Very nice room and comfy bed,high floor quiet at night,low floor traffic noise.Very nice staff.The Internet is terrible and useless,the few times it works it's super slow,can't even read email.Better if they charge for internet and offer bandwidth.

It is a luxury hotel that is expensive and noisy. There are better places to stay in the area.

The position is really good. The hotel is perfect. The room is really confortable. Breakfast is good too and all the hotel services are high standard

The service at L'Hotel was exceptionally good, all the way from the reception staff to room service, the spa staff, breakfast attendants and the doormen. All spoke good English. The service was best that I have encountered in large South American cities by a long shot. The rooms are well appointed although not large, and the common areas of the hotel are luxurious. The spa and pool area are small but nice enough. The position just off busy Avenida Paulista on the border of Jardins was great - 5 min in a taxi to Rua Oscar Freire (the luxe shopping street). Highly recommended and decent value for the room rates charged, particularly compared to the large number of very, very average hotels in this expensive city.

I was very happy with the staff and the room. The hotel was just off Paulista Av so it is close to safe restaurants and shopping. Biggest complaint is that the exercise room doesn't open early enough.

I have stayed at many hotels around Sao Paulo and must say this is my favorite thus far. It is a 1 minute walk from Maksoud Plaza and is well worth staying in over Maksoud. Everything about L'hotel exudes opulence and modern chic. Favorites of the property: 1) Service 2) Attention to detail 3) Food 4) Bed and Comforter 5) Japanese Baths in Spa Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This hotel is located near the Sao Paulo Museum of art and close to the metro station that serves the Museum. It is in a great neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, but a little small for the price and there was only one armchair in our room. The staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was exceptional.

L' Hotel Porto Bay is a small and very confortable hotel in a very good location. Breakfast is delicious with good variety. The people are very polite and helpful with anything you need. I highly recomend this charming hotel!!!

Spent 3 nights at L'hotel porto bay in sao paulo due to its proximity to my son's apt. Fabulous hotel! Would be 5 stars in every way except no room coffee and slightly smallish rooms. Decor and look was top drawer. I asked for foam pillows, and slept on the best pillows of my life! Great front desk, great breakfast, great location. Beds were equally terrific. super friendly and helpful staff. One of the better hotel experiences I have ever had, especially at a small boutique hotel.

The hotel is pretty small and the rooms were small but well kept and pretty modern

Lovely hotel. Was very clean, the staff exteremely professional, all spoke relatively good english, the latter being a real bonus!!!!!! We stayed with our one year old daughter, a baby cot was provided and was also very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast, good room service.we enjoyed our stay, will definately recomend this hotel. Perfect location.

From all the 5 star hotels we stayed in Brazil this was the Best hotel with warm welcome. The resturant staff was professional keeping high standards and variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner, didn't bother to go out searching for other places to eat. Centrally located, big and quiet rooms. Will definitely return here again. Free wi fi in room and hotel, didn't get that in any of the three other 5 star hotels we stayed in.

Once I overcame my anger over not being granted the (empty and ready room) when I arrived at 10 am, the hotel was generally a good experience. The adapter I requested came instantly. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel has a boutique charme and does not feel like a cold standard business hotel. Some shopping and museums are in walking distance. The Fitness room could do with some additional and more modern equipment.

I really enjoyed my stay at L'Hotel Porto Bay Sao Paulo, from the start of our stay where we received complimentary pastries and a glass of wine. We also had a complimentary breakfast each day with a very good selection of fruits and pastries (eggs and french toast were also available at no charge upon request). The hotel is very modern and appears to have been recently renovated, although its style is a bit more old-fashioned. (But again, everything is new.) The rooms were a little small, but not unreasonably so, and the bathrooms and fixtures were very nice. The location is also pretty good. It's right near Paulista and you can walk to lots of places from there, including a 15 minute walk to Oscar Freire street (the Beverly Hills of Sao Paolo, which is really great) and other good restaurants in the immediate area. (I thought the neighborhood seemed very safe, and my friends and I had no problems, even when we were walking around at night). Finally, the staff was great. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and they provided us some excellent recommendations about places to eat. If I go to Sao Paolo here, there is no question that I would stay here again.

