Hotel was very clean and hotel staff was very helpful.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel, I thought it would be a bit nicer. The room was a little small and the bathroom was clean, but outdated. The hotel is convenient if you are using the airport, which I was not. You have to validate your parking which was a pain in the butt. It also isn't near anything, you have to drive to get anything. My biggest complaint was that the maids were out in the hallway complaining about all the guests who don't leave their rooms during the day. I'd rather not feel bad about taking my time getting out of bed.

Extremely dirty rooms. I haven't stayed at such a bad hotel ever in my life. Even the $60 per night motels are much better than this.

It totally met my travel needs.

food was very good . THe front desk staff and shuttle drivers very helpful with instructions on how to get to manhatten and to outlet mall in New Jersey

It was a great stop over hotel. The airport shuttle bus was full at 5 am and they didn't run another for half an hour. It is only a short ride to the airport from the hotel so the half hour wait didn't impact our trip.The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.

Positives: Great park and fly deal. Close, easy access to airport. Negatives:bed was extremely hard, minimal TV channels

The stay was quite soothing & comfortable with an excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. The perfection was having the commuting service from hotel to airport 24*7.

This is a great spot to stay before an early flight out of Newark, especially with the Park and Fly feature. Worth the slight upcharge in room rate to be able to park for up to 2 weeks. The registration personnel were absolutely fabulous. Nice, funny, helpful, all that. The only downer was the beds: hard as a rock. We also didn't sleep well b/c we didn't trust the wakeup call (set for 3:55am!) --- but we could have rested more easily: the call came right on time.

the hotel itsself was very nice very hard to find call front desk for location wouldnt help us had to go to 3 different locations to find directions very hard to find. kinda scary outside but nice inside we ate at resturant twice our server a older male was awsome.front dress poeple very rude to us,they are the first people you see when you walk in maybe they should smile and be kinder....

Every thing at the hotel was great. The starlite restaurant has great food and reasonable price. 15-20 minutes from Manhattan, so not bad. Definitely consider coming back.

Very convenient, comfortable stay. Clean rooms, plenty of towels, toiletries, plenty of privacy, and modern accessories/TV/Internet/room service, shuttle service etc. It was my first time here and I will definitely visit again. Very pleasant.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, surrounding area was irrelevant because I didn't need a room for sightseeing

the hotel is very nice, a good size and the food is brilliant. however there is nothing at all to do. it really is just a room and nothing else. rather easy to get to nyc, but it ould have of been nice to have at least a bit of buzz around the hotel itself.

Even with a gps there are so many forks in the road getting there was a pain. I had to drive up and down Rt 78. It's a mid price range but still not worth it, pay the extra $30 a night and stay comfortable and in nice location. The parking ticket basically says if anything gets stolen it's not there fault. Not really that welcoming for a first impression, pros: clean bed and towels

It is close to factory outlet shopping with available shuttle at a reasonable price, while the hotel provides free shuttle to the location to pick up the Outlet shopping shuttle.

Pictures on Internet was very misleading, didn't sweep bathroom floor the whole time we were there. We dropped something on floor and it's probably still there. The bath tub was not appealing. I walked to the restaurant and I turned around didn't smell or look clean. We the next day to get a cup of coffee and they didn't have individual cream, just a nasty container that look like it hasn't been washed in months, you could scrap the cream from off the side. NASTY Last but not least, the housekeeping people were suppose to be cleaning my room and not throwing my stuff in the trash. They need to be retrained. The hotel needs to be CONDEMNED, very disappointed.

We have stay a few times at the Wyndham.. I get all reservations through Hotels.com However, this was supposed to be a park and fly just the the previous times. However when I checked in I had to pay an additional $84. We were not happy!

We have stayed at Wyndham hotels, but never at a Wyndham Garden hotel before. This is by far not Wyndham standards with industrial work-shop style toilet in a bathroom with drop-ceiling tiles, which were not even cut to fit and could be removed for access to anyone wanting to be in the room. The mini-fridge was just parked in the middle like it should be used as a table. The soaps looked like they were from cheepo hotel surplus. I wish I brought my own soap and shampo. The conditioner was so old, it was a solid inside the bottle. The parking is limited, despite a gated parking lot. This is only a nice hotel for those not used to nice hotels. The Hilton Garden hotels feel like gardens, but this Wyndham Garden hotel feels like a basement. We are staying at a Wyndham hotel next week in Waikiki, Hawaii, but we won't be staying at a Wyndham Garden hotel ever again!

Everything about the hotel was good,one thing that could use improvement is the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel.We got into Newark late and had to wait a good 45 minutes for the shuttle.

Chose this hotel for proximity to Newark Airport and parking policy. It was a good choice; room lovely and shuttle on time. On the return, I didn't find the shuttle easily,(inquire about pick-up location) but was happy to find car safely in parking lot. Best part: when I returned home the next day, I realized that I had left my camera in the room. One phone call and the housekeeper assured me that they had it and would send it out immediately. It arrived by noon the next day. 5-stars!!

We had a very reasonably priced park/sleep/fly package that allowed us to leave our car for 2 weeks when we flew overseas. Room was comfortable and quiet, on-site restaurant was OK, shuttle got us to airport in about 5 minutes, and hotel us just off the highway so very easy to access by car.

