Exactly what I expected when reserving.

Everything was excellent, except the toilet! You cannot close the door when you are sitting on the toilet. Space too small

Friendly staff, comfortable accomodations, shuttle to and from the airport, food to order in the lobby...what more can you ask for? Love it!

Room was just as it appeared on the internet, very modern and clean! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I stayed here with some friends prior to a cruise. The hotel was lovely and well kept and we were extremely happy with the service wer received by all employees, but most notably by Carlos at the front desk. What an asset to the Hyatt Family!

A great Hyatt Place location. My only complaint is that the room air conditioners are pretty loud.

This hotel sits in a fairly indusrial typenarea, however that said, I like these properties. The rooms are well thought out and well cared for. The breakfast, which is included, is substantial. The staff are customer focused and the workout room is above average.

We liked very much the style of the hotel. It is very modern and different. The people has been so helpful, nice and polite all the time. I would come again with my family. AC

I always enjoy the Hyatt Place for business, because the rooms are very consistent and offer professional accommodations. The desk and work area is excellent and spacious, and it is nice having the separate lounging area. The room was very clean, and the TV is nice and large. It isn't luxurious, but is an excellent place for a short business trip. The location of this hotel is good as it is very close.... 4 out of 5.

Stayed at the Hyatt for one night because of a football camp at the University of Miami. Drove from Tampa to Miami so we were pretty tired after the 4+ hour drive. We called the hotel to see if they would allow us to come in before the regular check in time and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in around 1pm. The hotel room is pretty nice with lots of space though the bathroom is REALLY tiny. The separate living room was great and the room allowed 5 people to fit there comfortably. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast with pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee. The seating area is nice and open and the staff come around to clear the tables as you are finished eating. The only negative thing I have to say is that the air conditioning didn't work as it should and even though the temperature was set at 68 degrees, it still remained a little uncomfortable in the room. We're planning a trip back to Miami to do all the touristy things (and hit all the malls!) and we wouldn't mind going back to the hotel (just as long as they fix the air conditioning!).

I have stayed at many Hyatt Places around the country but this one did not live up to expectations. This one needed repairs in the bathroom and could use some customer service training. The overall condition was bad. The bathroom had the shower rod pulled off once, the bathtub had rust and the toliet leaked all the time. The hotel staff were very cold and didn't seem like they cared. They were more interested in talking on their mobile phones. The morning free breakfast was great at serving cold coffee and pulling the pots for the day when there are still customers waiting to get a cup. The pool was always covered with a film. I never saw anyone cleaning it. After staying at the Doral for a week, I would have been glad to leave after the first night. If it had not been for the prepaid and no-refund through Hotel.com, I would have moved to a different hotel.

Hotel is located just west of MIA less than 5 minutes from the FBO on the north side of the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. 42" HDTV is plus! Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

I travel extensively for business. This was undoubtedly the loudest window heater I have ever experienced. It kept both of us awake. The bed is positioned right in front of it. The breakfast buffet staff had to be asked to refill coffee and other meal items. Congested, limited seating until we discovered an extension into the lobby area. Desk staff could have helped by directing people. Confusing.

I really enjoyed this hotel for the price that I paid... It was clean, comfortable, well located, and had a very nice TV/Bed/Desk combination. Good stuff.

the room had a little smell but i think it was the cleaning products used. We opened the window for a couple of hours and it was fine after. The breakfast is not an exceptional breakfast more bagels, juice, toast and fruit...but the rooms are HUGE almost like a suite. the bathroom is quite small becareful of hurting yourself if sitting on the toilet and closing the door. the staff is friendly. there is food to buy on location 24/7 so that was helpful. The location is good if you know miami and you intend to drive. If not, stay elsewhere. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch. Large tv screens and many channels to choose from. overall i liked this hotel alot and would recommend you staying there provided you can drive/ have a car and know the area. Dolphin, International Mall and Walmart are nearby but once again, must have a car! ALSO 3rd night is free if you stay here and there are weekend rates that are considerably cheaper. Enjoy!

This hotel was a great deal since we got the third night free. It was located close to restaurants and in a nice area but you would need a car to move around. Just found a few problems but nothing to make us avoid this hotel in the future: mold in one section of the ceiling presumably due to a leak from above, the bathroom was very dark and the door was too close to the toilet, the ice machine in our floor was out of order, the carpet seemed wet hopefully due to recent cleaning. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and quickly responded to our requests.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle arrived in about 5 minutes of us calling and requesting a pick-up. The layout of the room is great. My wife, I + 17 month old daughter slept wonderfully. Wireless internet is complimentary which is a great plus. We were on the third floor and the wireless internet signal was strong. Complimentary hot breakfast was great. Overall, a wonderful hotel. We will stay at this hotel anytime we are in Miami. We would also recommend them too everyone we know.

Room very spacious and clean, and ready at the time when we checked in...pool nice and clean, and the breakfast area well organized and clean, and of course the continental breakfast is good!..Great location, enough parking. In summary, my weekend stay with family at this hotel was a nice, relaxing, comfortable experience.

This is a great location for those visiting the Miami area. It's very close to the airport and just a 20 minute drive to South Beach. For the price, you can't beat the cleanliness of the hotel and its location.

Cerca del aeropuerto y Centros comerciales, centros de negocios. Recomendable 90%. Personal agradable y dispuesto.

Adoramos o hotel. Estacionamento e internet wi-fi grátis. Quarto amplo, confortável, super limpo, atendentes super educados e prestativos a ajudar sempre. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso.

Muy buenas las habitaciones, a pesar de ser pequeñas son muy confortables. cerca del aeropuerto, para dormir muy bien. excelente.

Hotel bom, bem localizado perto do wallmart e dolphin mall , o único problema é que todo o ambiente tem carpete e o cheiro de mofo atrapalha, o café da manhã é ridiculo, e falta higiene nos pratos e talheres.

Hotellet har vennlig betjening og transport til flyplassen som er gratis. Rommene er store og rene. Det er ikke noe å gjøre i gangavastand rundt hotellet,

Buena ubicación. Habitación con adecuado espacio para trabajar separado del ambiente del dormitorio. Desayuno continental muy básico.

FUIMOS BIEN ATENDIDOS A LA LLEGADA PERO ME DIERON UN HABITACION EN EL PISO 3 Y EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONABA.EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ESTA MUY SOLO AUNQUE NO OCURRIO NADA SI PODRIA PASAR