Loved the location and staff. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our 3 yo and they were amazing with her as well. beautiful building and location. Central and safe. Close to the best shopping, restaurant, bars and business. Great pool ( small) and spa. Great welcome package. Great breakfast as well. Would stay there again in a heartbeat was worth every penny. Don't waste your time looking for another hotel in Sao paulo. We also stayed at sister hotel in Rio. We had a great experience there as well. Very nice staff. Had a postcard view of the copa beach from our balcony to the left and statue of jesus the redeemer on the right(room 1905). Beautiful rooftop pool. Location is central but not as nice as Ipanema and Lebron. But the hotel itself was great. They also had a great breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel. Excellent service, nice quiet rooms, and good, convenient and safe location (i.e. safe for Sao Paulo). Definitely not cheap, but not unreasonable for the level of service and for a 4 star-hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Como de outras vezes o atendimento é preciso e muito cortes e simpatico em todas dependencias do mesmo( recepção,cafe da manhã,arrumadeira etc)

O Porto Bay Sao Paulo une uma otima localizaçao com um serviço super atencioso e muito conforto, porem com um preço compativel com tudo isso. Sempre que vou a Sao Paulo é o meu hotel preferido.

Precisei de um hotel em SP de ultima hora e fiz a reserva no L'Hotel pela descricao no Hoteis.com. Decidi pelo hotel seguindo meu instinto e fiquei feliz que assim o fiz. O staff do hotel foi extremamente gentil e prestativo comigo. A Lucy, o Marcelo e um terceiro atendente que nao me recordo o nome foram muito solicitos e me ajudaram em tudo que precisei. O bell boy Severino foi de uma atencao sem par e o staff do restaurante tambem. O L'Hotel e verdadeiramente um "boutique hotel" com requinte, charme e sofisticacao. O bom gosto predomina e a localizacao e fantastica. Recomendo o hotel com muita tranquilidade. La ficarei na minha proxima visita a SP!

Alles in Allem ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel.... Mit etwas mehr Information an die Gäste (Infomappe auf dem Zimmer) könnte man den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten.... Die Zimmer sind recht groß. Bad mit Wanne(Dusche) ist ausreichend und sauber. Es kommt viel Wasser aus der Dusche (trotz 9.Stock grins) Beim Frühstück kann man neben dem Buffet noch von der Karte bestellen. Lohnt sich.... French Toast und dazu frische Früchte ...mmmhhhhhhhh Sauna, Wirlpool und Schwimmbad ist gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit (gibt es in Sao Paulo auch) angenehm. Witziger Service: Jeden Abend bekommt man eine Süßigkeit und den Wetterbericht als Betthupferl.... Ein Schuhputzservice wäre mir lieber gewesen. In der Nähe gibt es einen guten Argentinier und andere Restaurants. Die Gegend scheint recht sicher zu sein. Hotel bittet Taxiservice, der aber etwa 20% teurer ist, als wenn man ein Taxi direkt an der Straße nimmt. Dafür ist das Auto etwas bequemer und man kann mit Kreditkarte bezahlen.

A suite com dois banheiros independentes traz muito conforto para o casal, porém uma grande banheira em um dos banheiros faria uma grande diferença.

Hotel muito tranquilo. Boa localização. Piscina pouco aquecida. Tudo limpo e bem conservado.

Nous avons été satifaits de l'hôtel. Nous séjournions le weekend, avec des tarifs en conséquence. Nous sommes retournés à Sao Paulo en semaine mais n'avons pas repris cet hôtel.

Todo o pessoal do hotel é muito simpático e atencioso.

Esperavamos uma suíte com um banheiro mais espaçoso, com banheira. Não pudemos visualizar nas fotos do site. Quando optamos por suíte pensamos num quarto confortável, ficamos um pouco desapontados pois eram dois quartos conjugados e adaptados para suíte.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, os funcionários educados e um café da manhã maravilhoso! O banho de ofurô e a piscina são os melhores momentos da estadia. Não tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar do restaurante e do piano bar. Ficou o gostinho de quero mais! Muito romantico e muito perto da Paulista. Somente uma crítica: no banheiro há necessidade de vidro na banheira, pois o local após o banho fica alagado, desagradável e perigoso.

Então a piscina aquecida, não estava tão aquecida. Adoramos.

Achei o hotel muito bom. atendimento de primeira, porém ficou a desejar o café da manhã. Apesar dos produtos de ótima qualidade, a variedade de produtos era pequena. em geral, foi uma ótima experiencia.
