Attended a conference in Columbus NE. The hotel is in a newer section of town. The hotel was being remodeled and will be wonderful when completed! The staff is very helpful and professional. Any questions or concerns we had were handled immediately.

This hotel definitely met my needs and was clean and very comfortable. However, I did not know that the hotel was under construction and the breakfast was slim pickins in the morning. The most irritating thing, which wasn't such a big deal, was that my key card didn't work. I was standing outside in the cold and after multiple attempts it finally work. Then it simply would not work once I got to my room. Since the hotel was under construction, finding my way back to the lobby was incredibly confusing and I wandered around with my heavy bags for quite a while until I found it. The woman working proceeded to condescendingly blame me for the key not working with no apologies, but did give me another key card that worked.

I needed a place to stay overnight to take a test the next day. I found the hotel very easily and my room was very cozy. It was very quiet while I was studying. There weren't many options for breakfast, so if you're picky you should plan in eating somewhere else, but what they had was good.

Booked hotel room online and after submission realized I had booked the wrong date. Called the 800 number and was able to get it straightened out. Nice room, very comfortable. Went for a jog around the neighborhood in the morning, very nice. Chatted with Lori upon returning. Excellent breakfast! Throughout my many visits to the lobby I questioned your summer promotion to stay 2 nights and get one free. Lori went above and beyond to make sure we were signed up as members, which we really appreciate! Love Sleep and Comfort Inn's. Miss the pool/hot tub in Columbus though!!

The breakfast area was filled and maintained for the steady flow of users. The only thing that was a bit of a problem, was the billing. Room bill was shared with the wrong room number, but was taken care of without a lot of hassle.
