Would have loved to be warned about the sensor mini bar! Instead everything was on my bill!! Other than that it's Caesars palace have fun

In general, the hotel/casino is really well maintained. The rooms are quite big and in good condition. Only two negative things: In reception they said that they will search the "best available" room for us, the room was otherwise okay, but the views were towards the roof of the main building. We also booked a room with continental breakfast included. Later we discovered that the continental breakfast ment that you could use 9 dollars per person to get breakfast from a selection of the restaurantes in the casino. With 9 dollars you couln't get much - coffee and something. Not really a continental breakfast...

We had a really nice time staying at Caesar's Palace for the first time. We were there for 3 nights, but had two different bookings, the hotel staff was kind enough to let us stay in the same room. The Octavious Tower was brand new and very clean. We had to call and ask for maid service on Saturday (even though we were gone all day), but they made up for it by giving us a very nice turn down service - complete with waters and chocolates. The pool scene was great!! But very crowded (even though we were there in the beginning of April). Even though there were guests sitting on the floor, the staff refused to open all the pools. Only 5 of the advertized 7 pools were open. I wonder why?! One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because there was no resort fees and The Palace doesn't charge $40+ for two queens rather than one King. However, they charged us $24.95 for wifi service that didn't even work!! They also charged us $45 to use the gym!! That seems a little ridiculous!! I would prefer knowing that in advance of booking, it might have changed our minds. Small note - we were unable to send or receive any texts or get a signal on our iPhones from our room. All in all, we really loved the location and the easy of getting around.

So not impressed with Cesears! Will not return! 1. Housekeeping never cleaned our room! 2. Closet light turns on and off whenever you go to the bathroom at night! 3. Hair dryers are awful if you want to style your hair. 4. They charge you to sit by the pool! 5. $12.00 to make coffee in your room during our stay! 6. bed was marginal to uncomfortable! We will Stay at the Wynn Encore in the future!

It was a brilliant night. Especially good location, near the hotel it is free night show: water show, pirate show. But including one person $9 breakfast is not to recommend.

I booked myself here for 3nts as a 30th birthday treat to myself as I was passing through the States to head back home to Oz. I was kindly upgraded to the next room category in the Augustus Tower. And no I didn't mention that it was my 30th! The room was maHOOsive. I loved it very much. Bigger than my 2 bedroom apartment I used to live in back in Manly. If you stay here - eat at the Trevi (Forum Shops), lovely Italian cuisine (I had the pizza). Hotel is centrally located, so a perfect place to start navigating along the Strip. Oh, a must is to go see Zumanity (Cirque show with a difference). Be open minded ;) Overall, I would definitely come back and stay at the Caesars! P.S. You can't help but chuckle when checking in as you picture the scene from "The Hangover"! And almost tempted to ask the same question...

If you go to Vegas Ceasers Palace is the place to stay. The rate was not out of line, the room was awesome and the staff is friendly and very courteous and professional. I will definetly go back.

The BEST!!! We had a great time. Can't wait to go back to Caesars Palace.

Would be perfect but there is no ventilation in the bathroom and the vent in the bedroom hardly works. Very hot and stuffy. Hate to be there when it's hot out.

Hotel stay was great. We had a wonderful time! Lots of restaurants, entertainment and very nice staff. We saw Rod Stewart which was the highlight of our trip. Could have used a couple extra days.

Offered an up-grade at check-in. Went from 5th floor to the 42nd floor. the room was clean and we had a fantastic view of the strip and Bellagio fountian. Staff were all very helpfull. The hotel is close to all the action and shopping. We could not complain and will stay at Caesr's Palace on our next visit.

The room was beautiful, but not as promised. The room was not over the pool; the shower did not have two heads. The hotel was extremely greedy. They even charged a fee for EACH day that the Internet was used - a substantial fee. Overall, I was disappointed.

I have always wanted to stay here but now that I have I wouldn't bother to go back unless the price was right. Toilet didn't flush for the first 2 days. The maintenance man said it was an old toilet. He had to come twice before it would work. Response time for the maintenance to come was quick though. When you were in the bathroom which was lovely, there was no privacy with the see through screens. Some of the staff were friendly but others were too busy "sniffing the air" to notice you were wanting to be served. The shopping area was lovely and the location was excellent. The safe that was provided was not free. Very disappointing. I am sure that could be included in the price instead of having a phone next to the toilet. Checking-in took too long.

25$ per day to use the Gym=HOLY MOLY 14.99 per day for internet access- PER DEVICE. Connected w Ipad and Laptop and they charged me 30$. Crazy! Would go back for a longer stay perhaps but NEVER for a quick business trip again unless they get rid of some of the mickey mouse charges.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the Augustus tower as they did not have non smoking room available in the older facility. The new towers are very nice modern rooms. I understand that the rooms in the older parts of the hotel could use some renovation. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a good price

This was my 4th time to Vegas and stayed in different hotels each time, each on the main part of the strip. The hotel itself is in a prime location, but the rooms in the tower I stayed in seemed like they needed a little updating, not a big deal if you are there with friends, but if you are taking a lady keep that in mind. Also, the minimum bets on the tables were consistently higher the whole weekend than all other casinos in the area (not talking the cheap casinos either, Bellagio, Mirage, etc... were all less expensive to gamble at). So I often had to leave the hotel to gamble elsewhere. There was also one part where 2 hours went by and I couldn't get a drink at the craps table despite complaining several times. Lastly, I booked a hotel room with 2 double beds and when I got there they told me I got there too late and had to take one king. They gave me a pullout, so it ended up being fine, but still strange that you could book a reservation one way and not end up getting what you thought you were getting. Still better than a lot of the hotels in Vegas becuase of location, but I was wishing I had stayed at the Aria instead.

