Our stay was good about what I expect from Hampton. Good choice of items at breakfast

The room was very nice and clean!! Couldn't ask for a more friendly helpful staff!! Great job guys!! Made my stay away from home very pleasant!

This is a motel and not a hotel. No parking for the rooms on the back part of the hotel. Breakfast was very bad for a Hampton Inn. Only Hampton Inn I have ever been disappointed in.

needs updating & soundproofing could hear our neighbors till 3am & then the other side woke up at 530am

Maids never dump the ice bucket, toilet ran all the time, paper cups soaked through on one use & breakfast was not up to par with other Hampton Inn at which we have stayed.

Cant go wrong with a Hampton. They are always the first choice of my wife and I.

The check in was easy. You can park outside your room. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had a downstairs room so that was convenient. I had a handicap room and the only thing I would have added was a bar by the commode. Overall a very nice stay. I did not eat breakfast there but my grandson did and he said it was "all right".

I was given this room. It is at the end beside the laundry room. If I had not been an early risen person, this room is to close to all of the cleaning people getting carts out and getting them stocked. Way to noisey.

The booking was for guest speaker invited to Tyler. He was very pleased with the hotel and the friendly staff. We appreciate that because it makes us look good to our guest. Thank you.

Nothing special but comfortable, good breakfast

There seems to be a disconnect between Hotels.com and this Hampton Inn concerning the definition of an early check in. The early check in appeared to be locked in until we called the hotel and they had no knowledge of said early check in. Other than than SNAFU, our stay was pleasant.

Very comfortable, outstanding breakfast, and very very helpful and courteous staff!

When we first attempted to enter our room we could not get the key card to work. Door handle was loose. We were moved to a different room where there was next to no water pressure from the faucet. The problem was fixed in a timely manor. The facility is an older structure so repairs like these are probably common. Over all I would say the hotel is adequate if not a bit over priced for the accommodations.

We stayed a night in Tyler after camping. We just wanted to take a shower and enjoy a soft bed. Our reservations were set up around 1pm. We walked in and I was told that we would have to wait until 3pm without even attempting to accommodate the 2 hours we had to wait. Why not call housekeeping and have them fix the room quickly since we were already there? The general manager needs to remember why she's in Customer service again......

The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like about the room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom itself. So if you were at the sink brushing your teeth or washing your hands, you had to turn on the light and that light would bother the other guest in the room.

Based on the photos on the web, was expecting a better breakfast. Was very disappointed.

Was very pleased with the room (TV, microwave, refrigerator). The lobby of the hotel and eating area was very well decorated in red. Managers were not that knowledgeable about the Rose Parade (where to park, where it began, etc, and he said he had been in Tyler for 20 years). No newspapers for guests.

otel was fabulous

In all, I was very satisfied. The downside was the kids running around above our room (217) until past midnight. Also, I was awakened around 3:15 am with noise from kids in the parking lot.

The room & bed & accommodations were excellent. The only thing I did not like was the NO ROOM SERVICE aspect. Otherwise, all was well.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. When I asked for a to go bag there were no more.

Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel was clean. Other than the air conditioner was loud, we were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton and plan to return if needed.

Enjoyed our two nights here in Tyler. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value, and the breakfast offered many choices. I'd stay here again.

We had a great time! We visit Tyler frequently, but this was the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was good and close to both shopping and places to eat. Every employee we dealt with was courteous and helpful. We will absolutely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Tyler.

I loved the hotel and the indoor pool (although I didn't get a chance to get in). It was a very nice place to stay and kick back. The decor was good. I loved everything until the end. Check out time was 12. We had been out late and around 11:30ish we received a knock. I told her to come back. We were getting ourselves together. Ten minutes later there was another knock. It was as if they wanted to just kick us out although we still had time. I went from welcomed to a stepchild feeling.

A great experience. Clean room, comfortable beds and very nice pillows. Our room did not face the street so it was very quiet, and the air conditioner kept us nice and cool. The breakfast was as good as any I have had in hotels/motels and the friendliness of the staff was refreshing to see. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there for business at ETMC. It was close and convenient. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the weight room!

Very nice hotel, right off the loop and staff was very helpful and friendly. We got to town a little early for check in and when I called, she said our room was ready and come on!!! Hot breakfast is awesome and they even had a customer appreciation night with pizza and free beer and refreshments!!! It was so nice, we will always stay here when we come to visit our relatives in Truop.

Awesome

The wifi signal in the rooms is virtually useless. The only way we could get a decent signal was to sit in the lobby of the hotel.

WE STAYED ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND I WAS AMAZED HOW QUIET IT WAS.....BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD.

Really nice hotel real clean had all the basics the bed was not real comfortable but the breakfast was good, have a indoor swimming pool, its overall a 5 star hotel the only thing I don't like is the bath room is really small and don't have any vents in it so it get hot , good location, don't have a nuf parking I have a 3/4 ton truck and I had to park in the grass cause it gets packed at night

i enjoyed the stay the room was clean the breakfast was good we as a family really enjoyed the indoor pool. our next stay i will request a room on the inside or one the 1st floor it was not fun lugging kids and luggage up three flights of stairs.

We recently stayed in the Hampton Inn while in Tyler for my daughter's gymnastics meet. Given it was early spring, the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. I would definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area!

I stay at Hampton Inns regularly because, though bland, are consistently spotlessly clean and well maintained. This particular Hampton Inn however fell short in few areas. The building itself is of the older design in which hallways are all outdoors--not the typical enclosed hallway design. Numerous floor tiles were loose or missing in these outdoor hallways. I also found mildew/mold in the caulking around the tub/shower. This was not a Bad hotel, but it did not meet the high standard for maintenance I see at other Hampton Inns.

Great place to stay. Will almost guarantee I'll be back to stay again. Front desk provided exceptional service, as well as being very knowledgeable of the area. Check in & check out was very quick, and all staff were very kind.

Great place to stay the staff was very polite and curtious. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice. All in all we had a great stay. Look forward to staying there again.
