Very surprised that wi-fi was an additional charge. I have not paid for that in years. Very efficient and helpful front desk staff.

Super service, friendly and engaging staff and top quality accommodations. Even the included chow every morning was great. I really enjoyed the corned beef hash, personally.

We enjoyed comfortable,clean rooms,convenient valet parking, delicious cook to order breakfast.

I've stayed at this location several times. During my stay, I found the beds to be uncomfortable, the cabinets were falling apart, the televisions were barely working. This hotel us certainly due for an upgrade.

Older rooms but nice flatscreens and great ambiance.

This is a very nice hotel; comfortable and clean. Breakfast was made to order and very good. However two things I would say - I missed the part about paying an additional $18 for parking each day and the room service dishes were left in the hallways our entire stay. It would have been nice for them to be picked up. Overall a good stay.

They had the most incredible bed and pillows!! Very clean and comfy!! Great flat screen tvs and breakfast bar!!!

This Embassy Suites is very good, but not outstanding. It is showing some age, but is not rundown. The access to BART is great and is the reason I choose this location.

We always enjoy our stay at your location. The whole facility is always clean and orderly. Custom breakfast included in room rate is awesome. Close to shopping and great restaurants in Walnut Creek. With Bart across the street, access to SF- ballgames, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants- is approx. 30 to 45 min and no hassle with parking in SF. Happy hour is nice to meet new people and the kids enjoy the pool.

We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. The rooms are more comfortable than most because we have more room to move around. We encountered loud neighbors, but it will not deter us from coming back.

Very nice suites. Clean and quiet. The king bed was so comfortable. Fun managers reception.

overall the stay was great...our room was clean...however when we got off the elevator on the 5th floor to get to our room...the room next door had left dirt dishes outside the room...and every time we left our room...there it was...just there...waiting for someone ot pick it up...it was pretty gross:(

Excellent quality for the price. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast is delicious and a real plus. However, we were not informed there was a substantial parking fee per night, which came as quite a surprise. Also, the pull-out bed had the absolute worst mattress I've ever encountered. My son had to "sleep" on it and barely got any sleep because it was so bad. It was mushy and you could feel the metal rods in it. He had to sleep in between the rods to get any sleep at all. If a hotel is going to advertise a sleeper sofa, then they had better provide a decent mattress. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Of all my travels (100's) this was the overall best stay ever. Clean, comfortable, friendly and all around superb. Not a 5 star but I didn't pay for a 5 star but they made us feel like we were at one.

Beautiful hotel. Love the atrium, the fountain and greenery. Very serene. Friendly desk and delicious breakfast. Also very quiet. No noise. Will definitely stay here again.

Great, loved it! Breakfast was great however, I served myself from the buffet line, not realizing that there was more around the corner that I could have cooked to order and even more around another corner. There was a host there, I think that he/she could have informed the guest to look at everything before making a choice. The host was standing there taking breakfast chits, so the extra effort to inform us would have adding the icing to a already great cake. Thanks!

Our room was a bit dated and cramped. Who needs a sink in the bedroom? It felt dark and dank. A fresh coat of paint would work wonders.

Service was great however for a no smoking room our blankets smelled of smoke.full cable service movies for family would have been nice

The hotel was overloaded from the point of view of providing guest services such as parking, breakfast, room cleaning etc. All these services were below standard perhaps because of inadequate staffing over the weekend.

Hotel is nice, staff was very accomodating. The only challenge was the kitchen was incapable of handling a Saturday dinner rush. It took over an hour to get all of our food. But breakfast buffet was great the next morning. Eat dinner elsewhere.

Great place to stay, hotel is beautiful and service is great! Everyone there is very welcoming and they tend to your every need! Definitely would stay here again.

Only problem was we had to use valet parking, 18.00 dollars a day, and tip!!

Very pleasant stay. large lobby and open space.

I went in order to have a restful stay -- and that it was. The complimentary cooked-to-order eggs were an unexpected bonus, and the sausages and bacon were cooked to perfection. Everyone there was friendly. I would love to stay there every night!

As always Embassy Suites is great for families. It is an older hotel that is showing its wear and tear. Starting to look quite dated but the pool area/small exercise room look pretty new. The room is just fine with a nice TV and you always get a suite. It is loud because all the kids running around screaming and yelling but this isn't new for this type of hotel. Also, the higher the floor the hotter it will be because after all heat rises in these places. If you want a quiet room, be sure to ask for one that is away from the BART train track that runs along one side of the hotel. My kid actually wanted the highest floor with a view of the train so we had the best of both worlds (for him not us). We book this place for the kids but the free drinks every night and snacks aren't bad either.

This is a nice hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and evening reception were great. Workout room was small and the treadmills are getting a little beat up, but it works. Parking is valet only but cheaper than San Francisco. Location is excellent - lots to do, great restaurants nearby. Room was nice and quiet too. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I've stayed at Embassy Suite Hotels before and found this stay to be not so great. I did not realise, nor did the hostess tell me that I'd be charged $18 during my stay for Valet parking. There was no other option to park my own car, so I had no choice. We'd planned to take little trips to town and now had to adjust so that we weren't constantly asking for our car to be pulled around. Also the hotel charges a $16 per day fee (never got a clear answer about what that fee was for!) I like using Hotels.com because I know my stay is paid for and that I don't have deal with hidden costs....that was not the case with this trip. Also the bathroom tub was in desperate need of deep cleaning and caulking. The breakfast was good, but very crowded.

It was excellent!
