Will never be there in life! They are very dirty... Days In International should not keep this type of facility in their Brand Name!!!

The room was unclean and the toilet did not flush well and had not been cleaned.

1st room nasty, no fridge and fridge that got brought in was broken, changed rooms and it was a little better did not change our linens on 2nd night. Was only continental breakfast, rate we paid was outrageous for this dump of a hotel and matched non of the hotel pics on the internet I viewed before booking. Lots of drug dealing going on outside room to room. We were scared to death.

This is a basic, convenient hotel, so when I rate it 5 stars, don't compare it with 500-a-night room in expensive hotels. However, this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, the location is convenient for shopping and food. And the room service is good. I completely satisfy with the time I stay here.

I will never stay here again. Even if its free. I was so uncomfortable I didn't stay all night. Very dirty. The room smelled musty and I was afraid to sleep on the bed.

I have had the worst experience ever with Days Inn as well as Hotesl.com, rooms in bad shape, bad customer service, worst reps in Hotels.com as well as Patel the manager ( Jayson As well as Mike ) not good at all & not at all customer friendly...

This place needed some serious maintenance... Parking lot was the first clue. Large cracks as you enter site just for starters A/C was poor, Safe did not lock, Ice Machine did not work, Cable channels were very limited, etc, but the bed slept good. This is not a place I would ever take my family, it is very close to IH35 at an interchange, cars were loud, door handle came off in my hand and BONUS it is next to a XXX store..... all in all I will not be going back there ever..

Just came in to get some sleep and get back on the road to my destination

The room was ok...the microwave didn't work the iron was missing and the batteries were out on the TV remote. The door to the armour wouldnt close so the light inside would stay on. The bathroom smelled like mildew even after they cleaned the room. Breakfast was waffles, toast and stale cereal. When we would leave the hotel to go anywhere we would leave the air conditioner on so the room would be cool when we would come back it would be off...Even after we told the housekeeper we were leaving in about 30 minutes the Housekeepers kept bothering us every 5 minutes to clean the room granted we were getting ready to leave but we felt rushed and forced out.

This motel needs to be shut down I sew the name DAYS INN but I see this no loner stands for quality or HOTEL.COM

I booked a king size room,i got two FULL SIZE BEDS, try to fit two 6 feet tall adults in a full size, and rest. Or even better,try to convince your wife to sleep on separate beds on your anniversary trip,dare you. Then the receptionist didn't care at all about the mistake,told me to go look for another hotel, asked him to help me find one on the phone near by with a king cause i didn' want to drive around and i didn't had my cell, he said: what? Don' you have a cellphone? We were like that for 15 minutes,until i gave up and stayed,last time i will stay on a days inn

Breakfast was bad, pool was unattended, room was only twice during entire stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. They did everything to make me happy!

We stayed for a week and had to buy roach spray. The roaches were in the fridge and bathroom.

This hotel is dirty. Don't let the picture fool you.

Internet very limited to no access

For some reason the maid does not clean the bathtub. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last month and each time I have noticed that the maid does not clean the bathtub. Other than that the hotel is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

.This hotel needs a little help from Heidi the Hopper. From the outside it looked ok but once inside it seeno med a little outdated housekeeping could use help. Needs exterminator needs. vacuums ,broken juice dispenser. broken doors locks, urine smelling bathrooms, could never get any internet connection loud trains., bland breakfast, my taste touch sight and smelly s were not aroused. Staff was friendly. For the low price i paid i guess it is what expected.

The room was grungy. My hand towels had brown stains on them, the toilet kept running unless you took off the lid and pushed down the valve. Very loud trains went by during the night, actually shaking the room. The TV reception was horrible and the bed was uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay here again.

not a nice place to stay, i know is cheap, but that doesn't mean crappy. This hotel is totally forgotten from maintenance, leaking old toilet, noisy AC, rough towels, and is located exactly on the intersection of I-35 and I-410, so there's no access from any of them... you have to make a U-turn to enter the parking lot. Definitely I'll not stay again here, or any Days Inn again. For the same price, RedRoof or Motel 6 are better options.

kudos to the staff super friendly and helpfull

AIR CONDITIONIG NOT COLD ENOUGH . FRIDGE NOT COLD AT ALL . WI FI A DISASTER. BATHROOM COURTAIN DIRTY. COFFE MACHINE AND COFFE BUT NOT COFEE FILTER. NO HBO. OLD TV. THE BREAK FAST ROOM NEEDS EXTERMINATOR SERVICES.

Upon arriving I called to see what all was in the room. I asked if there was a blow dryer, iron, refridgerator, and microwave. I was told that if there was not a fridge or microwave in the room they could get me one. I brought food and drinks. When I arrived there was NO fridge or microwave. They said they would get me one - but never did. We asked for 3 days and and still never got one. Our food went bad and we had to throw it away.

The first room was FILTHY and the room was HOT! I changed rooms and it was somewhat cleaner but the neighborhood was HORRIBLE! It was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! Instead of using a cart or buggy for towels the attendees used a GROCERY CART...I'm still shocked at this! I do not recommend this hotel!

El desayuno estaba muy limitado, apesar de ser americano, no tenian jugo d naranja porque no funcionaba la maquina y sin fruta, ademas muy grosera la mujer de la recepcion

La limpieza en las habitaciones las realizan un día si y al siguiente no. Es deseable que la realicen diariamente

Para ir a los outlets esta bien ubicado, por el precio que estas pagando no se puede exigir mas. Vale la pena pagar unos 10 USD mas en otro Hotel mas limpio y con mejores instalaciones.

el hotel necesita una remodelacion ya estan muy viejas las instalaciones,,,,

la atención del personal fue de 5 estrellas!

Las instalaciones, camas y servicios están en muy buenas condiciones y limpias, sin embargo, asegúrense de tener cuarto de no fumadores. Los cuartos de fumadores tienen un olor a cigarro demasiado fuerte que se siente al entrar a la habitación.
