My sheets were laden with hair and my bathroom was hardly clean. I was only there for two nights and only there to sleep and save commuting time. Needless to say based on the sheets and bathroom alone (everything else was par) I will not be back.

This hotel needs a facelift. Even with the age taken into consideration, the cleanliness of the public areas left a lot to be desired. The cleaning detail in the room could have been better. The furnishings were dated and not in the greatest condition.

Close to my conference. Bathroom plumbing was leaking. The leak was bad and I am surprised that they do not know. TV remote control had a back cover missing but I was not informed about it. I did not have time to tell them. They were reluctant to give us a room earlier even some rooms were ready. Finally, they did. I will not stay there again.

Did not like this place, would not use again.

Wake up to the smell of a sewer station along with your dirty room and terrible coffee. No clean towels, no room service, sewer station located next door, rude employees and colored water for coffee!!!

When I got into the room the message light was blinking on the phone, the phone had been previously vandalized, and there were no instructions for retrieving the message. I called the front desk and was told that the message must have been for the previous renter and that she would turn off the message light. The light continued to flash during my 5 day stay at the hotel even though I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk at a later time. The television did not receive any of the channels that were listed, I did not inform the front desk of this because the issue with the message light left me with the feeling that they were inept and unwilling to help, I didn't come there to watch TV anyway.

this is the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed in .first room had bloody sheets moved to another room,Thesehad stains on one bed the otherbed the sheetswere so worn that they had a hole in it.Mispleced my keys so I looked arond the room totol filth behind the beds and dresser looks like they have not been moved and cleaned in years

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, Never Again! I am surprised Quality Inn allows the operator to maintain their affiliation, this place was disgusting. I did not even bother with the free breakfast as I was concerned I would get sick.

That was the most Ghetto Hotel I stood in, The room was dirty and dusty. The shower wall paper was pelling, and the rug was crazy faded..Never again, will not recomended. And the cleaning person lived in a room with the family, wow I was dying to come :(

I was looking for an inexpensive, comfortable place in the Harrisburg, PA vicinity for a one night stay. The hotel was easy to find, comfortably close to the highway without being so close that you are distracted by highway traffic. In fact, the hotel is nicely setback from the road, so there are no noise issues. There is a smallish but nice swimming pool, exercise room, and a continental breakfast (with waffle maker) is available in the morning. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some freshening up. My room was clean; however the carpet was noticeably worn as were the linens. The old CRT-style television was functional but unimpressive. The air conditioner functioned properly. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, but not a substantial amount. The room did have a slightly dusty odor which was noticeable upon entering the room but faded fairly quickly. This may have been due to the close proximity to the swimming pool. Nearby are several restaurants, gas stations, and small stores. The restaurant also provided menus for local restaurants that will deliver, which was a welcome touch for a place without room service. While not great for an extended stay, the low cost, easy to find, and close to the highway hotel was a bargain. I would stay again if I were in the area.

The room did not have a full complement of towels and face cloths. When we requested face cloths the desk clerk said he did not speak english.

After check-in the room key provided did not work. The clerk then assigned a different room and new keys. This room had not been cleaned and was filthy. The clerk then assigned a third room which appeared to be clean. The heavy black-out drapes were only for decoration and could not be moved over the actual window, leaving only the thin see-through curtain. The lights outside made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Shower temperature was fine, but water pressure was low due to a slightly broken shower head. No closet to hang clothes, only a bar with hangers attached to the wall. Continental breakfast was sparse but probably typical of a two star hotel. All in all, not horrible, but I wouldn't recommend and would stay elsewhere next time.

enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Service was real good, staff was very nice and helpful. No problems were had that was not taken care of quickly.Would stay here again.This hotel was rated two stars on hotels.com-it was at least three ro better.

Accommodations were more than acceptable. Did have a bit of confusion regarding the early check in. Also when I called the hotel directly to request an early check in no one answered the phone. I called three times then had to call the 800 number for customer service.

We had several rooms and in my room the ac did not come on until morning. Not enough towels which were very cheap and only one wash cloth. Shower curtain was dirty and old. Bedspread was old and ugly. The freezer in fridge had completely frozen solid and was not clean. We don't expected five star quality in a two-star hotel but a few hundred dollar in cleanliness and better towels, sheets and shower curtains will go a long way in this hotel. We stay one night but that was enough. However the continental breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating.

Not too clean ... Our bathroom smelled ,because our toilet was throwing water from the bottom all the time it was flushed ...they had to move us to a different room ... Pillows were not comfortable ,we had to go buy our own pillows .. Everything on the continental free breakfast was cold .. I would rather pay an extra $50 for a better place. ...

hotel was clean and for a one night stay was good

I travel all over the country doing construction work so I have a good grasp on what a hotel should be and this was not it. I had my wife with me so I decided to move up the scale to something a little better. From the start the pictures were inaccurate. Urine on the toilet. Water in the tub. The bed looked like it was slept in. The towels looked used. The remote did not work. The one didn't either and the desk clerk when told about it all thought it was humorous! You will be fortunate to ever see me set foot in another of your hotels in the rest of my lifetime. I can handle most things without getting upset as long as I don't have to listen to my wife complain about evrything that the hotel has done wrong. The only thing they did right is to refund my money for the night I stayed. And it remains to be seen if they do that. Over all NOT GOOD!

