Days Inn Cleveland Lakewood - ليكوود

The room is very small, the room is not good cleaned. I went to a business trip and I made the reservation for 2 days but I could not enter in the bathroom to take a shower (Was the worst bathroom I already saw in my life) so, because the hotel doesn't let me cancel the reservation without pay a penalty, I just left and lost the money I paid for the reservation. So, choose another hotel, the customer is not a priority in this one.

Foyer had an awful stale smoke smell but the room was fresh, also more spacious than I was expecting. Staff were helpful.

This hotel is in an excellent location - good neighborhood and convenient to local attractions. The rooms are small, but clean. My main complaint is no counter space in the bathroom. Also, some days we would get the appropriate number of towels and some days not.

Since Lakewood is a beautiful neighborhood and Days inns are typically clean and comfortable I assumed this there would be no surprises at this one. But I only have two words to describe this place, and I don't say this lightly - A DUMP! From the missing telephone in the room (when we mentioned this to the front desk the attendant acted as though this was no big deal, so I assume other rooms have no phone so that you can at least contact the front desk). Also, the comforter on the bed was ripped to shreds, and the linen in general was not clean and had holes, etc. In the vending machines, all choices of soda and water were empty. This place just had no redeeming qualities - avoid at all costs.

We were only staying one night so the hotel was fine for this purpose. Decor dated and sink cracked etc but for an overnight stay it was fine and clean except for something sticky spilled on the television remote.

Was reasonably priced and close to where we wanted to visit. Nice touch to have free coffee in lobby day and night. Disappointed that shampoo, soap, etc. were not replenished in room each day of our multiple night stay until we asked about it the last day. Enjoyed continental breakfast

The hotel is set in with the surrounding neighbourhood and is unique. Overall appearance of the hotel is neat and tidy. If you're on the ground floor you hear every step of the person above you so this was the one major downfall of our hotel room. I also left behind my favorite pillow by accident and when I returned to get it later that night - the front desk attendant told me that nothing had been turned in my housekeeping. I hope they are enjoying my body pillow. :(

this hotel was extremely nice for the price. we actually did not expect such a nice area. the hotel staff were very nice. we will definately stay here again.

We booked this room for one night as we travelled to Cleveland for the Brown's game. It was a great price and had decent reviews and seemed close to the stadium so we thought it was a pretty good choice for us. We arrived fairly late, around 9pm to check-in and the gentleman at the front desk was great. He was super nice, check-in was fast and easy, we forgot our toothpaste and he gave us some from behind the counter. He also gave us a few suggestions of places to go relax, eat, have a drink, and watch the game. The service was great. The only thing we were NOT impressed with was the cleanliness of the room. It is a fairly old building but some things in our room were just gross. The washcloth that was folded in a basket on the sink had been re-used. There was hair and stains all over it. I opened the shampoo to find that it had been re-used as well. The seal was gone and it was half-full. I was grossed out. The drawers in the table by the bed were filthy and there were only 3 or 4 TV channels on the TV. The breakfast room was probably the size of the bathroom and there was not much to choose from. However, the price was right and we weren't looking for a 5 star suite, just a nice place to stay overnight. The location of the hotel was great and so was the service. Overall our room served it's purpose and we were pleased.

lazy housekeeping - loud neighborhood - no longer then 2 nights - parking 10 dollars per night

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the room was dirty. The carpet spotted with stains. The place hasn't been dusted for months. There were cobwebs everywhere and behind the bed. The room smelled like smoke even though I got a non-smoking room. The bathroom was dirty and had to wear sandals. The tub didn't drain due to hair clogging the drain whole. Breakfast included muffins, cereal, bagels, condiments, orange juice, apple juice,milk, bananas and rotten apples.

The hotel smelled. It was dirty. They served rotten fruit for breakfast. I felt cleaner NOT showering. It wasn't worth saving $25 by staying here. Spend the little money to feel clean and comfortable.