We stayed here for a pretty penny per night so I guess we expected at least some quality service and a nice room. Instead we had to wait 7hours for our room to be cleaned before we could check in. heater in the room was messed up so it felt like it was 100 degrees. On top of that the casino had almost no servers and dealers who literally had to ask coworkers how to deal in certain games. Vegas was great but Caesars is a joke.

firstly breakfast is not included. an allowance towards breakfast is included which by no means covers the cost of breakfast and breakfast is served on plastic plates with plastic knives and forks. i have been visiting vegas twice a year for the past 10 years i love it and have stayed at most hotels past and present Caesars was always going to be my treat. The hotel itself is amazing but you can stay in any cheaper hotel and enjoy that, the part that you pay for.. the room was no different than any cheaper hotel or motel i have stayed in therefore i say stay some where the price is right and just walk into caesars. i asked to have the bathroom cleaned twice it still wasnt done so i just counted my loses i will be back in vegas in 6 months but at a less pricey hotel that includes breakfast served properly as most do

The parking valet at Caesars was horrible. Despite having a reservation, unable to valet at main reservation. Sent to another valet area on side of hotel. Had to walk a mile to get back to registration desk. Upon leaving, called down to valet 30 minutes in advance (as instructed) and still had to wait 45 minutes to get car.

I just stayed at Caesars and they put me in a "non-descript" room that was neither smoking or non-smoking. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 20 years. They "treated" it and it then smelled as though they put an ionizer in the room for a bit but it didn't change the smokey smell. Of course they did not have a non-smoking room available. Too many other choices for the same price that are much nicer. Caesars is dated...

They are doing construction on the pool which was outside our room. They no longer have jacuzzis and pool area closes at 6 pm

Our stay was wonderful! Caesars Palace was fabulous and the finest resort in Las Vegas in our opinion. We loved staying there.

This hotel was amazing!!! I LOVED it.... you cannot come to Las Vegas and not stay here, even if just for one night. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the place was so luxurious. My favorite!

Caesar's is a solid B hotel behind places like Bellagio, Aria and Venetian. Not too expensive and right in the middle of the strip. Great gaming, including one of the best poker rooms on the strip.

After seven days on a family road trip (with three kids - 11, 13, 15), we decided to splurge our last night and stay at Caesar's Palace before flying home the next day. The room was extremely large and well appointed with a great view of the Strip. We were even more impressed with the oversized bathroom, complete with large, walk-in shower and monstrous jacuzzi tub. Needless to say, everyone made good use of the tub (the first time the kiddos were excited to bathe in seven days), then we wandered around taking in the sights all evening until we couldn't take another step and headed back to our beautiful room. I've stayed in Vegas several times in different places along the Strip (Paris, Balley's, Flamingo, Venetian), and the room at Caesar's was, by far, the largest and most luxurious I've seen. I'll definitely encourage my husband to make reservations there the next time we take off for a romantic weekend to Vegas.

Not 4-star hotel, I was be guest in 2 star hotel witch are better than Ceasars Palace.

We had a wonderful Time. We were checking off my bucket list and staying at Caesar's and ordering room service were two of the items, THE STAFF DIDN'T LET ME DOWN. It was wonderful! The staff was sweet ,very helpful and so so courteous. They provided us all the information we needed to see the Nascar race, and sighseeing! Made the trip for the weekend just fanstastic! Thank you

An amazingly comfortable and friendly hotel. Reception was so nice to even upgrade our room for free. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. AWESOME!

Great stay. Advised the front desk clerk that it was my wifes first time in Vegas, and they upgraded our room for free. Jacuzzi tub, flat screen tv in bathroom. I will definatley stay here again.

What an amazing hotel, rooms were big and clean, the facilities were excellent! Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Centrally located to everything and would definately stay there again.

I had horrible food poisoning at one of their eating establishments in Caesar. When my niece spoke with the "manager" there, he insisted that it probably wasn't from eating at his restaurant. Trust me....it was!

great location,great service. every staff person we walked by greeted us with a good morning,hello,have a good day which impressed us very much,pool was fantastic. the problem that we had was that our elevator location and room location[5178]were too far for someone as old as us.[73 & 71].we booked months ago and ceasars should consider a person age as well as there ability to get around.other than that no complaints at all.

I'm a local and work on the Strip... I don't normally hang out down there, but I was going out for a friends birthday. My room was pretty cheap because it was during the week, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and was upgraded to a suite! The room was amazing! Probably one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in! My first stay at Caesars was memorable and I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

The staff was great, no problem there, when we first arrived in our room we noticed the bed had been laid on, also there was private hair on the bathroom floor. We called the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, they gave us a $50 food credit and sent room service back. Credit was great and appreciated but room Service still left behind hair. We visited other casinos in the area while in Vegas, the biggest thing we noticed was how fresh the other casinoa smelled, not smokie, the C casino we stayed.in has a horrible smoke.smell. Everywhere. We both came home With terrible sinus infections. To get to the point, if we every go back to Vegas we will stay in one of the other casinos.
