Over all I was very satisfied but when we got there the lady at the desk sent us to the wrong side of the hotel. Doesn't sound like a big deal but once you drag your bags from the car to the door and then realize that you are on the wrong side of the building its frustrating. Staff should know where to direct you to go. There were no #'s on the outside of the building so I had no idea until I had to pack it all back in then drive around and do it all agian. Other than that it was good.

Great. Would stay again if go back to the area

We didnt arrive until 10pm so we couldnt see how close anything was but the stay was great. Very clean hotel with Starbuck's coffee!

The weekend rate was half what I would have expected for a Courtyard. Very clean and comfortable! The only thing that could have made the stay better is an extra towel or two.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel for the 2nd time in a month. The staff, especially Jasmine, was VERY helpful in every way. Parking was close and convenient. The hotel was situated near I-435 but there really wasn't much traffic noise. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. We liked the double beds with the desk, chairs and large tv. The only things somewhat disappointing from what we are used to is that there is no complimentary breakfast. Other than that, we were more than satisfied, as illustrated by our second booking at this location, and would highly recommend it to others.

We arrived at the Courtyard (South Kansas City) around 9:30 Friday evening. I had read that the food wasn't very good, so I was hesitant to try something from the restaurant, but when we got our food, it was really good. Hotel was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. My room was about as far from the lobby as it could be, but the Wi-Fi was strong and free. Fantastic experience, we will stay there next time we visit Kansas City.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was up-to-date and clean. Parking was convenient. The hotel was conveniently located to I-435 but there really wasn't much traffic noise. The staff was VERY helpful in every way. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. We liked the king bed with the couch, desk and large tv. The only things somewhat disappointing from what we are used to were that the WiFi is unreliable and there is no complimentary breakfast. Other than those two things, we were more than satisfied and would highly recomment.

Nice king size bed with full size pullout sofa. Room was a bit small but functional. Really liked walk out feature with sliding glass door to parking lot. (built in safety bar was a nice security feature!). Pool and jacuzzi area well maintained. Did not like seeing two dark curly hairs on shower wall before i entered... No refrigerator in this room but list of pillows! Felt like a safe area.

This was the 2nd time Ive stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and updated. The rooms are comfy and clean, the beds are great. The staff is very helpful and nice. I love this hotel and will stay again.

The hotel was great and the service was terrific. We paid the extra $10 for breakfast and it was well worth the money. The Town Plaza Center was a great place to shop and eat close to the hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel. It was very well maintained, rooms were clean and large and the exercise room was great. There are many times when the pictures online are much better than what you actually get but in this case, the great pictures matched a great hotel.

This was an OK place to stay. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it squeaked when you laid on it. No breakfast on the weekends..... :(

My advice would be, if you're a solo traveler, don't pay for the room with breakfast because you'll probably pay more additional that you'd spend on breakfast. But if you're a couple, definitely buy the breakfast upgrade, you'll come out ahead!

Easy access to interstate and shopping/entertainment venues!!!!! We even found a theatre close by that had reclining easy chairs-WOW!! The only thing was that no complimentary breakfast was served. It was close to a McDonalds and others for a quick bite in the mornings and there was a restaurant/bistro on site but didn't like to take the time. Great snacks and some liquor items for late night refreshments. Overall: Would stay there again if available.

Wonderful! Had some time to relax in the afternoon outside on the courtyard, ate a late lunch, very peaceful and beautiful there. Later that night, needed a small snack, and had artichoke dip and chips from Bisto...delicious! Loved the modern decor, and used the computer in the lobby. Very clean and modern. I will stay here again!

Very clean comfortable hotel, would return there without hesitation. Loved the Bistro, the $10 breakfast fee was a bargain.

no kleenex in room--cherrios under the sink when we checked in-we stayed 3 days --2nd day our romm was never cleaned and we left room at 10:30 maid watched us leave--when we came back had to call desk to get towells- breakfast the first day was terrible--food cold, menu terrible, service terrible we paid extra for breaskfast with our romm amm jnust used it one of the three days we think you need to change formats, we coiuln,t tell what was incleded in breakfast and the person heling was was worse about knowing--- lady at desk on checkin- said to just tell the staff to put on our room not that easy. used to stay at mariott but now remember why we changed not happy

I loved the room. Everything was very clean and nice. I would defentately stay there again if I had the opportunity to revisit Kansas City.

The staff at the Courtyard were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great coffee in the morning ! The hotel is very close to interstate 435 so getting around KC was easy. If you don't need the night life and want a quiet comfortable place to stay I recommend it.

Great hotel. Location is a bit out of the way and slightly hidden though.

Marriott Courtyard are usually top notch, this property was no exception. The price for this hotel was far below the rate posted for this type of hotel.

My wife and I wanted a night away from our new puppies that kept us up all hours of the night. We went down to the pool and there were 9 screaming unsupervised children, and no towels in the pool. Needless to say we didn't go in the pool or hot tub, that was a bummer. However, nothing is more comfortable than those beds. Beautiful clean pillow top mattresses. Our favorite thing was that there was a little balcony so we could sit outside with our champagne. Great room for the money with a free tasty breakfast. I recommend this hotel and every other Marriott.

This was a fantastic hotel and our stay was one of the best ever! The room was clean, the service was fantastic and friendly and the pool fittness center were top notch. The location was perfect for getting to at a reasonalbe time and conveniently located for going to Kauffman Stadium.

Unfortunately, we were there for a family funeral, but the quality and comfort of the hotel was a huge comfort. The staff, room, and grounds were awesome! I hope to return just to relax.

Was very nice hotel. Very clean - extremely happy with our stay. Great breakfast!!

Wedid not arrive till late and the refreshment service was closed.

I have stayed in more than 10 hotels in the last year, mostly for business, and this might be the best. The hotel was very clean and well kept, the staff was friendly, and the location is great. The only downside that was found was the water did not taste all that great, but it was okay to shower with. The price was very good, and I will probably stay there again when I am in the area.

Comfortable bed, but it would be nice to have some firmer pillows, along with the softer ones that were there.

Rooms were comfortable, Staff was friendly, would stay there again if in area.

Quick front desk service,update rooms and lobby. Checkout at 12:00 was really nice. Only problem was the cafe or bistro for breakfast was not very good. Only one person or two not sure what was going on. 2 people were in front of me and it took 25min to get coffee, two bottle juice, premade fruit cup, and yogurt and 2 muffins. Was ask if I would like the muffins warm. Ordered two different ones and got two of the same, and they were partially frozen still. After I had to remind them about the muffins I paid for. They forgot and tried to charge me again. But other than the the bistro needing help, nice hotel.

This hotel is on the edge of a new neighborhood with not much else around. It was quiet but parking lot didn't feel secure.

Good location near I-435. Very clean and updated decor. Good cafe although probably not enough capacity and staffing to handle all the traffic, as sports teams tend to stay here. Bed a bit hard, but ok. On one occasion room was not fully cleaned, as coffee cup was left out dirty but replaced in coffee nook. Really not a big deal, as that's all we found amiss with the housekeeping. Room did not have a hairdryer, which was surprising. Overall good value and would stay here again.
