Clean and convenient but rooms are very small.

The accomodations and location were exceptional. The problem we had were other residents...... our purpose in coming to Billings was to make an early flight at the airport. To do this we had to get some sleep starting at around 7:30PM as we had to be up at 3:00 AM. At 8:30PM the room next to us was noisy with children chatter... after 30 minutes of continuously interrupted sleep.....I got up, opened the door to find maybe five adolescents in the hallway...... making all kinds of racket. I asked them to please be quiet so people could sleep. From 9PM until almost midnite I was continually awakened by the resident(s) upstairs stomping back and forth across the floor (ceiling). At 11:30 PM I was also awakened to the sound of the door next door being opened, slammed, reopened and slammed....maybe 20-30 times in just a few minutes....... until I just could not take it any more. I finally got up.... visibly irritated.... and opened the door to find the mother/ grandmother of these children telling them to stop horsing around and get ready for bed. I barked at her and asked that they PLEASE STOP SLAMMING THE DOOR... as some people were trying to SLEEP. She said not one word... but the rest of the night it was quiet.

Finding the hotel was a little tricky due to the way the city streets are layed out but once there I enjoyed my stay. The staff (Tabby at the front desk and the maintenance man) were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided quality service. Check-in went unbelievably fast since I had a reservation. I used the spa, the laundry facilities, and the wi-fi. I liked the continental breakfast, too. The hotel is close to many restaurants.

Biggest problem was location. Hard to get to from interstate we travelled in on and also difficult to get back to highway we wetre leaving on. Went out for dinner at restaurant in evening. If I had to get back in dark I am sure I would have got lost. If you are going to thishotel be sure to have a GPS system. The staff were very nice and the room was comfortable

It was probably a previously smoked in room that is now a "non-smoking" room that has been painted. You can never get that smell out, and this room, while otherwise comfortable, definitely smelled bad. I even had house cleaning spray the room, but the odor was back in 5 minutes. Too bad.

Great room for the price. Would stay there again.

don't go to this hotel. it was clean and fairly well situated but the walls were paper thin. Very thin! You could literally listen to your neighbors conversation or hear everything on the tv channel they were watching if you wanted. It made it hard to sleep, luckily for me and my girlfriend, we didn't spend much time in the room. Otherwise we would would have gone crazy with all the noise

Tv didnt work or the fan in the bathroom, took a while to check in because reservations took to long time to come to the Motel even though I had a confermation email.

Located away from most restauarnts and shopping but clean and quiet. Ok for one night.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast adequate. The location from the airport is far therefore a taxi is required if you want to leave your vehicle at the hotel. The taxi service in Billings is a nightmare! The time line for a taxi exceeds an hour going to the airport or leaving the airport, and you have to share the cab with whoever else is also desparate for transportation. The cabs are also ancient, some doors don't open! The hotel picked up the tab for both directions of travel. I would not recommend this hotel for the transportation reasons, unless you plan to drive to the airport yourself. Then it would be okay.

Difficult access and confusing directions from freeway. Tucked away from everything. Breakfast was not up to standards of other Days Inn facilities.

We had a very comfortable evening at this motel. Clean, even heat, king-sized bed was great. Yummy cookies available at the office all evening. Great breakfast--includes waffles. Overall good experience. Just a little hard to get to the motel.

Billings Hotel and Convention Center.....Older Hotel, needs upgrading, especially the bathrooms. Shower went from cold to blazing hot, then cold again...not good at all! Room was clean, beds were decent. No elevator which sucked if you have a lot of stuff to carry to your room. Don't think I would stay there again.

Dirty and stinky, nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke.

Pleasantly surprised by staff & the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was included, overall had a great stay there.

We booked a second room about a week after we booked the first and when I called to ask if we could have the rooms together I was told that could be done when we got there. When we arrived the lady at the desk told me that hotels.com had booked the rooms and she couldn't change them. I found out later this was incorrect, possibly didn't know how to change it and therefore made an excuse. Surrounding area was ok, but would have liked to see more restaurants w/i walking distance.

The hotel was a little hard to get to, but once there the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was excellent, close to a variety of local restaurants and the Billings Montana Job service. Banks, shopping areas and movies are only a short drive away. I will stay at this hotel again!

Personnel were helpful in giving directions. Room was quiet.

The stay was great. Love the idea that we could have our dog with us. A little note would be to have an ice machine on the second floor and trays in the breakfast area to carry food back to the room.

Good room for the money. Staff was very helpful. I will stay again with them.

My 83 year old mom and I had the pleasure of staying at the Days Inn in Billings, Montana. The staff was exceptional, the motel was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, including the beds. There were warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk in the evening, that were awesome! The continental breakfast was a nice surprise, as it had a lot more variety than most hotels/motels we have stayed at during our 3 week road trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone, and will be making Days Inn a preferred choice for future vacations. Kudos to the staff, and thanks for making us weary travelers feel right at home.

Beds sagged and were uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have tried 5 different Motels in Billings and thgink this is the best for the value. Will be staying there again.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is somewhat difficult to find. We arrived later than we expected so we were not able to check out the area until the next day. Since it was fair time, it was noisy in the morning with guests leaving early. Breakfast included waffles and biscuits and gravy along with the usual toast, cereal and fruit. We would definitely stay here again.

In an industrial area so no dinning near by to walk to. we ordered a pizza which was nice not having to go any where after traveling all day.All employees very nice.bed for me very comfortable. Only complaint shower curtain moldy on bottom other then that a great place to stay.

This was an OK place. Was very few affordable places to stay. This place was expensive and was not really that nice. Just what you would expect from a Days Inn.

This place was good for a passing through town overnight stay. Nothing fancy, but clean, and quiet on the side away from the RR tracks. Very close to major shopping and lots of restaurants.

Very pleased. Excellant staff and service. Easy shuttle access. Hot breakfast, a real plus. Will stay with you folks, if I come back to Billings.

The hotel was a little hard to find coming from the airport at night. But the staff was friendly when we got there. One draw back was that we were on the second floor and we had heavy luggage to haul up a flight of stairs. They didn't have an elevator. But the room was clean and the breakfast was okay especially for the price.

Loved the continental breakfast. They have a playground toy on the grounds for kids to run their energy out. Smart idea! Very courteous staff, very clean rooms. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit our relatives in Montana!

It' just a hotel. Nothing special. The surround is not good. Location is not good

Met my requirements - easy access, quick to check in/out, basic breakfast, and clean. The desk agent had all the paperwork and key ready when I arrived so checkin took 1 minute. The room was clean and breakfast had what I wanted - cherrios and OJ. For a highway stop is was quite good.

This hotel offers everything you'd expect from a Days Inn. No frills, but clean. It was also particularly quiet on my stay, despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked.
