Very old hotel

Very comfortable stay. Welcoming personnel. The only absence of shops with daily goods around. But it is common for Dallas.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cabs were readily available at the entrance of the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Great hotel for the price! BONUS, pets stay for free!

I really like this hotel as it is close to the Design District and it has a great room layout and great bedding. I was very pleased with this hotel.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and there was mildew in the shower which is a pet peeve of mine! Overall the hotel could use a remodel, it's looking old. I'd classify it as a 2.5 star hotel, not 3.5.

Great hotel, loved the layout of the suite. Will definitely look for more Sheratons to stay in.

Our check in was bittersweet. The first man to greet us was very friendly. Unfortunately, there was an error. A second man came to help. He never acknowledged us.   At the beginning I had mentioned my Starwood card for points. I told him I had trouble activating it, and the nice man said he'd help me. During all the confusion, he forgot. So I mentioned it again. The rude man said "You can't use it since you booked through Expedia." He speaks?! I told him I'm aware of not recieving points for the booking, but what about for any in hotel spending? He says"Oh, you wanna do that?". Of course I do! I still don't know if it worked. The first man apologized and thanked us again, and off to our room we go.   I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the American Airlines Center. Also, to accommodate friends. The room was perfect! Roomy and comfortable. Beds were cozy. It was just great for us and our friends to relax! Location is great for going to a game or concert.   The room service was good. It was just a shame that we waited for awhile before they told us of being out of an item. But the server was friendly and the sandwich was tasty.   The lobby and lounge area were elegant. The indoor or outdoor pools were cool! Nice and clean. Any staff we ran into (other than the rude man at check in) were just lovely. I will definitely be back! 

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great. Breakfast was awesome. Will stay again.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Clean, great customer service, comfortable bed, and close to everything we wanted to do. Are big plans was the medieval times dinner and show. And it was only a parking lot away we walked to the show.

We went to Dallas to see family and watch a hockey game. Unfortunately, I had gotten food poisoning two days before the trip and was still feeling sick while we were in Dallas. I spent most of the trip in the hotel room. The beds are so comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Great

Good place to stay for two nights. But get a room away from the front where you can hear music all through the night. But when told of it the next morning, they did credit me $25 for lunch the next day.

Only one elevator was working and we had to use the service elevator which was disgusting.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was excellent.

Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. However, we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before and it was hit and miss on the entrees. Overall, the service at the hotel was great and we will definitely stay there again! If you are going to an event at AA arena, they offer a shuttle to arena which we found to be very helpful.

Rooms had blood in walls! Very nasty! Will never return!

This is our 2nd time staying here. For the price you cannot beat the price and location near Uptown/Downtown Dallas. Since we have two toddlers, the suites with separate rooms are very important to keeping somewhat regular sleep patterns and less fussy kids on a weekend trip. Hotel is well kept (our room this time had some trash in it when we arrived), has all the amenities of higher priced hotels (room service, bar, indoor/outdoor pool) and the staff is always very pleasant.

They have made an attempt to update an aging hotel. The staff couldn't have been better from the breakfast buffet to the front desk. The rooms were clean and it was great pricing including the free breakfast buffet and free wi-fi. Even though there was a crowd of teenagers there for a volleyball event in Dallas, I didn't hear a peep out of them.

I was coming to town for a 1/2 marathon and the check in clerk allowed me late check out so I could come back to the room to clean up after the race. That was a wonderful plus for me.

Room was nice, comfortable bed. kind of on the small side. Hotel could use some maintenance but nothing major. No real complaints for the money.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. First, Deborah at check-in was super friendly and helpful. We got there right at 3 and there weren't any clean rooms yet so she gave us a room on the preferred guest floor (not sure what it's really called). We were pretty wowed at the room. It was like a small apartment with a separate bedroom. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was ultra comfortable. They had a great indoor pool and hot tub. Every time we walked by the front desk, we were greeted. The breakfast was fantastic and even had a Texas shaped waffle that was delicious. EVERY single person that worked there was friendly to us. The only thing I can think of that was negative was there was a slight musty smell in the hallway and room. Once the A/C kicked on though, the smell went away. I would definitely stay here again.

Paid for 2 queen suite, got to hotel and learned they did not have that room for me because they were so crowded. They had a king suite for me and our room was for 5 people. Are you kidding me! They also could not give me great directions about finding the train. Instead stopped at a holiday inn down the street and they were so helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. So.... I'm irritated because I made this reservation 3 months in advance. Maybe this is the first and only time for the Sheraton and hotels.com

I was very unhappy with the fact that I specifically requested for two beds in the bedroom area and was forced to deal with only one. The people at the front desk assumed it was ok because of the pull out couch, which it was not because that bed was extremely uncomfortable. I am not sure if we will stay at this hotel again.

Good stay. Rooms are smaller than what the pictures portray but all in all it was good.

Excellent clean room with a balcony! Complimentary shuttle and free parking, hard to find this anywhere. Giant comfortable bed with seperate bedroom area and living room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I actually just got done booking it again!

Very nice and pleasant staff. Had some water trouble/leaking roofs, so they had industrial fans blowing in lobby area for 2 days VERY distracting

Nice check in Dirty sheets Rooms were not the worst I've seen. Bar was horrible (no cold beer and they only have.....one wine glass...one!) everything else gets a water glass. Nothing around this place except Medieval Times.... Hazaaaaa

Room was nice and comfy. Hotel was old and could use a good cleaning.

The service was fabulous from the front desk clerk, to the waitress and bartender. We had a second floor room with a balcony and a very pleasing view if the Dallas skyline. The knob in the shower was broken, but other than that the stay was GREAT!!!
