My girlfriends and I met in Atlanta for a GIRL'S getaway weekend. We got a great deal on hotels.com and was pleased about everything. The staff at the hotel was super! The valet guys, the housekeeping, the restaurant, front of house...everyone! A specific shout-out to Martin (front of house) and Joe (breakfast buffet cook)! Great stay, great value, great place!

I requested a King and got a small double room. The price of the room was ridiculously expensive considering I traveled 4 hours to sleep in an uncomfortable tiny bed with a bathroom so small that I almost had to stand on the toilet to get to the sink to brush my teeth. When complaining to the hotel all I got was "sorry, we are over-committed" for the night. I checked out of this hotel and moved to a different hotel for my second night's stay.

The rooms were very nice and clean. My only complaints are that I had to call down to the front desk 3 times before they removed a roll-away bed that had been left in our room. I finally got tired of it taking up so much space and moved it to the hall way. Other than that the staff was courteous and inviting. I would most definately stay there again!

Beautiful modern lobby, with Shula's restaurant to the right. Hotel shuttle service excellent, our driver was Prabu. When he said he was going to pick us up he gave the exact time! Breakfast the next morning in Lenox dining experience with the waiters and the chef. We had a memorable time and will definitely be back, this was a second stay here!

I only stayed there one night but check in was easy and smooth. the room was BEAUTIFUL and the staff was helpful. the restaurant breakfast was superb! highly recommend

enjoyed my stay only wish one thing that i had an microwave in the room

Great place to stay

It was awesome! The only thing I would change is not having rooms "under" the lobby. It seemed like they had rooms near the "boiler room" LOL... You could hear showers & toilets flushing, not cool. That's the only thing that bothered us. Otherwise a great stay with a great bar/restaurant. Excellent service!! We will come back as long as the room is above the lobby and not stored away from society.

Extremely convenient location to the Lenox Square Mall, however it is very noisy! You can hear everything in the hallway while in bed. Older hotel with little noise insulation - you can hear the street too! Way too pricey for what you get.

We were in town for the bowl game and stayed here for NYE. The price for a room here was about 2/3rds the price of every other nearby hotel. Service was impeccable but, even more importantly, the location was ideal. MARTA is a block away, so you're at the Georgia Dome in 15-20 minutes without worrying about parking. The only quibble? The walls are kind of thin. So when it's NYE, you better have some white noise to drown out all the drunks.

We stayed there just one night, everything was perfect, especially the hotel service was very quick and the associates were really nice. I appreciate the Marriott Hotel and next time when i go to ATL, i will overnight there again! =)

Front desk was extemely helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only problem was it wasn't straighten up until 3:00 next day. Shula resturant did not have enough staff and we were not able to eat there.

The hotel and servcie was great and I would stay again.

I was at this hotel for labor day weekend and had a really great time. the hotel was excellent in cleanliness, service, location, and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to the Buckhead area. Lenox Mall is right across the street with quite a bit of restaturants not too far from the hotel. I will definelty visit again.

the breakfast was fantastic. the beds were only small doubles, not comfortable for two adults.

Hotel was in great shape...pool was just ok. Hotel lacked that certain 'je-ne-said-quoi'

Great place to stay for our family of four. Hotel staff was courteous. Room was clean. Close to the marta and shopping. Would stay again.

We were extremely pleased with the location of this hotel. It was very close to everywhere we needed to be and even close to places we didn't know we were going to. The staff was always friendly and concierge was super helpful to direct you to the best places for dinner, coffee and dessert, and shopping. The food at Shula's was great. The only problem we had was that our room key (card) decided to stop working and resetting the key didn't work. The master key didn't even work. We had to wait out in the hallway, late at night, (listening to what sounded like a couple on their honeymoon) on maintenence to fix the lock and open our door. But these things happen. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Atlanta!

This is one of the best hotels I don't look at just the property but my ratings also go by the treatment I receive. Starting from my checkin-In with Jamilah to assistance by the front office supervisor, Mr Azim, it was a great experience. Special shout out to the shuttle driver Steve who was ALWAYS ready to assist. Not to forget Joe, the breakfast chef who readily wanted to go an extra mile to take care of guests with a smile!!! In short, I highly recommend!!