The hotel was pretty much clean however when I got to the room there was no showerhead on the the shower. There was a huge crack in the wall and when I called to notify them of the showerhead they said they would call me back and didn't. I had to call them the next morning. There were also no lights in hall leading to room which I thought was unsafe. But the breakfast in the lobby was better than average. Probably wouldn't stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Only issue I had with this hotel was that the room only had 2 towels and when I asked for more I was told there were no more available. I also went with 2 other groups and one of the others did not have a shower head on their shower. Other than those 2 issues it was quite pleasant.

Good location to all softball fields in the area. Beds comfortable and hotel quiet. Pool not clean, We were given enough towels and had to request more daily. Requested non-smoking room, but was booked in smoking room and had to request room change. Staff friendly.

Hotel bathroom was dirty(hair in shower,etc.) and it is in close proximity to a sewage treatment plant! We returned at night and could hardly stand the stench blowing in. Also, we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids and only had 2 towels. We called the desk, they said that they would bring them up and never did...

We picked this hotel because it was close to family we were visiting, but we will not stay here again! When we got to our room, the a/c wouldn't work, so we asked for another room and the a/c wouldn't work in it either, so finally we got a 3rd room. The girl at the desk did make sure the a/c worked before she gave us the room. The carpet needed to be shampooed. I didn't want to walk around without shoes on. The sheets kept coming off the bed and looked old. The alarm clock numbers were messed up, so I didn't even attempt to set it. At night there was a weird creaking in the wall. If I hadn't had my earplugs it would have kept me awake. The first 2 rooms had microwaves and mini fridges in them, so we were a little disappointed that the last room did not.

Besides being an incredibly confusing configuration of a building, our room had broken hangers, lamps that didn't work, a non-functioning air conditioner, no shampoo or hand towels, a clock/radio which couldn't be turned off, and a carpet that you wouldn't want to walk barefoot on. Never again, QUALITY Inn

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The minute we opened the door - the room smelled. The carpet was very dirty - I wouldn't take my shoes off to walk barefoot. The tub had hair all over in it and there was a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of the door. There are no alarm clocks in the room so we left a wake up call . . . that never came. Luckily we woke a few minutes past the call time as we had to meet a tour guide in another city. I would not stay here again and the only reason we did was because it was only for 1 night and I'd been driving for 14 hours.

The room itself was bascially clean, not so much the grounds outside. Beds were reasonably comfortable, except the linens were shabby. Convenient location, staff friendly & responsive. For the price, I expected slightly better overall accomodations.

This used to be a marriot. I don't know if all the beds are the same but the one I stayed in was better than any other hotel.

Great service, very friendly staff. Quiet area and rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. smoke detector was disconnected from the wall and laying on top of a shelf. Entire place needs a facelift.

love location. close to 83 and family I was visiting. breakfast was a quite sparse when I showed up and I had to ask for margarine. liked making my own waffle. that's all that was left. love the noon check out. got first floor, as requested

The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. The location was convenient and we will definitely use this hotel next time we are in the area.

What I liked most is new, thick, foam mattresses. Overall clean. Average breakfast items for free breakfast type hotels.

We were two adults and two children coming to stay in one room with two double beds. My child was about to use the restroom upon arrival in our room when he noticed the toilet wasn't flushed... it didn't flush. It hinted at the fact that the room hadn't been completely cleaned. When leaving to go back to the front desk, I found a bunch of spider webs behind the door near the table and chairs... didn't want to stay there! We went to the front desk to get a room change. There were no available rooms with two double beds, so we were given TWO rooms with one KING bed in each. The rooms were adjacent, but not connected. The only downside was that we wouldn't be all together, but now we got an extra bathroom! I did thorough room inspections in both of these rooms (as I was nervous after seeing the first room) and both rooms appeared very clean... with working toilets! The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good - a few hot options, including waffles (make your own) and hot egg and sausage patties available, all kept warm. They also had fruit, muffins, bagels, and pastries.

When we checked in we were given a room that had none of the beds made and towels were over the floor. They then gave us another room but it was just the inconvenience of it all I did not like. This hotel is a good bargain but not the cleanest choice. Next time I'll spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.

Good value for the money.

We were surprized by the heated pool even in June when we visited. Being from MA we realize the need for heated pools but in PA in June??? So we enjoyed this oversized hot tub (pool) :-) in the early morning and night! It was nice but the Hotel GM must be losing money in heating it! Anyway the breakfast was very nice Hot waffles jucie milk cereals where all nice. English muffins, toast, selected juice fresh coffee...overall very pleased!
