The room we felt was in poor condition. Wall mounted a/c system was falling apart, we had ants in our bathroom which made their way into our suitcase's . The door into our room was in fragile condition handle etc. Overall it was nothing to talk about. On a positive note the shuttle worked great.

My stay was perfect... i will b booking at ramada inn sometime next month again...

I flew in from California late on Thursday night/Friday morning around 1: 00 AM EST and was glad to receive complimentary shuttle service to the hotel. I did not have access to a car, but did not need one, thanks to the shuttle service to the red line. There was a complimentary breakfast and the checkout time was not until noon, most places I've stayed at were at 11:00 AM. This allowed me to sleep in from lack of sleep from the 3,000 mile journey. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price was competitive. I am glad I got to stay at this hotel. I recommend it to my friends and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was fine for our requirements, our only complaint would be the proximity of our room to the hotel laundry , so having constant noise during the night

I decided to treat my 9 year old son on 3/03/13 by getting us a room for the day so we can hang out and relax. I wanted a Hotel with an indoor pool because my son loves to swim and it's not exactly swimming weather in Massachusetts in March. The concierge was great, the staff was very nice and overall I was pleased with my stay. The one thing I did not favor was the fact that the bistro was under renovations so we had to go out to eat which I didn't really want to do. But other than that I was pleased. The pool and Hot Tub area was clean, towels were fresh and the hotel service was great. I will definitely visit that hotel again.

Dirty and run down. Lots of staff but they did no real work and were NOT pleasant at all. Pool was filthy, hallways smelled of mold, room ice bucket actually had dirt in it.

it was good

The door to my room opened onto an unheated hall that allowed cold breezes continuously. My room door leaked the cold gusts of air. Otherwise everything else was very good. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

This was my 2nd visit here, & I came back because I loved the room, & the comfort. Did not feel the comfort this time. Enroute to our room, we had to find our way thru furniture from another room, that was being cleaned. Our room had no microwave, nor fridge; we figured it was because of the room status, when we called the front desk to inquire, we were offered a microwave, which never made it, & money we spent for microwaveable food was wasted. There was an issue w/ the TV, service never showed until about 4 - 5 hours later. Bathroom had no wash clothes, & we didn'bother to ask, because service was sooooo poor we didn't even bother to ask for them.

My stay was ok although the hallways were extremely cold. The room temperature fluctuated from cold to hot. Apart from that, the room service was excellent.

This hotel is off the red line stop JFK/umass so far away from any shopping or nightlife. The hotel was fine just in a very bad area....

Overall, not too bad. Though the distance from the downtown was far, the shuttle service to JFK/UMass helped a lot!

Excellent value for money. Shuttle/courtesy buses to airport and subway station top class: staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast more than adequate. Near at hand bar/restaurant and cafe, pharmacy, stores, churches etc. Rooms warm and comfortable,well serviced. In all very satisfied with this hotel which was well located.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was a god size but not all the lights in the room worked. The mini-fridge freezer was overgrown with ice. Other than that, it was a god stay for the price.

I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was fantastic, breakfast good but the room was very old, stinky, dirty, dirty washcloth left from past customer and gatoraid in fridge. Stains all over. For the price we paid, horrible place! We both itched like crazy for days after leaving, also.

Hotel lobby smelled very greasy, room door would not unlock, television would not work, room dirty, carpets stained, hallways had chicken bones, little bags (drugs?), tissues, and general trash all around. Location was up against a freeway and was noisy. Called Ramada to complain, and was told that this hotel was a franchise and they had little control over conditions. Not to Ramada standards - would NEVER stay here again.

Staff was so nice!

Price was right.the staff were helpful. Use of a computer was invaluablethe location is great

Frontdesk personal was not friendly and was rude when we were leaving.

The hotel reminiscent of a motel, with clean-enough rooms, outdated decor, some maintenance issues, and a sketchy location. However, the staff was helpful and friendly, there is a subway and airport shuttle, and the price can't really be beat in Boston.

No Microwave but fridge was available; transpirtation by hotel van to MBTA & Logan Airpirt.Staff was helpful but rather impersonal & seemed preoccupied. Biggest plus was a daily breakfast. Also, 2 restaurants in the hotel complex offered good meals; a Chinese restaurant across the street offered dim sum in AM & regular cuisine for lunch & dinner. A candy store offering home-made sweets was also a part of the hotel site. The hotel could not be directly accessed because of flooded exits on I-93 but back entrance access information was provided by the manager. This difficulty was due to hurricane Sandy.

Appreciated the shuttle to and from the subway. I would stay here again.

Very easy to drive to downtown or even take the T. Wasn't happy they forgot to clean my room. When I reported it, It took them over an hour to get someone to my room. Would I stay there again the answer is YES everyone who works there are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel suited us for two days as you had shuttle to Center and airport(we had returned our car for the last two days of our holidays)

It was a fine. With that price, it was very reasonable.

The shower was broken, the light for phone message kept flashing all night despite desk clerk saying he would fix it. Breakfast was good.

Overall good. Not the most accessible to things other than shuttle to "T" was OK and then the train was great.

Difficult to find and a bit drab, but for the price adequate.

Satisfied
