Marriott West Palm Beach Hotel - ويست بالم بيتش

I was there for one night. I suited it's purpose. Clean room and bed. Clearly not a destination place.

My trip to the hotel was wonderful the staff were caring and curious I would go there anytime. I would recommend them to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay there very much...including the beautiful view we had from our 8th floor room window!

Walking distance to theater, shopping and dining. All room recently renovated. All new bedding.

Nice comfy hotel in nice condition, in a convenient location, right near a Palm Beach bus loop, and south florida commuter train. Great veiw from the 9th floor. Stylish lobby, nice staff.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive and were pleasantly surprised by the friendlyness and efficiency of the staff. The hotel and surrounds were as expected and the only down side was the behaviour of other guests who were attending a convention at the hotel.

We stay there a few times a year. They shuttle you to City Place and pick you up. It is a great weekend get away.

VERY NICE. Shuttle service was a huge plus! Taxie service back from City Place was very cheap which allowed my wife and I the ability to relax and enjoy a few drinks.

A short walk to City Place with its' many shops and restaurants. Kravis Center is right across the street as well as the TriRail Station that will take you all the way to Miami if you want.

This hotel is very clean and in a great location - within walking distance to CityPlace (restaurants, shops, bars, movie theatre, etc) A little short staffed at the front desk, but other than that, I definitely would stay here, again.

The room lacked sufficient drawers for clothing storage. When TV cabinet doors are open space between bed and cabinet is compromised and room becomes "crowded". Carpet needs shampoo or perhaps replacement. Some of the towels had holes in them. A/C climate control in room was excellent. Staff in all hotel areas was courteous and helpful. "Home made" bloody mary mix was excellent. My compliments to the lady bartender! Breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel rooms looked more like a roadside inn then a Marriott. The front desk was rude and unfriendly. My room was not cleaned from the previous night and had hair all over the bathtub. It was gross!

The service here was amazing. They allowed us to check in four hours early so we could store our bags in our room, and when we checked out, they stored our bags in luggage storage and provided a free shuttle to City Place for us while we waited for our plane. They were so friendly, and everything was great! The hotel was also in walking distance to the tri-rail, which made it so easy for us to get there from Fort Lauderdale and get to Delray Beach. Loved it!

Great hotel! Quick stroll to City Place and all the shopping & restaurants. If you don't want to walk they even have a hotel transportation service that will take you. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the salt water pool was awesome - tons of clean towels easily accessible. We stayed one night, hung out and shopped during the day and went to BB King's that evening. Would totally recommend this place!

If you're just looking for a place to sleep over, close to the airport, this is okay, but as far as a place to stay and have a nice vacation experience, I don't recommend. I booked a king bed for my husband and myself, only to be told there were only doubles available. The pool, while clean, is next to the highway. I thought we could walk to City Place, but it's not a very safe walk. There were no temperature controls for the ac, so it was freezing.

Room rate not too high, nor is it too low to provide a great room. My room on the 7th floor had a nice view. The small refrigerator in the cabinet below the TV was very welcome, and plugged in and already cold. No running to the ice machine with buckets for ice twice a day. Great. The TV had a good number of channels on the cable, including the ones I like. Comfy bed. Great location for me, 2 blocks from the West Palm Beach tri rail station, and bus terminal. Very handy if you decide not to rent a car...you can still go places and not be stuck at the hotel. This was so handy last trip, that this trip I did not rent a car. I also used the tri rail train to get to and from the Miami Airport. The hotel staff was frieindly and helpful.

definitely not a 4 star hotel. Should be rated 3 star. Comfortable and clean but nothing special.

The Marriott near City Place was great. We could walk to the restaurants and shops, and the shuttle was also a great option. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the perfect finale to our trip. Thanks everyone1

The hotel was a 7 minute walk from City Square where you will find plenty of good shops and nice resturants and night life including a BB Kings Blues cafe, very lively and fun place. Also next to the railway station. In reception there was always freshly chilled fruit water available free to guests a nice gesture. There was a shop selling most necessities and there was a great Bistro in the hotel where the food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to cityplace. Limo service available at the hotel. Got what we expected and were happy with it.

Very clean. Front desk attendants were really nice and helpful, they made everything posible to acomodate our needs. On the other hand, the Bistro restaurant didn't meet my expectations. First, i had waited 45 min. for a sandwish that never arrived. Later, for dinner the soup was horrible and side potatos were totally uncooked. However,we were very happy with service at the bar.

Check-in was listed as 4 pm; we arrived at 4:30 to find no room ready due to "a large no. of early check-ins." Were told we would be called when it was ready at nearby restaurant on cell. No call. Finally got in room at 6:30 and had to rush (no showers) to get to concert. Otherwise, hotel and property were very nice.

Loved our stay. really liked the orange ginger shampoo. clean. slept like a baby.

16日の早朝、火災報知器のベルで目が覚めたが、館内放送もなくフロントの電話も通じず、フロアーにスタッフの姿も見えなかった。非常階段から駐車場に全員非難した。幸い大事には至らず9時ごろには、部屋に戻れたが、本当に火災だった場合にスタッフも誘導せず、マリオットホテルとしてのフラグにをあげるには、あまりにもpoorなサービスだと思った。 非難時に携帯電話を落としてしまって、セキュリティにフロントから連絡してもらったが、見つからずやむなく帰国。フロントに連絡先を残してきたが、未だ何の連絡も受けていない。警察を呼んで紛失届けを出したいと伝えたところ、できないので、ホテルマネージャーが変わりに証明書を書くと書いてはくれたものの公的書面ではないので、帰国後、保険対象にはならなかった。 友人の部屋は、バスルームのドアが開かなくなりフロントがドライバーでこじ開けた。 2人だからこのままドアーを開けたまま使って欲しいとのことで、クレームを言ってやっと部屋を変えてもらった状況。 やはり、マリオットだと思って予約を取ったが、今まで利用した中で一番ひどかった。