This hotel was cheap, and centrally located to the sites we wanted to see around Cleveland. But it wasn't clean at all. There was hair in the shower drain and butt fuzz on the toilet seat. The wall paper was peeling a little bit.

That all I need to say. The location is awsome but our room was very dirty and there was only one station that worked on the tv.

The ceiling seemed to be caving in on our room, the wallpaper was falling off the walls, and the bathroom was disgusting with long brown hairs stuck to the shower walls, We even had to walk to the store at the end of the street for a can of air freshener because it was so smelly. While checking in the guy at the front desk wouldn’t even look at us. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently stayed at Days Inn, Lakewood, OH and my experience was not very pleasant. The night front desk clerk was not vey friendly. The internet and the cable were not working properly. The bathroom was not clean, there were hair lying around from previous guest.

The hotel is in need of a make over but the price and location was what drew me to this hotel.I would stay there again.

This hotel is in a actual neighborhood and not many businesses around. If you are looking to just sleep this is the place. The room was hardly big enough for my husband and I to move around and the shower tile was cracking. I felt like I was in a locker room shower. The service was very nice but the rooms need a little work.

Spent one night for a baseball game and thought about leaving in the middle of the night. Anything you could imagine wrong with the room itself was the case. I am a light sleeper so the worst part by far was being on the 1st floor. The people on the 2nd were up at 5am doing stuff in there room till 7am and I could here every footstep they took. I usually don't complain about things and have never written a bad review. The desk people are nice but this place is a dump.

The hotel was in a great location with a park with a pool down the street, also Lake Eerie was down to swim in, we found that traffic was very easy to navigate and I would definitely stay here again.

Stay away!!! This place wins the "Slum King Award"...Body fluids on floor, filthy towels, peeling wallpaper, paint chippings, mold/mildew stained shower...only thing missing was the rats...

the room was small, toilet was not clean..bathroom and shower were separate,which was not convienient.Kind of run down..we had trouble sleeping due to the slamming doorrs and people running around at 1 in the morning...continental breakfast was lame ..so we would never go back there .Im glad it was for only one night...

hotel was convenient to downtown cleveland. price was right for what we needed. close to alot of restaurants. if you want alot of amemities in a hotel then this is not the hotel for you. had a nice continental breakfast. would recommend if looking for a night or two and not spending alot of time in the room.

Refused to fix a fire hazard in our room. I expected a budget buy, but not to have no working lamps and clock only to find out that there was a prong of an extension cord snapped off in the plug. The night staff refused to fix it and said they couldn't call maintenance either.

Clean comfortable room. Older hotel, nothing fancy, good basic continental breakfast. Close to Lake Erie. Great price.

Only made it into bathroom. My boys went to the bathroom and when I went to grab them a towel for their hands there were hairs tangled in the towel. The person at the desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Checked in on Tuesday and out on Friday quite place to rest. good food for breakfast.

Rooms are small and not enough parking space. You have to 3-4 miles for decent food. Even felt somewhat unsafe!

This hotel was awesome! The price was perfect and was just minutes from the venue that we were planning on attending. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The person behind the desk wouldn't let us in our room until after 3pm when it was stated that we could come at 2, when we actually got to our room there was a stain on the sheets, a leak at the base of the toilet, and a clogged bathtub. So it's safe to say during my shower I ended up having water up over my ankles. I felt unsafe to have my 5 year old son walk around without shoes on let alone socks and there were only 7 channels on the television to choose from. I would never recommend this hotel even as a last resort to anyone who would ask me.

Overall this hotel was disappointing. Worn wallpaper and carpets, and cigarette holes in the comforter. Cheap sheets and pillows. Wireless internet was too weak to get a signal - at least in our room. The first room we were offered had not been cleaned, but we went back and were offered another. Don't go here if you're trying to impress anybody, but if price is your top priority and it happens to be the cheapest, there was nothing truly scary here.

The place was ok for just a weekend or overnight stay. The over night customer service was very rude. We came in really late and he had a vary bad attitude. Other than that, the room was clean and it was very quite around the place. It's about a 10-15min. drive to the downtown area.
