This is a very family friendly hotel. Breakfast and happy hour are fabulous.

Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff. Really nice suite. Breakfast was excellent. Manager's "happy hour" was fun too. I go to Pittsburgh often and this will be my new favorite place to stay.

My family stayed at Embassy Suites (Pittsburgh) for two nights just last week. We were in town to visit Falling Water, the Pittsburgh Zoo/Aquarium and Phipps Conservatory. All three are worth the visit. The hotel was in good proximity to these three venues. The waterfall and koi pond in the atrium are very attractive, particularly at night when lit. The evening Manager's Reception, complete with complimentary cocktails and appetizers, was great. It gave us a chance to relax and enjoy some cocktails at the end of very long days. Our sons enjoyed this as well. The daily complimentary breakfast is great as well. I wish the hotel was a bit quieter. It is located near the Pittsburgh Airport, as well as Air Reserve Base, so being noisy isn't a big surprise however. There was a wedding taking place one of the nights, which caused some extra noise that would not normally be an issue. Other than the noise issues, and resulting lack of sleep, the hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in finding local places to dine, etc. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great place to stay the kids loved the pool and hottub. The breakfast was wonderful hot and good. The one thing I will say is that the heat when it clicked on was a little loud. But overall the place was very nice to walk into with the fountain and fish.

We stayed overnight during a family getaway to Pittsburgh. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The entire building was beautiful and very clean. the managers reception was the best we have ever been to at the Embassy Suites chain. The breakfast was fresh and bountiful. The cook-to-order omelets were yummy. I can not state any negative about this hotel. We will stay here again next time we travel to Pittsburgh. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to/from the airport.

Older Embassy but still the beautiful atrium and waterfalls filled with colorful fish. Nice pool and close to golf and shopping.

The atmosphere at this hotel is wonderful. The cascading waterfall with fish pond running throughout the hotel is awesome! Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel near Pittsburgh Airport. Best hotel and accommodations-definitely First Class. Also the breakfast on Sunday morning was wonderful. The atrium with all the tropical plants and "huts" was beautiful and welcoming. Definitely an enjoyable stay.

Geat Breakfast!

Great place!!

Everything about this hotel was very nice - rooms were comfortable, staff very helpful - food at complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the airport shuttle for our one family member who was flying out was prompt and convenient. We loved the hotel, - with ONE EXCEPTION, but one which would stop us from using this hotel again for our New Year's retreat. We went with children for a fun family time for New Year's. The pool area was very cold and uninviting. The hot tub was outside (In January?) and the pool area itself was too cold to comfortably sit and watch the swimmers. - no greenery. If they really want to make this a family get-a-way, bring some of the greenery from the fabulous courtyard into the pool area, raise the temperature 10 degrees, add some chaise lounges, and put a hot tub inside for winter fun! We were looking for a cruise ship atmosphere and the aquastic area did not live up to the rest of the hotel.

Stay was very worth every penny. The only negative was that the pool had a large amount of hair in it and that freaked me out. I stayed on New Years so I am hoping its not always gross..just a holiday fluke.. because I want to go back for a weekend...

My husband & I loved this hotel. We walked into our room and felt like we had our own little apartment. It was so clean, nice and amazing. This is a really good place to stay. We're def. staying again!

Family vacation (4 adults and 2 kids) to visit relatives and see sights of the city during holidays. Convenient, clean, family friendly. Location just off highway. Staff very responsive to requests. Complimentary full breakfast great way to start day.

Excellent stay here! Restaurant was good, room was very nice, and day after Christmas got an excellent rate! A little far from the city, but would still recommend!

A nice hotel for a family. We stayed in king suite which allowed my husband and I to have our own room with door that closes while my son slept on the pull out bed in the main room.

The Embassy Suites in Cranberry couldn't have been better. The service, cleanliness and amenities were great. It was comfortable and the perfect stay even with our 2 month old and 1 year old boys. Thank you and we will be back again.

- hotel, interior landscaping and room were all beautiful. felt like being in a park when walking around the inside of the hotel. my children enjoyed the fish in the pond. LoL - I especially loved the modern artwork and not the boring art typical of many hotels - the pool looked so inviting but just didn't get time to try it out - restaurant in hotel had delicious food - breakfast buffet was so generous and food was yummy! - NOT the hotel you want if you are in town for carnegie mellon. was trying to find a hotel close by to downtown but chose this one b/c, for the same price, got much more than hotels closer to univ. - bathroom did not have proper ventilation so suite would quickly get humid after showers. - bathroom, while gorgeous, did not have tub to give my toddler and baby baths.

