The service was fantastic! So customer focued. The room was showing some wear and the bathroom was poorly designed. Very small.

awesome spacious room with incredible breakfast...needs more sitting area for breakfast

Loved it and will be back! It was perfect for an adult family vacation. Breakfast was terrific. Only request would be a slightly less firm mattress.

It was ok only thing that we reserved 2 roll away beds. When we got there which we did not get the excuse we got they run out of them thats no excuse Because we reserve them when we make our reservation

Overall hotel was really nice and smelled really good. My only comment was 2nd day cleaning service was not that great.

A/c was super loud, slow elevators, and breakfast area was so packed you could hardly fix a breakfast. Good location and bed was comfortable.

This hotel is awesome. It was close by the interstate and all of the attractions we were going to in San Antonion (Six Flags and Sea World). The staff was very friendly. Very quiet rooms. The key latch stuck some. There aren't any vending machines or ice machines on each floor. And the continental breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it's a great hotel!

I'm disappointed how the elavator and the hall ways look. It's dirty and hot. The a/c unit in the room itself was noisy. The bathroom was tiny and the faucet was hard to turn off/on. This was not a cheap place to stay.

Room was clean, fully equipped, spacious! Continental Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Centrally located, accessible to most areas of town.

I recently stayed in this hotel .It is a good clean n spacious hotel room . Beds were comfortable n sofa bed was a plus . I would stay in this hotel again n again again...

Great everything in this hotel -from front desk courtesy to breakfest .. Staff very professional .. If I had a Complaint it would be the that they only had one set of elevators-it took time to get to our floor...

I have stayed many times at this hotel and have been never disappointed. It's always nice and clean, the staff is very friendly. I get a call every time after I check in whether the room has met my expectations. Honestly, Hyatt is great company. I love their hotels.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place in San Antonio was very enjoyable. The Staff was by far some of the best we have encountered in our travels. They were very helpful and polite ready to serve. This was a plesant experience. The over all experience was an A+. Thank you Hyatt

I enjoy staying at the Hyatt the staff is alway friendly and rooms a very comfortable. Only issue I had was the showerhead was loose and needs to be replaced. I was able to tighten it enough for a shower. Everything else was very nice and clean.

Handy to everything we needed. Excellent front desk help. Fixed the coffee early just for me. Will definitely stay here again.

the bed was amazing, so comfortable, down pillows were a nice surprise. beautiful rooms. could have used a better cable selection but the stay was great

Great Hotel, price was great, service was even better!!. Highly recommend!! will stay here again.

Nothing is perfect,but the Hyatt was 99.9 per cent! Really enjoyed the stay!!

The hotel was easy to access from the highway and had a lot of parking available. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Access to the attractions around San Antonio were just a short 15 to 20 minute drive. Great place for families.

Saw some bad reviews but decided to stay here anyway. Glad we did. Very luxurious type hotel for a low middle class working person. Not a large buffet for breakfast but the fruit made me stick to my diet. Good change in adding oatmeal on Sunday. Very nice rooms. comfortable beds. very large TV that sways both ways to be viewed by family in other side of room. Nice addition of soft water to bathe with. Not best tasting when brushing teeth though. Only downfall was a very loud toilet filling with water after it was flushed. Shutting the door helped.

Understaffed for Thanksgiving weekend....our beds were not made. Last night the toilet doesn't work and I call reception and they bring me a plunger and leave.....LOL! Some relaxation. If I wanted to work, I would have stayed home!

Excellent hotel -- nice and modern but still very comfortable. The beds are wonderfully cozy! Good breakfast in the morning. Only downfall was the shower -- it was difficult to control the water temperature and the water pressure was inconsistent.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and we really like the location but most of all the size, layout and comfort of the room. My only complaint this time was the breakfast. It was a very busy morning and the breakfast room was very crowded. Food was running short and the employees were a little reluctant to refill some of the canisters because it was getting close to their closing (half hour). I wish this would not have been an issue but it was since I had four girls who were craving those little donuts...other than that our stay was great!

This hotel was spotless, well maintained, wonderful staff. I don't think we will stay anywhere else in San Antonio again. The maintenance staff even came around shortly before check out to confirm the room was in "exceptional condition" and it was! I don't have a single complaint. The front desk staff was the best I have encountered anywhere in the country. Truly great experience.

A/c in the first room sounded like a jackhammer in the room. But we were quickly moved to a new room.

Loved out stay here. Lobby staff was extremely helpful. Location was great. Near tons of restaurants, close to Sea World. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

To begin with the hotel staff was great and very helpful. The room was very roomy. Having a living room along with the bedroom was great. The location to Six Flags was nearby and close to many restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

4th time we stay and always has been great

Great, friendly staff, most helpful. Since there are several hotels with the same name, it was confusing to find the one we had reservations for. It was difficult to find.

This hotel was overall good but they should think about adding another elevator, during breakfast and check out time its the same time for house keeping and you will have to wait a while for an available elevator and they should consider adding more to their breakfast options ( don't try the food salad)

Was a great stay.

Excellent customer service and a great room, more than I expected from a hotel this price. I highly recommend this hotel.