Could not reach the hotel according to addres listed on your website. Plugged it into GPS and spent one hour trying to reach hotel being in the neighborhood. Had to eventually go to airport to take a cab to hotel to hotel. We saw the hotel but could not drive to it. Hotel front desk commented that this was a common issue. Even the way the taxi took us was difficult. Will NEVER stay or recommend. Hotel.com please change your address that you list on your website. It is wrong!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on both ends of our honeymoon. We booked the parking package so we could leave our car while we were in the Bahamas for the week. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free, on time, and very convenient. It runs on a regular schedule. The room we had the first night was right next to the maid's "office"/closet and there was noise until 10:30, however after that the hotel was quiet. The room we stayed in when we returned from the Bahamas was in a much better location. King bed was comfortable, room was clean. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel that we enjoyed, however, there isn't much else around this hotel. Great place to stay near the airport, but not the place to stay if you're there for other activities (although they do offer a shuttle to New York City for a small fee).

Easy to get to and the shuttle service to the airport was fanastic. I have a mobility unit and am physically impaired. They helped me get on the shuttle and off and when our trip was over, they picked us up with no hassles. Hotel restaurant was moderately priced and the room was very comfortable. Didn't hear the planes even though we were close to the airport. Didn't worry about our auto parking while we were away. Had confidence in security that was well founde., No damage to vehicle and no snow to worry about.

I had a 6:00 AM flight out of Newark Int'l Airport and so I decided to spend the night before at this hotel. Although it was more $ than I wanted to pay, it was very nice to be able to end my trip by dropping off the rental car right at the hotel, eating a decent dinner, right at the hotel, and then catching a shuttle bus to the airport at 4AM the next morning for my flight. The people were very kind, considering how I remember it 10 years ago. I would stay here again - I just wish it was a little cheaper.

As we arrived at the airport, asking the hotel shuttle driver which terminal our airline was leaving from, he answered that he was taking all departing guests to a distant site that required each of us to carry all of our luggage upstairs, wait for a train back to the terminal, and then maneuver all luggage from the train to the airline check-in. This, as we were in front of, and had to pass by, each of our respective terminals IN THE SHUTTLE! He said he might drop us off at the terminal IF HE FELT LIKE DOING US A FAVOR! This hotel has some serious training to do with their shuttle drivers.

Got in late and had to leave early - so our experience was within that context. Everyone from the courtesy van driver to the folks at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is older but had been updated in some areas. Our room was clean and very quiet. The hotel did not seem to be in a nice area, but then we were not there to sight see. The heating system in the room was not working right - our room was very cold upon our arrival - but eventually did warm up and kept our room comfortable. Overall it was OK but not as good as I had hoped.

The biggest plus about this hotel is the free transportation to and from the Airport. The room accommodations are ok, but a plus considering new york standards and pricing. Once at the airport, there are various transporation options into new york city, cheapest trip being $3.50 1hr and a half and the most expensive 15$ 20-30 min. A taxi/town care will run you a $100 from manhattan for 30min drive. A vip shuttle from hotel to NYC is 25$ round trip and 15$ one way. If you are on a budget and don't mind the hassle of catching trains/buses, this will make your trip more affordable. As far as the hotel itself, it is a good value for the price, and the staff was friendly. The shuttle driver ahbron is very helpful for explaining transportation options into new york. I was here for New Years 2012.

Very convenient to NYC. Our room was clean, flat TV, fridge, could use a microwave but i was able to use one in the hotel breakroom. Could use MP3 dock. Noisy halls at night. Neighborhood scary at night, in fact in the day too. So get all you need ahead of time. Overall a good value.

An otherwise satisfactory stay was spoiled by problems with the airport shuttle service. We used it upon arrival with no problem and upon departure again with no problem. But when we used it to get to the train station (through the airport) for a day in Manhattan, we had problems. In the morning, the shuttle had just left when we arrived in the lobby, so we were told to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for the next scheduled shuttle and that they would announce when it was leaving. No problem yet, just bad timing on our part. A couple minutes after the scheduled time, we inquired and were told that it had just left -- no announcement, so we waited another 20 minutes, this time with a loud announcement that couldn't be missed. The evening return was much worse. Again, when we arrived at the departure location in P4, it had just left, so we waited the 20 minutes. That's understandable, but when the shuttle arrived, it accommodated less than half of the people waiting. I watched as some people were told to put their luggage in the rear only to be turned away because the bus was full when they got to the door. The driver took their luggage off and the group grew as we all waited for another 20 minutes. Again, fewer than half those waiting got on and a couple were pulled off to make room for the flight crews that they give priority to. So we waited for another 20 minutes. This time, my daughter and I were able to be among the first on, so we were OK. But as the aisle filled up, some were told to get off so that another flight crew could get on. Somebody in front resisted since they obviously had been waiting a long time, so the driver called security who came and removed all people in the aisle and one person whose companion had been pulled off. Two flight personnel got on and we finally headed for the hotel, now well over an hour after arriving (and after midnight). Both drivers for the alternating shuttle buses were surly, one of them yelling at passengers. The who

This place is pretty typical for an airport hotel...nothing really distinguishes it except that the people were amazingly helpful and kind. I arrived in a downpour and was never happier to see a hotel shuttle. I was greeted and helped kindly by the driver, got safely to the very-close-in hotel, and was served warmly and efficiently by the front desk. The place is a little worn, but I bet it has repeat customers because of its wonderful service.

I am never happy to find menus shoved under my door. If random people can come in off the street, there is a security issue. Also your GPS will not find the hotel at the listed address. Call the hotel for their GPS address. To get to the hotel you need to cut through parking lots and it feels strange but you do get there eventually.

Location is perfect, shuttle to airport quick and convenient, room was spacious and clean, and the price was unbeatable!!! Will definitely stay there again...

bed hard,the place is old and wornout . on day of returnig it took 1hr &50mm to get pick up from the air port never,never again! This was a wast of money