Right across the street from Lenox mall - good price, nice place to stay. Easy walk to shopping and many great restaurants. Central location. We have stayed here many times and it's always great - and the price is right, esp. for buckhead.

This was a beautiful hotel, great location...in the heart of everything !!

I loved staying at this location. Everything was perfect except our neighbors! They came in at 3 a.m. and we could hear everything! We could even hear their heels clicking on the floors!? We'll bring earplugs next time!

This was a wonderful place to stay...a great value for the money. wonderful amenities, super-friendly staff and beds that were so comfy that I hated to get up in the morning! I will definitely stay there during my next visit south.

The hotel I would say was not spectaculor from the outside. However, once inside it was very clean and fashionably updated. It was also right down the street (walking distance) to MARTA which was very convienent. The mall was also right across the street which was great. The service and hotel staff were very helpful with provding everything from room service to directions around town. I would definetely stay again. Great hotel.

This hotel was exactly what we were expecting. The location is convienent to anything that you could want to do in the Buckhead area. We came for a Braves game, this is the perfect place to stay to go to a Braves game, then come back and go out on the town. The Lenox marta station is within walking distance of the hotel. Just hop on there and go down to Five Points station take the shuttle from Underground Atlanta to the Braves game. After the game you can get a cab to take you out in Buckhead and nothing is too far away, so the fees are not outrageous. The rooms are exactly as pictured in the photos provided here. the beds have very comfortable pillow-top mattresses. this is the perfect place to stay for someone who wants to stay somewhere in between a hole-in-the wall and a white-glove establishment. The only thing that caught us off guard is the picture of the main building on here. It looks like some really fancy place, this is fancy photography of the entrance to Shula's and the valet area. The building's appearance falls short to some of the upscale highrises that surrounds it, but the room & the staff was nice and that is all I cared about.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. However we didn't get much sleep because of the noise in the hall outside of our room. We asked to be moved to another floor but it was not any better. Staff at hotel very nice..exceptional service...BUT too noisy!

I need a very early check-in, and this was no problem with the staff. The entire facility was clean, and very modern The staff was extremely friendly. The only problems were a faulty thermostat in my room, and the fact that the lounge closed early on the weeknight. I wanted to entertain clients past 11pm, and the bar closed.

The hotel had a great location in downtown. The employees were very receptive & nice. Everything was clean in the hotel and our rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the ($15 surcharge for daily parking per night) which was added to our credit bill at checkout. If this is part of the bill then put it on the bill when choosing hotels in the beginning not the end. But thank you again for a great night stay. I would recommend this hotel & would come back again. Great location & employees!

The hotel renovations are very nice. It's not a huge hotel, which is good so that it's not swarming with people. The restaurant, Shula's 347, was good as well and the food at the restaurant wasn't overpriced as with most hotel restaurants. Lenox Square is also right across the street and I love that mall. It has a lot of great stores and restaurants as well. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff obviously didn't do as thorough as a job as they should have. When I opened one of the drawers, I found some leftover food from a previous hotel guest. Not as bad as if the bathroom wasn't clean (it was), but still need that attention to detail.

I loved everything about this hotel and will stay again despite the rude guests in the room next door to me. Loud noise and screams began at midnight and lasted until I couldn't take anymore and requested to be moved to another room at 3:30 a.m. A very sleepless night but no fault of hotel. I spent all night calling the front desk over and over. Second room fine but just could never return to sleep.

The hotel is located across the street from Lenox mall, which was great for shopping. It was also a short drive to downtown Atlanta. I liked that because I didn't get lost going back to the hotel. The inside of the hotel was beautiful, and very comfortable. I found the bed amazing!!! Any time I'm going back to Atlanta, I'm definetly staying at that hotel.

I have been staying at the hotel when visiting Atlanta for over 10 years. I saw them through their renovations. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. I would stay no where else. The staff was attentive and knowledgable. Always greeted us upon our return from doing things. I could not be happier with this property

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was smaller but still comfortable and very clean. Within a block of walking to the Lenox Square Mall. I will definitely stay here again.
