Ramada Limited Monterey Carmel - مونتيري

Our family has been to Monterey on trips a lot this was one of the best we've ever had hotel was easy to get too and not that far from beach will stay there again in future

It was OK for a motel. Breakfast was danishes and juice. We were only there long enough to sleep, so it was OK experience. It was a good deal for the price.

Room was ok but the front desk staff was not friendly at all.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was satisfactory. We only had one minor complaint and that was the plumbing in the building was loud.

Its a great deal! The room was spacious and very clean, the fireplace was a plus, and its in a good location. Breakfast was very simple, but ok. We will come back.

Room was clean...hotel convenient Beds and pillows were awful!! I got very little sleep. Breakfast was all carbs and not a good selection

For the price, this is a great choice. Nice staff, clean room, and great location.

Adequate stay for clean room.

It was a small cozy and clean place with complementary breakfast. The receptionist and manager were polite and helpful. The microwave in one of our rooms were broken, but it wasn't a problem since we used the one in the other room. I'll definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

It was not what I expected. I could have paid less and gotten a better room. One night I was there we had to leave because someone using their fireplace basically smoked out our room. Not someplace I would stay again.

Everything was fine. We left at 7am and the lobby wasn't open so we couldn't check out officially and get the buffet breakfast. The heating system could be upgraded but once you got it to the righht spot, it seemed to work okay.

I was a little skeptical about this place, because of the price. I thought it would have been a little run down. It was the exact opposite! It was so clean and nice! I will stay there everytime I'm in Monterey!

good accomodations, continental breakfast could be better, greater selection.

My only complaint is the breakfast, No fresh fruit

the carpet in the room is really dirty. The hotel is noisy: we heard the phone reception all night. For breakfast, there are only 2 tables and 6 chairs in a small space for all guests: difficult access to food when there are people. It is cheap for Monterey but it was worth the money

WiFi problem, late check out was a robbery!!!

I was surprised at the deferred maintenance in my room. Although there had been a new floor for the bathroom, it was laid right over the old floor. Likewise, the shelf above the sink was "drooping," even though it had a new piece of "marble" pasted onto it. The carpet was spotted and filthy, the easy chair was so stained and filthy that I didn't sit in it, the floor boards were "soft", and I was afraid once I would fall through. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel... even though the neighborhood was nice and the staff friendly.

On checking-in the clerk had a hard time finding my reservation and then asked for payment, although it was already paid for. The room was good, clean, everything working. Continental breakfast was Ok, could have been better...

nice clean room, filled our request for top floor, very nice place and quiet

Very nice place but you will be up or awoken when the upstairs neighbors are there. Clean comfortable Great for the price.

Nice room very helpful front desk clerk I enjoyed my stay

The Ramada Limited in Monterey was affordable and in a good location, a short drive to the aquarium. The room was a little loud due to parking outside the room (motel style). Blanket was chewed up on the corners and needs to be replaced. Bed was way too soft so back was sore the next day. Towels and sheets were clean. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Staff were nice and responsive. Would stay again if price is low.

rooms were very small, no pool or a/c. walls are very thin, you could hear people taking and the water running through the pipes. room was clean, location is excellent.

Great motel for the price

Good value for money, very clean and a good bed....a few maintainance things needed attending to, but did not effect our stay in any way.

Terrible room, noisy, and not the best location. Also, after running the BigSur Marathon the hotel would not allow me to check out at 12:30p so I could take a shower... terrible service.

We choose to stay at the Ramada because it was near everything. It was just a short drive to wharf and Carmel. The hotel room was clean and the service was very knowledgeable and sincere. The hotel amenities were basic but they did the job.

The hotel was in need of up dating. The bedspread & blanket both had holes in it. the bathroom screen was ripped. the carpet need a good shampooing. The cont. breakfast was a laugh very little there. They cut the muffins in to quarters. I went 30 min after opening and coffee was gone must have on ly put out a small amount.

the place wasnt bad a placs to lay your head room was warm small ok i had a problem with the amount i paid for my room apposed to my son who stayed in room right next to me and he had a fridge and microwave i didnt i paid more them him and i reserved my room 4 days in advance

We had a 2nd floor room and could hear the people below us talking. Door frames were not dusted. Otherwise room was comfortable. Staff allowed us to stay additional 1/2 hour to check out after our son's graduation at DLI.

If you're traveling on a budget or just don't want splurge $250 on a night at some B&B when in Big Sur / Monterey / Carmel, this place is perfect. We had a room with two doublebeds that could have fit 4 people. The owners were very nice and let us check in early and drop off our stuff. They also didn't charge us the usual $5 (which is totally reasonable) for the 3rd person in our room. The beds and showers were clean and comfy and it wasn't loud, though we were pretty close to a main street. The room even included a small fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The only issue was the heating system, which blasts hot air to warm up the room quickly (much needed in the chilly evening), but the lower settings didn't decrease the blasting much, so we ended up just turning off the heat during the night. Location was easy to find, with convenient parking (included) right up front and just a 5-10 min drive to Fisherman's Wharf / Cannery Row / Aquarium.

Friendly staff but bad maintained hotel.

This hotel does not have Queen size beds, so if you get a double bed room, you have to contend with full size. They do have King size per front desk, but no queen beds. Place is really showing its age. The showers look like they where home repaired. The coffee machine, water resevoire was filty, I am not sure what was in there, but I went for coffee instead.

Hotel was ok. Fireplace only had 1 fire log and was gone within 2 hours of lighting. Heater shut off randomly when being used. But it was fairly clean and the location was great in reference to the bay, Cannery Row and Downtown Monterey.

The hotel was in a very good location. My boyfriend my 16 month son and I stayed for just one night(new years night) it was. I thought the hotel would be more fancy but it did ok for just our one night stay there. The bed was a king size bed big enough for the 3 of us, very very comfortable.

close to shopping, close to diving and great price.

Niced and clean... except my husband forgot his cell phone charger and slippers... We didt want 2 drive back...
