The hot water wasn't working but the hotel didn't offer anything as compensation!!!

Fairly good. The front desk was having some difficulties checking in, I'm not sure what was going on. The room was clean and bright. The tv only received about a third of the stations listed on the card supplied, approximately 5 total. The heat in the room and the water had two settings, very hot or very cold. The continental breakfast was nothing special, enough to get you going and served in a very small room. Good location, ok value. No real disappointments but no raves either.

Pool was cold and pieces was falling from the celing. there was hair on the bathroom floor

1) pillow on bed stained with blood or dribble or something dark/red, just nasty, I did get it changed at front desk (2) asked for deodorant, sat up waiting for desk clerk or maid to bring it to room like they told me they would, but fell asleep after 2 hrs, next day asked again was told they going to supply cupboard, so I said I will get it when I return to hotel after being out for the day, desk clerk busy when I returned, didn't want to wait again (3) toilet paper had hard dry clay substance falling out as I unravelled it to use it, strange, wired, so I took it to front desk, clerk took it from me, questioning why I brought it to her, I explained but she couldn't see why I complained, even though it seemed like the whole roll was infected. (4) towel & face cloth had dark stain like makeup or dirt grounded in it, giving grey color instead of white, I didn't go to front desk, fearing they thought I was too fussy or just Making things up, they didnt seem to take my previous inquiries too serious. (5) Breakfast Knook was they best, food fresh & wow the waffles, excellent! Lady who preps there was very friendly and helpful for any thing you needed.

The hotel looks really nice on the outside and in the lobby but once you hit the hallways, it's dated and musty smelling. Rooms don't get any better. They look alright but they are also musty. The bathroom smelled like mold and the toilet had a brown ring around it. There was a broken cabinet piece against the wall. The ceiling in the room was moldy (black patches what appeared to be water damaged). Also, the Hotels.com website stated that parking was one amount I was charged double!!!!! When I brought it up to the receptionist's attentions he said that it was the website's error and that I should take it up with them. I can understand it possibly going up a dollar or a couple of dollars but it was double what it was advertised!!! Complimentary breakfast ... ONLY good thing were the "do it yourself" waffle machine but only if you like them dry and plain because they had absolutely no toppings for them. AND, the room was way too small for the amount of guests. It looked more like a staff room than a dining room. Should be rated a 2 star if that.

The staff were very helpful. The only complaint I have is that I would like the hotel to use bottom sheets that will not come off while sleeping. The parking charge was minimal, and location was close to the falls.

Great location, worth the money! The showers in the rooms are like a small square box, you can hardly fit inside. The rooms are very small, no room to move around.

For the money this hotel was a good deal.If your busy sightseeing a good place to stay.Room was clean and close to things.

There was a lot of water damage in our room. When asked about this, we were informed that the roof had been replaced a few months ago and reno's would be taking place to rectify the water damaged ceilings. Besides the water damage, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older and in need of some modern updating. Staff were super friendly and location is ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

it was our 5th trip to the falls and i can say that without any hesitation that i would rate this stay one of the worst ones. even some BnBs are better. the receptionist seemed cluttered, our room was not ready to check-in at 3pm so we were requested to come back in 15mins. we were allocated the smallest room in the hotel and had a door connecting to the neigbouring room inside our room. that and the fact that the walls were so thin, we could easily hear every little murmur in the neigbouring room. it was especially disturbing in the night as we were unfortunate to have a noisy family with two kids as our neigbours. in the night, when we switched on the bedside lamp, somehow it seemed to have triggered on the fire alarm in the lobby of our floor...so weird!!! They proudly boasted of their complimentary continental breakfast. but it turned out another disappointment. Breakfast room was so clumsy with about 10 small tables...only one set of buffet to serve more than 40-50 customers. there was only one oldish lady as the staff to replenish the food/beverages and we could see her running around. there was only one waffle machine and about 20 people in the line...each one taking more than 3 mins for one waffle. we ended up skipping it. anyways, it wasn't definitely a stay to remember. the only consolation whatsoever i could think of was that they offered us some tiny easter egg chocolates at the reception when we checked out.

Overall good hotel. not sure why on hotels.com it did not mention that parking was extra.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, the tub and the shower were really dirty, soap build up on both tub and shower wall... Lady at the front desk not quite honest, told us she had washed it once we asked her, but in fact she had not, cause when she DID come to wash it in our presence, it was clean.... One of the beds had not been changed, we could still see the person's print on the sheets, they were all wrinkled. As for breakfast, all we were offered were cereals, and fruits which were not fresh.

We wanted an inexpensive hotel for our stay in Niagara Falls because we were only staying one night then moving on to another location. I did some research and came up with the Baymont Inn. The price was very reasonable and our overall stay was just what I expected. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and the location was in perfect walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Overall it was a good experience and good value for our dollar.

Very nice and cozy especially for the price. Only complaint was that the people on our floor were noisy and the staff did not quiet them down effectively.

It was the a frigid Valentines getaway for my wife and myself. I went to get coffee early morning and it had snowed a bit and I had slipped and fell. I told the blonde girl at the desk and she giggled and said " Oh really ?" Seriously!? That was so disrespectful and was sore for the rest of the week. Never again, very poor hospitality.

I have stayed at the Baymont a few times and enjoyed it, but to be asked $10 for parking when you leave is a joke. I have never paid this before.

Overall our stay was fantastic, if I have any complaint it would be their internet is crappy and their satelite was not the best, but as we spent most of our time out with friends and family, this was not a major concern.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and I have the pictures. NO HEAT on in the room when we arrived, during a snow storm outside. It was warmer outside then it was in the hallway. I have stayed at Baymonts before but if this is where the chain is headed it will be my last time staying at one of their properties.

