathroom were of adaquet size. Bed was comfortable. Two chairs in room were uncomfortable. The carpet was filthy. I doubt the carpet had been shampooed in several years.