Our family continues to go back to this Hotel as a wonderful getaway weekend retreat. The service is one of high standards. The complementary breakfast is above and beyond any other. The only negative this time was that the pool heater was broken. Please try to get that fixed soon. Thank you Embassy Suites for all you do!

The hotel was excellent in every way, but the indoor swimming pool and the pool room were both freezing. When we complained, the hotel staff said there wasn't much they could do! We ended up only swimming for a little bit and never went back, which is a shame since part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the pool since we have kids who love to swim.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was very enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our suite was more than we expected and really enjoyed the Managers Reception and the breakfast. We will definitely make Embassy Suites part of our travels in the future.

This Embassy Suite was excellent. Hotel staff very accommodating. Suggested restaurant nearby which was outstanding.

LOVED IT!!! My family and I loved everything about this hotel. The only problem I had was with internet connection. The problem was fixed within a timely manner and they removed the charges. I was very pleased with my stay.

Shuttle service to hotel is ON TIME!! Picking up was also easy & correct in their pick-up time.

Great stay. Ate a late night dinner which was tasty and reasonable in price. Marsha the wait staff person was attentive and provided my new bride with complimentary champagne glasses.

The hotel is extremely accomodating in providing airport transportation. I left my car parked for 4 nights and was able to call the courtesy shuttle for a ride back to my car. The shuttle was speedy and the driver took the time to drop me off at my parked car. The room was huge (actually, 2 rooms!) I wished I had arrived earlier to enjoy the spacious accommodations.

nice location, neat inside scenery, including fish and plants, awesome breakfast, clean pool....housekeeping coulve been better, other than that id stay again

We got in at 12:45 am and there were no luggage carts available. We were traveling with 3 adults and a 5 month old, so we had a lot of luggage and a baby crib.We paid for a king bed suite and were given a full bed suite. After we complained about the bed size, they gave us a room on a higher floor with the correct bed, but again did not have luggage racks, so we had to make numerous trips back and forth. We ordered room service the next day. The computers were down and they didn't have the room number, so after an hour we called back and they told us they hadn't made it. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. When we went to check out, again there were no luggage carts. Overall, the experience was terrible.

I picked this hotel because it was the only one in this area with the amount of space we needed in a room and at a price that was very reasonable. The front desk clerk checked me in in a matter of minutes (quickest ever!) and was extremely polite & welcoming. Definitely would come again for any event, in this case a bachelorette party. Thank you!

The room was great, the beds extremely comfortable, and the staff very pleasent and attentive. Loved the comp breakfast....not just your typical donuts and juice, a full buffet! the only thing I was a little disappointed in was the shower not enough water pressure, but we will definately stay there again!

Spent the weekend in Pgh. The hotel is a little far out, but definitely accessible if you're only going there every evening. It's nice to have a morning breakfast, but it's somewhat of a zoo with not enough seating for all the people. We had to get up at 4am the last morning to leave but had little sleep due to kids running late at night in the balconies and people being louder than they should have after 11pm. I would stay again. It is a nice place in spite of the small issues stated.

The room was nice. I loved having the suite. The breakfast and the managers happy hour were a really nice bonus! It was tricky to get to from the airport but they do provide a shuttle service. My only complaint was the bathroom. There was a ton of mold in the shower - something that could easily have been fixed with some bleach and a scrubber. It was gross. Besides that, I think it would have been great.

The walls must be very thin as the snoring from the next room kept me up

We had a very nice & comfortable stay. The room was impressively decorated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My initial impression of the hotel was good. It's a nice looking place with a beautiful atrium with a waterfall. Rooms were nice and clean as was the pool area. When we checked in we had some problems. We had paid already thru hotels.com but the lady who checked us in ran my credit card twice for over $500 additional to what we had already paid. When I went down to inquire about it, no one could explain why it was done except that she was new. Only other complaint I have is around the breakfast that is included and the cleanliness of the breakfast dishes, in particular the coffee mugs. Each morning I would go through 6-8 mugs looking for 2 clean ones. The breakfast area is not big enough to handle weekend traffic so there was long lines and no seating.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for an out of town wedding. The hotel is awesome. Everything you are looking for in a hotel is here. The bed is sooo comfortable! The room is big and clean, everything is updated. The pool is a nice size and was not overcrowded. The breakfast was nice and there is plenty of food. I would definetly stay here again if I ever had to visit the area again.