Stayed here for a vacation to Niagara Falls. Short ten-minute walk from the falls, less to some of the attractions. Clean room. Bad coffee, sticky lobby floors though.

Not bad for the money , needs some cleaning in hallway ( vacum) .

Excellent time at the Baymont Inn! Our 4month old baby LOVED the big jacuzzi :) GREAT location....walking distance to all the local attractions.

We were very happy with our stay.We were there for 3 nights.very quiet rooms.Awesome location we didn't use our car all the time we were there. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

Stayed during Christmas. Very good location, right near the Clifton Hills, close to everything. Breakfast was not that great. Has a pool and whirlpool tub and sauna. The room was nice, big and comfortable. Had to give less rating for: 1) There were bottle caps on the floor when we checked-in and were never cleaned. 2) The room did not have paper towels or tissues. Front desk did not have it. Overall, good value for the money.

Nothing to write home about, has a $5 per day parking fee, could use some freshening up, but a decent place for the price. Located in a walkable distance to many places.

My girlfriend and I arrived late on a Thursday night, at around 7:30 pm. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in and we were given a room, as booked, on the second floor (Room #201), with a king bed and jacuzzi. Upon entering this room, we noticed the stench of cigarettes. Toilet paper was also missing. I went to ask the front desk attendant for toilet paper, which she gladly gave me. Upon telling her about the smoke smell, which she was surprised about, we were switched to a room next door (Room #203). This room had the same features, with the jacuzzi in the actual room rather than in the washroom. The room also had a fireplace, and a flat screen TV instead of the regular TV found in the previous room. Aside from a stain on the duvet, the room was very clean. The hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast, which is mediocre at best. We only had it one of the three days we were there. The only plus was the waffle station. The hot water for tea was not hot at all. We didn't have time to make use of the hotel pool, jacuzzi, or the exercise room (which was a small room that barely fit a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, and a bike). Service was great and the front desk attendants are glad to help you. The housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well, and even folded some shirts my girlfriend had left on the bed. The jacuzzi seemed to leak through the carpet at one point (when we stood up and got water on the tile surrounding it). This did not happen when all water was contained inside the casino, so I suppose the tiles are leaky. Our room, despite being on the 2nd floor, was in the back of the building facing the Marriott Courtyard. Actually, it faced the backside of that hotel, so all we got to see was a blank wall. And parking costs $5 a day, but I suppose in Niagara Falls, you can't really expect free parking. The hotel has a Wild Wing adjoined to it, with a Denny's across the street, and is a short 5-minute walk from Clifton Hill, the Fallsview

this a nice and afforable hotel for those who don't want to spend too much money on a hotel. the best thing was the FREE BREAKFAST, is a good continental breakfast. with s fsmily of 4 like mine you are saving a least $30-$40 a day. also the parking was $12 a day but when i got there they only charged me $5/ day. the room wasa clean the only tjing i did not like was the shower it was one of those stand up showers i could not even shave my legs. it was a good hotel for that price. i will come back again.

Bathroom rather cold, no visible heating.

We stayed at the Baymont Inn for one night only. The room was fairly clean but we were surprised that it was not heated prior to our arrival. Not only was our room freezing cold but the hallways and the breakfast room were also not heated. No heat, no more business from us!!!

Lousy. Roaches in pool area, hot tub not working, sauna not on, cold, breakfast was ok. Get what u pay for.

I would recomend this place to anyone it is walking distance to everywhere.

Was satisfied the price was good, walking distance to all attractions will visit again.

Good hotel - GREAT value. Good continental breakfast, very close to Clifton Hill. The pool was OK and useable (which sadly is not the case with far too many hotels). Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. facility was a bit beat up by overall standards, but considering it's run through 365 days a year by tourists, it's really fine, particularly for the price. This is my new favorite hotel for Niagara Falls trips.

I have stayed at other Baymonts and have developed a certain expectation of what my stay will be like. I found this one did not to live up to it. The room seemed tidy at first, but after a few minutes I began to notice the nice white blankets where discolored with stains, some of the towels in the bathroom where not clean, and the room was really stuffy. Then there was the issues with the wifi. It was constantly going off, then in the morning they had a maintenance man check it out and he fixed it, but within the hour it was off again. Very frustrating!

The hotel rooms and staff were very nice. Rooms were big and roomy. It's not a five star hotel but is a great deal for the price. It's located at a five minute walk from Niagara Falls. It's right there in the downtown area. All the entertainment is a walk away. Rooms were clean and big. Bathroom was bigger and nicer than my expectation. Complimentary breakfast included fruits, muffins, cereals, Jam, butter, coffee, tea, juices, pancakes & fresh waffles. They didn't have eggs for breakfast but it did not matter to us. They had more than enough items available to fill up one's belly. All and all great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

When we first arrived our room only had a very small shower, not even large enough for an adult to shower easily. We asked for another room because we have a child and needed a room with a bath tub. The staff was extremely nice and moved us to another room. The is room smelled very musty and in the morning discovered a large amount of mold in our bathroom. Again the staff was very helpful and we loved the locatrion, but the condition of the hotel was very poor.

Great location downtown. Walking distance to falls, skylon tower and casino. The room was clean when we arrived but was only vacuumed once during our 4 day stay. staff was friendly and probably would have passed again if we had complained. Pool was nice and the free breakfast was good with good coffee. This is not a new motel but for a family on a budget it was perfect. At 50$ less (if you include tax) per nite than the hotels next door we could afford to stay an extra day.

one word for you "EXCELLENT"

This hotel is convenient to all the Niagara Falls attractions. Walking distance to almost everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and they let us check in early since there was a room available. The place is not fancy, but it had everything we needed--free breakfast, a pool, and a good location. It was a great value and I would stay there again.

Staff nice and approachable. Room clean and comfortable. Close to attraction.
